I was given some free spins from Ace Kingdom on the 22nd of Feb and I won £110. I requested a withdrawal, received a confirmation email and then waited. After a week of not receiving the withdrawal I contacted their live chat who said it could be down to a number of things but they would escalate the issue and I will get a resolution within 48 hours.
I then checked their T&C's to see if I had done anything wrong and the only thing I could see was a withdrawal limit of £100 from free spins. A similar thing happened at Dr. Vegas the week previous where I requested a £125 withdrawal from free spins winnings. Within 24 hours they had emailed me saying the limit was £100 and subsequently processed the £100 withdrawal with no issues.
Anyhow, I waited and never got a response from Ace Kingdom so I spoke to their live chat 4 days ago asking for an update, and once again they said they would escalate it to the relevant department. Shortly after speaking to live chat I received an email from their customer service asking for my patience as they would need another 72 hours to sort the issue.
Roll on 4 days later and still nothing from them. 15 days since requesting the withdrawal and nothing other than excuses.
Anybody else had similar problems with Ace Kingdom? Silly me expecting so much better from a Ladbrokes backed casino.
