A week end will not be able to play,WTF

This is an awful weekend, for me, the following is my experience:

(1) Both visa and mastercard are not working on MG. Lat week still OK.

(2) Turn to Money booker and fund my account via POLI. 2 Transactions are failed at the last step. The money is charged on my account but not into my MB account. In this situation, I have to wait 3-5 business days to get it clear.

(3) Only 100$ in my MB I will not dare to try TS, so I went to Rival(This is vegas). The first deposit went through fine and the money is charge on my MB account but my casino account is not credited.

Now I have totally lost interests to play any more.

WTF.

This will be a quiet weekend for me, lay down on the bed like a dead man. 1200$ out of my account at nowhere.:confused::mad:

Just the opposite. I havent received my withdrawal (MB) from TIV yet. Maybe there are problems between them and TIV.

FYI Chuchu...yesterday I made a withdrawal at TIV in the morning, had it flushed and I did a doubletake about 2 hours later when I received an e-mail from EWX stating the withdrawal was in my e-wallet. Can not even remember the last time a withdrawal was completed so promptly..I state this as some know TIV has had some recent technical problems with withdrawals but man they must have corrected them for the better...I would assume your W/D delay may be on the MB side but speculation nonetheless!!

............been there and done that..it sucks, really does, when you have x amount of money out there floating around and cant do a thing about it, i hope the weekend will be better for you somehow or another:)...................laurie

You know what? My visa worked 4 days ago at MG and it didnt work since. I thought it was just me, maybe it was a glitch

No worries .....Maybe you can take a nice drive or you can always buy a gift visa with the card you were gonnna deposit with?

I was out of 1200 and can not even get a play , feel sucks.

I initiated the w/d last Saturday and was surprised it didnt hit my a/c on the 5 weekdays. Seeing problems with oyw's deposit, maybe this is MB's problem.
 
My first problem at TIV

I have been waiting for 5 days for a withdrawl to QT. It's been so long i have 2 other withdrawls pending(really 1 as I combinded them) hope they get it figured out soon, I was going to cash out some of my QT monies.

oyw7862,, look at it like this man...maybe a good chance to get out of the house and expand your horizons and enjoy the beauty around you man...and you know you will definitely be saving some money...probably a hell of a lot of money !! :cool:

Well that's great to know! I've been waiting for 4 days now for my QT withdrawal too and nothing. They don't answer emails or have any idea what the problem is on live chat. My 2 withdrawals just sit in "processing" in the cashier. I wonder what their deal is?

Yeah it's exactly the opposite of what Inetbet is doing. No live chat at inetbet but they do respond quickly to e-mails whereas TIV has live chat but doesnt respond to e-mails. Rather, they send you emails on the things you mentioned to them in live chat.

I will wait for John to come back and answer what's on with the withdrawals. If a number of us are not getting our withdrawals timely, this is an issue to be looked at.
 
Some Bad news from TIV

I just got an email from TIV, saying they are having technical issues with QT and payments can be expected later this week. I have no doubt everyone will get paid, it's just gonna take some time.

I got the same email just a few minutes ago and "yes" this really ticks me off!I been waiting 6 days now for what looks like another 6 or more! I cashed out last night at midnight at iNetBet to my quicktender account and it was waiting for me this morning. Their certainly not having a problem with quicktender. Yes, maybe we'll get paid but I hate waiting days for a withdrawal to go though and why are they having problems with quicktender and iNetBet isn't? Everyone was so high on TIV so I decided to try them out. I won and now I can't get my money. Like someone said "just floating around in cyberspace". I only like to play places that can turn your money around in 48hrs or less. Had I know this was coming I would have played elsewhere.
 
ahhh.... i guess that explains it then. i thought i would wake up this morning to find my funds in qt since it's always been done within the 48 hrs and it's been over that on some of my cashouts. i wonder what the issue is. i didn't get any email about this so thanks for the heads up. Guess we just have to wait for John to tell us what is going on.

I got this message from John. Strange No mention of any problems with Quicktender just "behind on payments". Don't know... somehow I don't like the sound of this.:confused:


This is our mishap, we are behind on payments and the accounting department that handles emails regarding accounting issues are behind. It is very unfortunate but they are trying their best to answer all of them and get payments taken care of. Most of the time we are good in this area but it is a problem we have now.

I apologize for the delays, if there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

Hi lovetogamble, i think that all rivals are behind on there payments as i just got payed today and my withdrawals from davincis gold was being processed since the 4 april.

I also have a couple more at superior which were being processed since the 8 april.

And anouther superior withdrawl on 15 april + a this is vegas withdrawl from the 10 april, i hope i dont have to wait as long as the davincis gold withdrawl for all my other cash outs.

I was using money bookers and i am from england, i thought that maybe it was because off my web wallet choice but seeing that i used it to deposit i thought maybe i should stick with it just incase i get a cheque.

I remember last time many players had long waits for there withdrawls as i was one off them, it was some issue between moneybookers and this is vegas, and the casino was not very upfront about it. but robrival sorted things out.

I just recieved one of my withdrawls from TIV, so this is very good news. I would imagine they will have everything ironed out by the weekend. I also, recieved an email from SS saying they will be back on track by the end of the week. Everyone that is waiting for a Rival withdrawl just be patient, it's coming.

Hmmm....I guess this thread explains the delay in my Pantasia withdrawal. Several rival casinos, including Superior and Pantasia, had this same problem with QT earlier in the year.
 
had some similar delays to qt as well and had my cashouts returned to my balance. contacted cs (who have been very good) and was told i would have to withdraw to ewalletexpress. Wham!! less than 24 hrs and it's already there. so ended up fine for me. hope the issues are resolved for everyone else as well.
