Hi I thought as they were 'Ladbrokes' Ace Kingdom would be an OK site. I didn't notice that when I made a deposit they included a £2 bonus (I normally don't take bonuses) I have played and won £250 I am attempting to withdraw £248 but when I hit the withdraw button it just goes back to the previous screen and the balance remains as £250 I got live chat and they say I have to wager £191.38 - how can they keep all the winnings for a stupid £2 bonus. Live chat replied to my query once and are now ignoring me ? Is this right ? or fair ?

Yeah, I've found they try and sneakily give you a 10% deposit bonus and then it ties you into wagering requirement. Don't take them!

That's a 100x WR at least, and that's assuming the OP won very soon after depositing. A casino that imposes a 100x WR is a very poor deal for the player, there is much better on offer.

Thanks chaps ... obviously I'll not be using them again and through their deceitfulness which I've now mentioned here let's hope others will now boycott them. I did win quite quickly but then went down to about £40 and things turned around, I was playing for several hours so I really don't understand why I have to wager £191.38 ... well i don't understand this play-through thing at all ... how can I tell when I've 'played through' enough to be able to make a withdrawal and if I have to wager £191 out of £248 why can't I withdraw the difference ?

Any help for this idiot much appreciated - as I never usually take bonus offers especially a small amount like £2 I cannot believe the consequences are so expensive .... basically they are stealing.

I've contacted Ladbrokes but I guess I'll get nowhere with them.

Is it worth me messaging the Ladbrokes rep. on here or raising a PAB ? I guess they've done nothing legally wrong just bloody infuriating.

Thanks for taking the time.

Roger

Ladbrokes is not accredited and has no rep. They also don't respond to PABS.
