Just a side note,about 2 weeks ago i did a withdrawl from Club World on a Wednesday and did not receive my money until the following Monday.

Might be sticking with Jackpot for awhile.

I cashed out on the 20th, it was processed on the 23rd via wire transfer from Jackpot capital, still no funds as of today Wish they were as quick on their wire transfers as they are quicktender. by far the slowest wire transfer i've ever received, or shall i say done since i haven't actually received it yet :-/ I woulda gladly cashed out via QT had they let me, but was told since i didn't deposit via QT, i couldn't withdraw with that method.

Please clarify why is this. It all depends on when the casino decides to send it. 4-10 days from when the casino removes the balance from the cashier and it becomes non reversible. It does not take 4-10 days from transmittal time for the money to hit the bank. I have never had an international wire take more than 3 business days, as long as the casino actually sent it when they said they did. This is misleading when casinos tell people this and I suspect they do so to float longer on the funds. My BS sifter works pretty good sometimes.

At Jackpot Capital, the moment the funds are processed i.e. removed from the balance on your account is the same time of our transfer at the bank. Please bear in mind that our banking partner is not located in the US and the process involves intermediary banks, which we have no control over.

We do try our utmost best to ensure speedy payouts for our customers. However, when it comes to International Wire Transfers, we are relying on the banks and its intermediaries which is the reason for our time frame - the best (4 day) and worst (10 day) scenarios.

I understand that it can take a bit longer for international wire transfers. However please keep in mind the only wire transfers i've ever received into my bank have been international wires. The longest it has taken has been 72 hours previously. I am unable to understand why it should ever take 10 days though. I am glad you pointed out 4-10 days though Yasmeen. My email said 4-10 days in it when i received confirmation of payout. However there is a bit of a discrepancy because your site specifies 7-10 days. When i spoke to live support, they told me 7-10 days, and when i said my email said 4-10 they then said, oh it is 4-10. I mentioned the website saying 7-10 days, and asked why it was different, but i didn't get an answer, was just told maximum was 10 days. See my bank charges me after i look at my account online 20 times. So i didn't want to start looking at my banking info online at 4 days, if it wasn't going to be there until at least the 7th day. However, i never could get a clear answer from them on this. Might want to change either the email that goes out, or the information on the website so that they match.

Edit: I checked the website and see that the information has been changed to 4-10 days now. I'm assuming since i pointed it out to live support about 2 days ago. Glad to see that, i know edit mistakes can happen and glad you guys fixed it in a timely manner.

Hey Johnnyoyo I too have been waiting all this week for my withdrawal to be processed with club world and must admit I am dissapointed, I only went with them because of the high reputation they seem to have but maybe I'll try jackpot Capital instead!!

Oh thats good. When I asked Live Support how long roughly for a neteller withdraw he said it would be Monday as banks not open at the weekends. Told him neteller aint a bank. But he still said Monday. Good though if they do process back to neteller at weekends I might re-deposit

Well I will be the first (but more a gentle pat than a clobber)- yes it is free money so I use it as entertainment playtime . The only thing I don't like is the 5 times max (terrified I will hit a random LOL). Seriously this does seem low by the averages (which seem to be 10 times). Perhaps with such a high play through (60 times) JPC could consider raising the cashout max to * 10.

To be honest if you are depositing max to reach the rankings and get freebies- well apart from the chance of your winning while you play, you also get the comps and the bonuses are pretty high when you reach top VIP level (which I would think you would be at that deposit play level).

Personal pref but I don't play competitions/bonuses based on whoever wagers or deposits most- For me it is usually a recipe for depositing more than i ever intended to(self control not my strongest suit).

Following on on other comments yes these guys do process to neteller quickly mine have been 24hrs.
