Hi all, I used to use william hill until hitting a fairly bad run over a few months decided to close my account with them (self exclude) a number of years ago. Recently opened an 888 account in which I took the deposit offer. Mid way through playing was logged out and account blocked. Email from 777.com or something about me self excluding from william hill so I'm not allowed an account with 888. What happens to my deposit. There's still £107 in bonus funds. I was not aware this was the same brand. Is there anyway I will get my deposit refunded here. If I'm supposed to be self excluded from this brand which I was unaware I was from 888. Surely they arnt allowed to take my money

very strange rules n regulations these people make up,my situation is this i used to play at 888.com then a few years ago they wanted SOW/SOF so i sent them a bank statement they wasnt happy and wanted more so after 2 years my account is still restricted,i cannot deposit yet i can play at william hill no problem,so why dont they restrict my william hill account if its the same brand ?

I’m sorry to say it has not changed, 888 is still a black hole as far as player complaints go: no matter what you do you get nothing back from them. 888/Cassava: all related properties are ignoring player complaints - Casinomeister Forum
