ACH deposit option at QuickTender

Logged into my QT account today and noticed that ACH is now an option for making deposits into QT. Has anybody tried it yet? It says it is instant ....
(8.9% fee for deposits). I'm kinda wondering what it would show up as on my bank statement. ACH still isn't available for withdrawals, just wire transfers.

I can never remember what ach means exactly but if it means directly out of your bank with your debit card to qt? then yes been doing it.

No, not with a debit card. You supply them with your bank's routing number and your checking account number and they take the funds directly out of your checking account. I think its like an electronic check .

dont do it! that fee is so high ! Its pretty much doing what ewalletexpress is doing, but ewalletxp's instant ACH is 8.8% not much difference really.

This would be a great option, if they would then allow you withdrawal back via ACH. Otherwise it seems like a horrid scam.

well... what sort of fees do we get when we deposit using a NetSpend card? (If that is still working). We get eaten up with fees whichever way we turn...

And with the shitty RTPs we get these days, can't even win enough to cover the fees!! I think that if you do use this method, it would be wise to have a separate bank account for gambling only (as so many here have suggested). Who knows when a deposit will accidentally get put through more than once. Sure don't want to bounce the rent check because of some kind of processor error. It works basically the same as using your debit card to deposit (if you still can use it these days).

But, if you are fortunate enough to win a fair amount...
Do you withdraw from the casino in a different manner? ACH? Wire transfer? QT to bank? They all involve giving out banking information...Unless I have missed something (which could be the case!).

Has anyone tried this as yet? I just did and what now? Do I have to wait till its withdrawn from my account before I can use it Geesh Now I even forgort how much I deposited and Live chat is busy

Only reason I tried this is that I am stuck out in the mountains of Maryland and there are no stores here to reload my netspend :-(( and I need some action NOW!!

8.9%? It seems that QT is reading Neteller's playbook. This is exactly how NT was in regards to their "instacash" feature, back in the day. Same rates and everything.

I just logged in today and it says ACH for the first time as well, and i have had a QT account for almost 5 years and cant get ACH instant.

Are you sure your looking at the right spot?..
Even paypal ACH takes 2-3 days.

OK just got confirm from QT that ACH went nthrough..Problem now is I have to wait till it hit my bank statement in order to confirm amount , then type in to QT..o as soon as bank post debit amount I am good to go Maybe tomorrow morning or later tonight I understand this is for the FIRSST deposit after this its instant will follow up

QT -- ACH

First off ACH means Automatic Clearing House - money goes from merchant/vendor direct into your bank account of choice. This means (if in US) that you have given them your 9 digit bank routing code, number of the specific account you want the money to flow into, and all indentifying information to ensure it goes to you and only YOU.

I used a totally segregated account at a credit union that is not tied to any of my other funds or investments. It is the only account I have at the credit union and I use it solely for online gaming.

I haven't used QT ACH option, didn't know it was there until the OP mentioned it. I have used eWalletXpress ACH, but as others have said, I cringe at the 8+% that is charged. But if credit cards aren't working, that's sometimes the only choice.

Most of my funding is done through QT because there is just a flat fee for withdrawals as opposed to sliding scale at the ewalletXpress. The sites I play generally credit QT the same day I make the request for withdrawal.

Yes the first deposit takes a few days.... For the hell of it , I tried a second ACH with QT and it was instant I imagine the first deposit was to insure it was your bank account. Now I don't know if its good for me its too easy now to xfer monies from bank account to QT to casino Oh well, its a matter of control I guess

my bank's visa debit card works at QT (so far, knock on wood)...neener, neener

Prob is, they charge me an exchange rate for using it there.

Another Change

I made a ACH withdrawal from my bank account last night, lost it, and went for a second withdrawal. Although I wasn't even near my daily limit, the transfer was denied. I was under my limit, and could not understand what the deal was, so I asked. Here's the reply that I was emailed:

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Unfortunately, the processor has a restriction of one transaction per 24 hours. Therefore, you will be able to make another deposit on the 8th of July at 02:45 am GMT.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance

This is news to me. I wish that they would communicate all of these rapid changes to us instead of us learning on the fly. Probably saved me some money, though.

ACH for deposits

If you can deposit via ACH there is no reason not to be able to withdraw via ACH. I am sick of waiting 5 days to get my money while they earn interest on it.

I agree if you can ACH it to......you should be able to ACH it out...ACH takes only 1 or 2 days tops.....lots faster....I wonder why they dont do it that way....is it really interest...or some other reason?

I know I'm always defending qt since it is really my only hope at all but I think they are in the dark a bit themselves same as us and constantly scrambling to adopt to ever changing rules and bs. maybe.
What I'm concerned about is my bank not honoring the ach and I've already played it. don't wanna go there.
