I am still waiting on my withdrawal from the 26th. Can't even get a reply from their CS. Emailed the rep here twice and no reply there either. It isn't as if I am going to reverse, won it off a free chip with a max cashout. Not a happy camper.

Annie, I'm still waiting for mine from Absolute Slots from the 24th of Dec. for $125.00 and this was my first cashout there too and I haven't even been sent an email yet requesting any documentation, so if I am requested to send in docs then I can see mine taking another week or so to be processed. And I also chose QT to withdraw to from the free chip...

Looks like we are both screwed. This isn't my first withdrawal. I've attempted several, only managed to wait on one of them. All I get from CS when they bother to answer is 2-5 days. I closed my account after I finally got paid on a $50 withdrawal, which was paid in 2 days by the way. Guess if I ever get paid the $375 they owe me, I will close it permanently this time.

Hope we both get paid soon.

I didn't have to send in any docs for my first withdrawal. I guess because Absolute is somehow tied to Pantasia and they had my info.

All of the bonuses/free chips that I have received from any of the Rivals have the 'small deposit must be made' clause. If you have been depositing there, they overlook it.

As far as the 'must deposit with withdrawal method' that's kinda standard too.

But I don't think you will be able to get around it unless you can talk to the manager. I have withdrawn from Superior and I think the guys name was Syd that I worked with.

This is exactly why i will never deposit there again.. take the deposits but when it comes to paying out it takes forever and the customer service is the worst ever. I hope you both get your payout...not suprised about getting a freebie from them because so many people must not bother cashing out such a small amount with such a long waiting period (referring to the free $9)

Got also 9$ free chip. Took me few min to blew it on 0.15c spin. But nice gesture anyway. But a month ago i won from 5$ free chip and had max cashout (25$) which took think round 5 days to come in my MB acount. Now waitin 500$ that i flushed on 24.12 in SiS and 300$ flushed 25.12 in Pantasia. Had few talks with online suport, all i got was 2-5 BUSSINES DAYS and that it should be on my acount at end of this week or early next week.Didn't get answer, wtf is wrong with their payouts, since i know they managed to payout in a day. And remembered few month ago, when they started to have this 2-5 days payouts, i've been told, it's only temporarly, and shortly they will be back to quick payout. I bug them little more and SiS gave me 30$ free chip to play with ( 120 max cashout, free chip not withdrawable, and all funds above 120 cashout erased . Some new, and restrictive t&c in Rival lately ) Pantasia just didn't bothered with answering. Just 2-5 days, next was standard q if they could help me with anything else.......
It looks like only SlotoCash will get my deposits from now on, as they payout always within few hours, max 1 day.
Is there any other Rival casino that have payouts like SlotoCash in few hours? Didn't manage to cashout in Irish Luck and Vegas Sky if there is any diff.

My first $600 attempt at a cashout from Absolute "fell thru the cracks", direct quote from rep here, then a $50 was paid in 2 days. Now this BS. Never again will this happen to me.

This is the latest email I got from them regarding my withdrawal. In what world is 12/29 thru 12/31 2 days. Plus it's been processing since 12/26. And WTF is "old new years day"? I know that the day after Christmas is Boxing Day but never heard of old new years day.

The withdrawal has currently processed for 2 business days.

"Please allow 2 to 5 business days for withdrawals to be processed.

Holidays, old and new years day and weekends do not count as business days.

I also have a withdrawal processing since dec 22 at pantasia, and another at TIV processing since 24 dec.

I got a new years free chip at davincis gold for $20.09

I also see that at inetbet, you can claim the $9 new years free chip as long as you have made a deposit in the last 6 months. So looks like you can claim even if your last transaction was like say there christmas free chip.

Call me a cynic but it does seem that recently there are some Rivals who are taking longer to process withdrawals. The 2-5 business days was written down just in case there were processor or other problems and were regarded as the exception rather than the norm. However, I have been told by Rival casinos after not receiving my money after 3 working days that it isnt the 5th business day yet so why are you asking? What bugs me is that I was used to getting the money at my e-wallet approx 24 hours after the pending period and so they are definitely trying to delay the withdrawals by stating that this is stated in their withdrawal policy.

I wont go so far as to say they are having cashflow problems but trying to stall payments with this BS definitely does not bode well for the casinos in question. Furthermore, the longer you are not paid the more likely that you will reverse your withdrawal. It doesnt have to be in the cashier. If you ask live chat, they will reverse it for you although it's past the pending period so in a moment of weakness, you have twice as much time to succumb and reverse it.

Try Simon Says. I did a withdrawal on Christmas day, had it flushed but then was told by CS it would be 2-5 business days and don't count the 26th, 31st. etc.etc. Contacted their rep and she looked in to it. It was in my QT account on the 30th. I think she may have had something to do with it. She answered my emails and checked in to it for me.

As far as the depositing by cc and withdrawing to QT...I had that problem the first time I withdrew from Sloto. I had to make a minimal deposit via QT and then withdrew that too before they would process the original withdrawal. A pain in the #$%^ but now everything works.
