A Big Thank You!

Would just like to say a big thank you to the Palace Group Rep at Casinomeister. Had a problem with loyalty points being removed(Live Chat were very little help), PM'd the Palace Group rep yesterday and today my problem has been rectified and my loyalty points returned. Am really appreciative for the speed and professionalism in dealing with my complaint. :thumbsup:


Ps. Am a new member and couldn't find a section in the forum where I could post a thank you to a casino rep for their help and to post a message of appreciation.
Not sure if a section exists or not? If not it would be handy to have.
I have personally thanked the rep via PM But wanted to thank them publically as I was impressed with their speedy reply to my problem and the fact that they managed to resolve it with no hassle.

Top marks IMO!

It seems like when we have a problem, we all complain about it (a whole bunch). That is OK but, it is not often enough that we give thanks to people that have helped us. Human nature, I reckon. :D
