Okay, the Gambling Gods are against me. I attempt to make a Moneybookers deposit into my 32Red account. I click the amount and get redirected to the Moneybookers site, where you are supposed to type in your password and the six digit Turing number, to login to your account and okay the transaction.

The first time I tried, I got one of those script errors. You know, error on line whatever, do you want to continue running scripts on this page? I can't remember if I clicked yes or no. In any event, after I typed in my info and clicked okay..a new page comes up saying wrong Turing number. I tried again, same thing. So I went to the Moneybookers site directly and voila, no problem logging into my account at all. So I went to the flash version of the casino, same problem. I tried a different Micro, same thing. I did a system restore to four days ago, made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be happening? Keep in mind that I am a total computer dummy.

Is it my computer, or is it a bug in the MG banking interface? Or maybe a combo of both? And more importantly, any idea how I can fix it, if it's on my end? The login page on Moneybookers site and the login page in the casino banking interface is basically the same, so I don't really understand the problem. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I'm not meant to play...at least not tonight.

Ahhh, I heard back from 32Red support, and I guess it is an issue with Moneybookers and/or MG in general.

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for contacting us here at 32red.

I am sorry to see that you have been effected by the issue that is now effecting MoneyBookers transactions, this has been sent to our finance team and our Finance manager will be resolving this for you as soon as possible.

Thank God...at least it's not my computer and it looks like it's affecting all MG's. And just to reiterate what a class act 32Red is, they put a bonus in my account, to make up for my inconvenience. Seeing as it's not only their problem, I think that's pretty decent of them.

Oh well, my money will still be there to lose tomorrow, lol.

Maybe Moneybookers is next in line to drop Canadian customers?

Wash your mouth out with soap young man!!! If that happens, my gambling days are done. I can deposit with my CC, but I'll be damned if I'll wait months to get paid.

It's a bug with the Moneybookers page. I had the same problem with a Playtech site.

Try this, click "yes" when it tells you that there are errors on the page. Then on the Moneybookers page, right click on a blank spot on the page and click "Properties". Copy the address of the webpage. Then in your browser, paste that address and then try logging in. You should not get any more Turing number problems.

click2pay is good.
I opened my account days ago.

moneybookers closed my account because I transfered money to my friends.

They told me this term was violated.

12.2. Customer undertakes not to make use of the Moneybookers Service for or in connection with any money changing or transmitting business, including but not limited to bureaus de change, e-currency exchanges, purchase of travel money. Moneybookers reserves the right to apply at its sole discretion prevention and detection procedures and suspend or freeze accounts or refuse the execution of transactions if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being or may be used for such purposes. A handling fee of up to EUR 50 per transaction can be applied at Moneybookers' sole discretion in stopping and/or reversing said transactions.

Hi!

You are not a dummy, because this error also happens with me, if i make a deposit on some RTG Casinos and MG Casinos, so it's all ok, but you must click certainly "yes" when this error message comes to you.

I also don't understand why this only happens on difference casino's cashierside, but not on the directly moneybookers page
