Hey All,

I was wondering if any of you could ponder this situation and give me your thoughts.

I opened one of the playtech casinos tonight to play (not a rogue or dodgy one, always been fair to me and paid out etc). A few moments after i opened the casino a chat window opened from a rep and was offered a 50% bonus with a wagering requirement of x40 the bonus.

So I took it and deposited 50 Euros. My playthrough should of been 1050 (40x 25 euros, plus the 50 deposit).

I played on and off (mostly on) from 6pm to 10pm staking 60 cent to 1.20 euros on slots. I reached a high of 560 euros, then played down to 500 with the intention of withdrawing if I had met the WR.

I checked with support chat and was informed my playthrough was 2000 and I'd only made 256 in wagering!

Now I like to think i'm ok at judging how much i've wagered, 256 with that amount of time and stake is impossible. The agent agreed my playthrough should of been 1050 but said 'I can't see which bonus is active on your account, there are quite a few'. It's been forwarded to the 'relevant' department for investigation.

Uh-uh

The things I'm considering -
1. I haven't taken a bonus there on the last few deposits, do i have a carry over from a previous bonus? If so why didn't the rep inform me before offering and adding another bonus?
2. Has anyone ever had there playthrough incorrectly calculated?

First problem at a online Casino ever btw!

Just made a post about the same thing that happened to me except it was an RTG casino. How strange.

I don't know what you can do about it cause I couldn't do anything cause the management didn't seem to think it was all that big a deal and assured me they fixed it.

All dealt with by their investigations department. I was able to withdraw later after some old bonuses were removed.

Looks like it isn't just Rival where you should always play down to zero.

Anyway credit to Casino.com who dealt with this within a day and were responsive and really helpfull.

My only concern is being allowed to take a bonus when I already have one active, there is just no way to tell on playtechs.

I very rare take bonuses, but one time I did awhile back which at the time was a new RTG casino. (who?? I have no idea today which one it was) I deposited $400.00 dollars and took a 100% match and 30x's play through. 24k play through requirement, with the 400.00 bonus non-cash-able. This casino didn't have the auto play through counter available.

I'll always stick to one size bet for the most part. If playing real-series slots I of course use auto with 50 bets and keep my eye on the counter in case I get free spins, (sometimes on certain games the auto automatically clicks off on a free spin) I keep a log of all bets in my notebook. If I go to larger bets of course I start another column and enter the same. If I play video poker every time I click max bet I count and record after 50 bets and of course start over again at one.

I'm usually within 100 to 200 dollars whenever I check with casino on what I played so far.

So, to make a long story longer, on this bonus I played and played for a long while and finally had enough, and decided to call it a night and continue the next day. I checked with casino on play through and they said something like 18K was played so far. My count was right there and I logged their number into my book.

Next day I continue to play and according to my records I made play through and still had about $600.00 left. I checked with the casino and they came back with a number less then the confirmation they gave me the night before. I stayed polite and suggested they made a mistake and explained how last night before I stopped playing I confirmed with them my count with theirs for 18k, and after today's play my count has the play through complete. How could their count now for 15k be less then what they confirmed last night at 18k along with all the playing I just did this present session. They asked me to hold while they looked into it. After about 5 minutes, they came back and apologized with some lame excuse about the cs screwing up the two sessions and said I completed play through and was authorized to cash out.

With no max cash out, and not even yet, I continued to play and of course the end of this story is $0.00 cash out.
