Great, just a word of advice for you as you are new - I'd recommend that unless you joined that site via a Casinomeister-specific bonus offer, that you shouldn't use the CM name to browbeat a casino's CS with.

Right, this is where you should play the numbers. Your CASH balance is 500 (or 406.60 if the bonus balance is included in that 500).

I would personally FORFEIT the remaining bonus funds and withdraw now!

Then REVERSE 100 OR 93.40 and play with that as a CASH no WR amount from now on.

Don't feel obliged or tempted to turn that remaining bonus amount into cash. In your position that would very likely be a bad move. Up to you though.....

Yes and no. Under clearplay, you CAN withdraw your cash balance but will lose your remaining bonus funds. Yes, you must wager the full BONUS WR if you want to withdraw that BONUS, but the cash balance should be always withdrawable.

Before you play on, make sure you ask that question - can you w/d your CASH balance and forfeit the bonus?

This is an unhelpful confusion as normally the same underlying bonus rules apply to all skins in a brand. I have not come across a difference at this level before in casinos run by the same operator.

Clearplay is already confusing as the system at Maple is how MGS expected it to be implemented, but very few operators have. This means that guidance on how Clearplay works that has been sourced from material published by MGS is only accurate for the minority of casinos that use the original implementation. In most cases, only the tracking element is used so that players can track their progress by how much is left in the bonus balance.

It seems Microgaming failed to properly consult the licensees when designing the original system, and the flaws that resulted were pretty obvious. The other design fail was to make the default weighting for French Roulette 50%, making the game +EV when played with a bonus.

Some operators only insist the sign up bonus is wagered fully, and allow the original Clearplay implementation for the ongoing loyalty boni. This is something worth clarifying with support.

It's also useful to know that Maple DO allow the original Clearplay system to be used for sign up bonuses.

Other than this, it's still 24 hour pending on withdrawals, rather than the 48 hours or more we are seeing elsewhere.


The initial screening process should hopefully minimise players having their winnings confiscated upon withdrawal due to problems with the documents.

What A Waste Time.....

Just popping along to tell you about my experience here.

Decided have a play here but before I did I wanted to check the wager requirements and amount bonus entitled to on the 200%.

I didn't have an account but spoke to live chat. I confirmed if I put £50 in I get £100 bonus and got nod. Deposited £50, no bonus. Asked where it was they said take time to verify details, asked why they never told me that on live chat? Of course if your going offer a trouble free service then sure you would as must have a lot people asking same question.

u can forfeit the bonus only if it is not a free bonus with out a deposit or its your first deposit... after when u have a deposit bonus and u win u can forfeit it.. and u can flush it..before players were only able to flush at maples.. recent changes have be done now u can flush on all 9 casinos they have..
