Acceptable Pending Withdrawal Period

Hi All,

I had a discussion with one of my affiliate managers today. Part of our chat I brought up their pending withdrawal period. I wont mention who it is, but it got me thinking...

As a players I've always believed that 24 hours is a maximum. But I also hold the belief that a withdrawal should not incapacitate or otherwise disadvantage a player.

After all if they've won the money fair and square, forcing the player to have their winnings lodged in limbo for x hours, is unfair.

What is an acceptable Pending Withdrawal Period on a cash-in?

Cheers

:)

Hi All,

Maybe I need to clarify this.

I don't mean from when you request a withdrawal to when you are paid your winnings.

I mean the maximum amount of days a withdrawal sits in a pending state before it is sent to be processed.

Cheers

None..it should be fllushed upon request or at the very least 2-3 hours from withdrawal time.

I have another withdrawal pending and it want be removed til 10 tomorrow night. It will go to QT on Friday and they won't process it till Monday bc they don't work on the weekends. They will process it on Monday and send it out on Tuesday and it won't hit my bank til next week Friday.

Had I been allowed to flush it, it would have been processed by Friday.

I withdraw using wire transfers and iNetBet has it there in my bank account the next day. The other RTG i played....took over 1 1/2 wks. before it reached my account and didn't leave the cashier for a few days. The last time at this same place took close to 5 days i think to leave the cashier and it took just over 2 wks. to get to my bank account...I always end up with the money in my account with a wire transfer within 1-3 days from the time i put in the withdrawl at the other places i play, except for the one RTG. It's also the only one i find it minus about $50.00 to $60.00.

I mean the maximum amount of days a withdrawal sits in a pending state before it is sent to be processed.

I find mine normally is 4hrs. to less than 24, all except one RTG....which takes a few days it seems normally. I think up to 24 hrs. should be it or long enough..

6 hours. The casinos always say a longer period enables the players to reverse without making a fresh deposit and play freely whenever they wish. Total BS. If the pending period is only 6 hours or less and then they process the withdrawal within 24 hours, players can then deposit as they wish, with or without bonuses.

If my play on a friday night is processed by the time I get up on Monday, I will consider it. But places that pay to my Moneybookers faster definitely get my preference in deposits.

I will confess I have returned to Casino Rewards and their 48 hour pending period for small deposits and generous free chips in order to play fruities in the old MG lobby.

But if I only have one deposit on a weekend, the places that will pay me faster I like best.

If I withdraw lets say right now, at 6:46 am GM before I go to bed, if it is in my Moneybookers by 10 a.m. the day after (friday), I think that is good enough to play there.

But a casino that pays me by 10a.m. tomorrow will get my first deposit usually. Ones that pay me by 4p.m. tomorrow are a close second.

And if I'm lucky and have some money to spare, and you offer me a good bonus, the 48 hour places are considered.

Casinos that allow a deposit while a cashout is pending for a day are chosen for a deposit over those who aren't. I hate to reverse anything, I have enough assmarks from kicking myself over those in the past.

hi, should be payed into account within 48hs max with no pending period & after withdrawal made it should :thumbsup:not show in account or give you the chance to reverse it.

In a perfect world, oh, I dunno..........

How about ten or fifteen minutes? :D

Realistically though 24 hours would be OK in my books, my last three RTG cashouts to Moneybookers were all within 24 hours. Even the one that states on their banking page that withdrawals can take up to two weeks, and I didn't even have to flush them.

Kudos to ClubWorld, Lock, and SlotsPlus.

24 hours max in my book. Anything longer I never bother playing at that casino again. Putting withdraws in pending state without the ability to flush is just the casino hoping you reverse. 3dice pay instantly in many cases - if they can do it why not others ? 32red etc 24 hours or less and they flush as and when requested. In fact with todays instant payments available from many banks there is no reason at all why the withdraw process should not start the moment you hit the cash out button.

Sure allow some hours if its done manually for the accounting dept to check all is in order - playthrough etc documents but other than that 24 hour MAX.

24 hours is the max I think is acceptable, however I personally only play casinos with no reverse, max 2-4 hours or those that flush. Everything else gets uninstalled. But being UK based helps - there are so many options I don't *need* to have a casino that takes longer. I wish more casinos would realise that by paying a player quickly they are more likely to return and stay loyal. Nothing p!sses me off more than a casino that delays payments unneccesarily, which is what the reverse time does.

To me no longer than 12 hours. I mean yeah there are times I hit the cashout button a little too quick and want to play a bit longer. So allowing me time to decide if I want to play or not is great, but longer than to me shows that they really don't care honestly. For cashout time instant is great, but being inside the US I realize that I'm looking at least a 3 hour cashout time for a place like 3Dice up to 3 weeks like cherry red was. lol
