Question About casinos with their own bespoke crypto currency

As a crypto enthusiast who enjoys playing slots from time to time, I've mostly played at BetFury since they utilize blockchain technology and have their own tokens (on my opinion it makes gambling way more transparent). Recently, I came across Fairspin, a smaller project with its own token and staking program.

Does anyone know other casinos with their own cryptocurrencies? What are your thoughts on them, and has anyone here tried Fairspin? I'm curious about your experiences with such online gambling platforms.

BTW the F-spin site looks as dodgy as hell. No licensing, spelling mistakes everywhere, using certification & audit logos of organizations they aren't part of.

Falsely claiming Curacao license:

I have no experience with these guys but I noticed both Fairspin.io and Betfury.ai are very highly rated on the Guru website, whether or not that rating can be taken seriously I couldn't say, but these operations DO at least have valid licenses, have they not?

Got a royal flush on Betfury yesterday. Requested a $400 equivalent withdrawal in ETH. Withdrawal was held due to their risk team having to do a “deep security check”. Funds were in my local crypto wallet this morning.

No, this is not a shill post for Betfury. Just relaying a favourable experience.

I mean if anyone is playing at a crypto casino and doesn’t think there is an extra layer of risk involved then they are only fooling themselves.

I had already written off my withdrawal given the known risk although I had withdrawn similar amounts twice in the past (both royals too), so was pleasantly surprised to see the funds in my local wallet this morning. But again my exposure is low as I tend to stick to min bet when I play. If I were staking larger amounts then my confidence in the crypto casinos I frequent would tank significantly.

Please don't ruin my topic

I am not trying to ruin it - we get people daily here who attempt to plant links for rogue gambling sites, or simply mention their names (shill) to attract attention to them. As the first duty of this site is player advocacy and protection, the last thing I want to do is risk forum members being tempted to unlicensed or bad sites and all the problems and scamming that go with them.

It seems for some reason I was getting 'unlicensed' in the checks but others were not so for now the original post gets the benefit of the doubt; I have amended the title back to reflect the original one by @Bacchus

There is also history of rogue sites falsely claiming licenses or redirecting their license link to a fake approval page.

I erred on the side of caution but seeing as a couple of members here have satisfied themselves that the license does stand up OK I will go with that.

I think it's appropriate to state that even a genuine Curacao license is very limited to absolutely worthless in terms of player protection compared to proper European jurisdictions, so bear that in mind.

Again I apologise for the error in my Curacao eGaming check which came back as unlicensed, but I will never apologise for using diligence and checking things out when new posters appear on the forum and staight from the off mention names of sites 99% of us have never heard of.
