A note about Blood Suckers

This is my favourite slot, as it has a big payout (Netent claims 98%) and allowed to me to make some nice wins. Definitively a low-variance slot, but you can make something in the range of 100x/200x.
Now, this is a 25 lines slot. The fact is, that lines 4 and 5 have the first three symbols in the same position as lines 17 and 18 (diagonal across the board, from up to down and from down to up) This 2 couples of line differ only for the position of 4th and 5th symbol.
In fact, when you hit 3 symbols in diagonal, game correctly pays 2x wins, as both lines 4 and 17 (or 5 and 18) are winning lines.
But when you hit 3 "Bonus" symbols in line 4 or 5, game gives only ONE bonus round! Not two! So, lines 17 and 18 are faulty, cause they don't increase the chance to find the bonus round, as you are already playing lines 4 and 5.
I think this is important. Probably bonus rounds gives 30% or more of all the money. 3 Bonus symbols appear frequently enough, much more than 3 Scatters (that give 10 Free Spins with 3x), and can pay well, 40x or more if you are a bit lucky.
So playing lines 17 and 18 means playing lines that have 70% payout.
Now, if 98% payout refers to a 25-lines playing, probably a 16-lines playing (you can choose number of lines, obviously) tends to be near to a 100% payout! Viceversa if 98% payout refers to a single line, playing 18 or more lines means to lower payout to 96% more or less.

Didn't work for me, but...

Hi! I tried this but didn’t get better result than 25 lines (payout wise). My theory why it doesn’t work is that you are missing out the bonus rounds of 4 and 5 bonus symbols in a row. You only get 3 in a row with your system if 4-5 symbols hits lines 16-17. Bonus of 4-5 symbols pays much more than only 3 symbols. If there would be a difference because not getting double bonus rounds, that is compensated with higher winning on lines 16-17 when getting 4-5 symbols (it felt like it when I played at least). Also, I doubt that bonus payout is 30%, it’s more like 15 %. But I had good resaults in the beginning when trying, but dropped in the end. Variance sucks sometimes.

But I suggest low lines anyway since the higher variance is beneficial in the beginning when you clear bonuses. I like 10-15 lines and about 5-10 euro per spin. This works but I suggest that you have a bankroll of at least 10 000 euro. Playing 10-15 lines works with many slots that’s over 96,5%. I suggest that you mix up the slots. I know that if you play much Blood Suckers, they always check your account to see if you are bonus whoring. Before I changed up, I got quite much money confiscated. I hardly play Blood Suckers at all now, auto play stops when hitting a bonus round. So you have to play all the time. Auto clicker also creates problem since it hard for you to prove that you didn’t use it (I have had confiscations for playing “similar” all the time). And it’s also against rules – so I don’t use it.
