I play on line here and there, a few times a month or so. I am not a high roller, but I am steady with my few casinos I play at. I do not take bonuses very often because I get too frittered about if I will make play through or not.

When High Noon offered a free $60 bonus, I thought I would take it, although usually I just stick with Inetbet. Anyway, I played and played, up and down for quite a long while (days, I mean) and finally made play through. I played a bit more and then decided to make my withdrawal. I needed to make at least a $21 deposit, which I understood and did.

Next thing I know, my WD is denied! I panicked and thought, WTH did I do wrong? It turned out that my partner had taken the same bonus and then made a deposit before I even signed up. I try to be careful about this, only one account per household. I forgot to mention to him that I was doing it, or I would have known. Oops!!

Instead of just shutting me down and returning my deposit, High Noon decided to help me. This is an example of the behavior a "good casino", which I think happens more often than not. Too many of us only report the bad stuff and take the good stuff for granted, myself included.

This is a copy of my e-mail to High Noon's cashier. I wanted all of you to know about this. :)

Iveta,

I got my e-mail this morning, telling me my withdrawal had been approved. I just had to write and tell you thanks.

I am always really careful to go by the rules and I was absolutely embarrassed to find myself in a position of possibly being labeled a bonus abuser and all the connotations that go with that label. If I had known my partner had taken the free chip and even made a small deposit, I would never have taken High Noon's free chip offer.

I do realize that you and your casino could have refused to pay me and would have been within your rights. The fact that you listened and understood and allowed me to withdraw my winnings after I explained about my partner and got his ID to you, shows me a casino that really cares about their customers and knows that people aren't always out to cheat the casino.

High Noon is now my RTG casino to play at. I am not a big depositor, but I am steady. And my partner will never play there again. So, once again, thanks to you and your casino for giving me a positive experience.

Sincerely,

Jod5413

Since you didn't mention the amount you cashed out I'm gonna guess it was small. Now that you and your partner are aware of the two accounts the casino is also aware that both of you will now only play on the one account.

The amount they payed you was worth the small investment to retain two players.

I also would lay 1000 to 1 had you been playing off a straight deposit with no max cash out and your cash out had been large, you would be here telling us how you got screwed.

I see your point about getting paid and yes it was kind of them. But, this decision by the casino was nothing more then a smart business decision that obviously is going to pay off based on your comments here:

You are probably right 4 of a kind, but the comment, although I appreciated hearing such a report would not entice me one bit, simply because it's RTG. However, this is the move SOF should have taken for the small amount they refused to pay Heador. They would have been much better off had they done the same.

Damn, Four Of A Kind, nothing like knocking the wind out of my sails!!! Surprisingly enough, I have never, ever had a problem with the casinos I play with over a lot of years. My withdrawal was small, you say? And you base that on what? After I deposited the minimum amount, I played "bonus free" so you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I am not one to publicize my wins or losses.

I have never "been screwed" by a casino, and that is because I do my research to pick decent casinos. Just because I call myself a low roller, that does not mean every cash out is "small". And, I never said or even implied that they were "kind" to help me. It just shows good business sense to take care of a potential customer. And no, my partner and I will not both play. I have mine he has his, it is like having separate checking accounts.

If I was in a bad mood, I would tell you to quit pi$$ing in my cornflakes. But, I am usually in a good mood so I will only say to you, I am sorry you are so jaded, it must make life much harder than it needs to be, yes?

Oh yeah, I never called High Noon "kind". That would be a very silly thing to say about a business, don't you think?

How refreshing to read Jod's post about a POSITIVE experience. CWC has earned my business as well. One rough spot, but they rebounded nicely with me also.

There is so much complaining on this forum, that it is nice to see one in this vein.

Thanks for sharing.

Not sure why the attack Jod. This is a public forum open for opinions. What's with all the hostility?

Interesting that they allowed both bonuses. Can't think of any other place that would allow it. Of course, if each of you had busted out on the bonus it wouldn't matter.

I have no hostility in me, Four Of A Kind. I just really hate when people who have no idea of what's what start posting BS.

Anyway, not important. You have posted a lot of good stuff here, and I admire that. I just think you are off base with your 3Dice attitude. Like you said, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Things like this....

"I also would lay 1000 to 1 had you been playing off a straight deposit with no max cash out and your cash out had been large, you would be here telling us how you got screwed."

tend to make me cranky. It is a completely obnoxious statement that would raise the hackles on anyone.

So, let's move on, shall we?

Unfortunately Jod he is quite likely to be right there though on one point anyway. A 60 usd free chip ALWAYS has max cashout requirements. Never seen one that doesnt. And no thats not a bash either, just saying lol Congrats on your win :)

Congratulations on your win! It's nice to see a casino WORK with a player instead of instanteously ruling them out of future play. This is the type of free advertisement ALL above board casinos should be looking for, jmo.

Nice Jod. It is nice to hear some positive feedback once in a while. It gets a tad negative mostly on the site. Useful (to know what is going on) but also nice to hear when a casino is working on getting it right (e.g., good and reasonable customer service).
