A prime example of the sketchiness of RTG software

After losing last night at White Rhino, received a nice bonus this morning and sure enough hit a feature on the first spin (of course). Three retriggers later (yes) 80 free spins returned 175X bet LOL!

Ok so we saunter over to Goldbeard and 500 spins later, after 300 just bumped it to $10 spin just to get it over with. Hit two features near the end and here was the result. I'm willing to bet no one has experienced this .... 15 free spins (1) and 10 (2)..

On the other hand, betting $1.50 on a game after 3 spins I hit 50 free spins (different game) and hit the max win of $1500.00. Goldbeard is not one of my favs but it can produce some nice wins. Not all the time though...just like any game. Go 1000 spins at $2.50 (pick any game) and see what happens. Doesn't matter if it is RTG, RIVAL, or at a land based machine. If it is going to pay it will pay (if you are lucky). If it isn't, it won't. End of story...it's called gambling.

Not necessarily...let's think about this. I can have a bank roll of $2500. Betting $2.50 a spin I have 1000 "trys" to hit something significant. The person betting $5 a spin has half as many "trys" or 500 chances. What do you think the odds are? Why do you think there are so many winner screenshots of people "low rolling"? They have more "trys". Now, if the bank roll for the person betting $5.00 were in proportion to the $2.50 bettor then you would have a good chance of hitting something worth mentioning.

hold on a min he does have a point to a certain degree ,if your playing the same games mostly all the time & get poor results everytime , its going to make you think about something is up & i would agree with dave on the higher stakes RTG playing is a bad idea , how many screen shots do you see here with large 6.25+ dollars spins not that many , even with people cutting back on games i would of thought you would see better results on lower bets, we all its gambling.

ive played lucky club solid every week for last 3 months all kind of stakes bets etc etc , yet like alot of people no doubt, i havnt managed a cashout or made any wagering either ,i would say my rtp is around 78% for this period , online casinos 90+ i know its only 3 months but im not the only person either saying this , ( look at the other poll guy was using his monies won from mg to fund RTG ) & if you times this by 1000 players all losing for a period of 3 months thats alot of money )

Sketchy? Why is it when you lose it is always a problem and when you win it is not? Even the worst gamblers know that you have to take the good with the bad. You are not going to be a winner everytime.

I don't think it's 'rigged' beyond the published house edge, no. What I have been thinking lately is that the way RTG software is written, your returns are weighted CASINO-wide; that is, it doesn't matter what game you play, the RNG that computes spins based upon some formula that incorporates the RTP % regardless of slot.

I continue to enjoy RTG games, and will continue playing there, but to contrarily dismiss observations and complaints about RTG out-of-hand is, frankly, not in the spirit of a casino discussion board.

Oh, wait, on edit, I see who the threadstarter is, and okay, yes, he does complain an awful lot about online casinos.

Draw up an excel chart (with advice from KK)) and show us your return on each and every rtg slot. Show mathematically that the software is rigged and dont just act on impulse. Prove that what you are saying is the tip of the iceberg and not just a small part of the portrait.

Why don't we first start at the beginning then... I don't know about you but either I have to be the luckiest slot player on earth or these RTG casinos actually like me. I am a fairly high roller, and its pretty safe to say when I register at a site, someone gets the message. Had a good streak the last few weeks which was too easy. So I pulled back a bit. This week, toned it way down, with six $250 deposits. 5 out of the 6 sessions I have turned that into $1500-$1,900 each how's that for random? Are you kidding me? I guess I had the opportunity to cash out, but they know me ... I play it through especially after hitting nothing at 300 spins. I start ramping then. I guess its the sink or swim I don't like. Cmon, I often hit a feature within 40 spins x 10 different slots in a row!

I tell you what, I will keep my mouth shut now and just take advantage of these gifts realizing that's all they are ... just going to play their game... Except after a cashout the wins stop LOL! i am not kidding.... Even a cashout at a sister casino.


I will give you a tip though. If you ever play at RTG and have the luxury of a dead 400x sin before hitting a bonus round? Take it as a good thing Keep playing, you will likely hit 3 within the next 100-150 at minimum. Like clockwork.

When it begins to suck, is when each of the next 3 the payout is less than 15x bet.

As for Daveboz. You do complain a tad bit buddy, but I can agree with
you about the trend of betting higher and not getting much of a return as
appose to betting a $1.25 and getting lucky. There has been countless times
of yours truly getting ultra pissed at certain RTG slots and I start betting berserk ($10 and up)
only to be staring at an empty balance...
But on the other hand, there ARE examples out there of huge RTG wins from
$10, $25 and up spins... Just not us. It is what it is.

You can yell conspiracy all you want, but IMO, the bottomline comes down to this...
The more you play the less likely you are to win. At some point you need to know when to call it quits and hit the cash out button. If you start out with $250 and get your bankroll up to $1900, that's a nice chunk of change (at least in my mindset), cashout. You've more than doubled your money.

But if you are going to continue playing each time until you have nothing left (even after the one true "gift"), then it's a fools errand and can hardly be blamed on the casino. This is why it has been labeled gambling.
