Can anyone advise me on a situation I have with William hill casino club they haven't processed a withdrawal I made for £10.000 pounds on the 20th of November, I have been jumping through hoops for them for over a week supplying them every form of account verification known to man, with the promise of payment, & now there is nothing left for them to ask of me ,they keep saying that the relevant team are still looking in to it, I still can't believe they have done this, and what makes it ten times worse is that I deposited nearly £3000. pounds in credit card and skill transactions to win the £10.000 ,in the first place I am trying to stay calm but my patient's has truly run out and I honestly don't know what action to take, but for the record,i am willing to take any action needed in order for them not to get away with this ,even if it bankrupts me, Thanks, yours sincerely, Mrs Jennifer D.

Hi, the answer is in the title of my post; you need to be persistent with them (and I mean "very persistent!") Contact them by Live Support daily, don't be afraid to be a nuisance to them.

I'm guessing since you stated they have promised payment that your account is now verified, in which case 9 days to process your Withdrawal is unreasonable. Provided that you've adhered to their T's and C's, you have grounds to make a complaint to the UKGC. I wouldn't directly state this to them but definitely ask them who their ADR is. Under the terms of their UKGC Licence they MUST tell you who their ADR is and provide details of how to contact them.

I'd personally ask them for this information "in the event that you have no option other than to take the matter further"; hopefully that will be enough to kick them into acting. Don't be fobbed off with the old "relevant team" garbage.

Hope this helps ;)

Its a disgrace that such a massive high street brand can pull this crap in stalling payments. Its hardly as if they cant afford to make the payment. Keep at them as others said and the one thing WH do hate is bad press. 10K is worth being very vocal about. I got no doubts you would get paid in the end so long as no terms were broken .... but no way should it take so long. I played WH the other year but just did not like them and did not feel safe playing there for some reason even though I had no issues with cash outs. GL with getting your money

I agree. My experience with WH was similar, I just couldn't get any luck playing there and so gave up. I felt that somehow the slots weren't playing right, but have no evidence to back anything up, apart from losing a lot over a significant period of time!

It's a shame that the UK bookmaker chains can't offer a better experience on line.

It would be good to get an update from Jennifer as to whether she's making any progress.

Im a VIP at Will Hill and have never had a problem to date, If its your first withdrawal and also such an amount then I guess maybe there waiting to audit it for any potential abuse, thats presuming you used some sort of casino bonus.

Just for future reference they do a card called priority access (looks like a credit card) and you can go to a cashpoint or shop and just empty your account for no fee whenever you want, might save you any bother in the future. Think its 3-5k a day depending on your level

All the best
