No Cardpay?(US PLayer's Dumped Again)

This issue is very hard for me to write about as I currently am looking at 3 withdrawal's that can't be done?
I use cardpay as my real cashout processor and now it's down and no one has any idea of when and even if it will come back up? As a US player we have very few option's as is that we can use to get our winning's.And this is the best and the cheapest that I have and I'am sure many other's.

The answer to this question lies with the casino's as I would like to know what the percentage is of US player's per casino and the money made from our deposit's and play? I can only grin and bear it and hope that an alternative is on the horizon?

Bitcoin is a good option But if your like me and don't have a cell that is attached to your hip like most pep's these day's. This is an option with drawback's. I joined Circle over the week-end to try and get my money back on track with the loss of cardpay. And right of the bat I encountered problem's with the cell phone thing?

Now don't get me wrong my wife has a cell for her biz and I had to use it to get the code for my verification to Circle.Fine no problem's? Except that every time I have to log in to my acct. I get a new code?????:confused:I understand that security is the one thing that makes these site's an option for payment.

BUT I have this big problem with being forced to spend money to get money that is MINE!So I'am stuck with money I need and getting it in a timely manner? There was NO notice from the casino's and this appear's to be happening in a lot of casino's? So what do I do? Do I spend the extra buck's to chance it and do a wire transfer? It is very costly and it seem'd to take more time?

I mean when I requested the money from a CWG casino the option was still there ? And I was trying to figure out how I was going to get the win from SLOTOCASH that did not have the option open many hour's before I tried the CWG withdrawal?
And the wire transfer is from $40.00 to $60.00 per transaction and my bank hit's me for another $15.00 to take the darn thing? I can't win for losing? Now I have to spend money to get a alternative so I can start to get money that should already be in the process?

So player's If you don't know about this problem then get ready because it is here and your gonna have to pay the fiddler on this one.

My father told me there would be days?Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

weesie I hate to say it But I have chatted with and also received e-mail from CWG casino's that the option is down and that there is no time table at hand? I chatted with CS at SLOTOCASH and they had NO idea when and even if the option would be back online? It hurt's I know. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Pay 2 Card

I checked Jackpot Capital and their Pay2Card is gone, but
when I checked Exclusive they still have it up.

I didn't talk to anyone, just observed their withdrawal page.

I received a payout through P2Cd from Exclusive as late as 5.4.16.

So it was viable at that time and is still listed.

My bank will accept Canadian checks, but they are a hassle.

MaryJean

Just an update.

It appear's that the outage is an update being done by RTG? It's all over the place and there is no option's at many site's if you have a small withdrawal? Most option's left open have $350.00 and over for the min. withdrawal limit.

CWG site's don't have Bitcoin I don't believe? I think I may have seen an update from Aladdins Gold that they may be going with bitcoin? But don't take that to the bank? I may be wrong? Best to check out any of the CWG site's that you play at.

And MaryJean I play at JC but have not had a win in many many deposit's.

So i guess if you have a nice little win then get the check or the wire transfer? If your playing at CWG that is? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I was notified today that my Cardforce withdrawal of $600 could be pending for weeks due to maintenance. I cancelled it and ended up giving it back with the crappiest playtime I've ever had. I'm disgusted with them and myself. I'm done playing for a while. I was really counting on that withdrawal and I don't do checks nor does my credit union have a swift code that I could find. I hate making so many deposits to find out a withdrawal can't be paid out. The fact that I was able to request a payout that way only to find out I can't sucks. I agree depositing players should be made aware.

Deanna,
I feel for you I have a small win that I can't bump up with play and the other option's require a larger amount to use?
It's a chip win and it can only go 10X the chip. So I have no choice in the matter but to wait.

Because i have done what you did too many times.Sorry to hear about the loss:( But cheer up there is always another win in the future  Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

After sleeping on it, I decide to get on here and post about it but shewoff is already on it.

Let's see here:

They can send out scads of bulk email bonus offers but not a peep about this dire situation.

I too had to find out the hard way when I tried to WD yesterday.

Any way you slice it, that is irresponsible and displays an utter disregard for their player base.

To be fair, it is probably not the reps' decision but some higher up muck-a-muck saying "Don't tell them! Don't tell them!"

In the interest of integrity, trust and full disclosure, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for ALL players to be notified.

Also, 140+ views and exactly 6 contributors to the thread. Just an observation.

I decided to check with CS on the other two casinos I play at:

CS: That payout method has been temporarily removed from the Cashier until further notice.

ME: But you don't know how long or why?

CS: I am not privy to that information. once it is available, you will be notified.

ME: Ok, thank you

So, it looks as though I'm taking a forced break from online gambling. If anyone hears that this method of payout gets back up and running it would be great if you would post the news. It's probably the only way we'll find out the option is back and until then I'm toast.

I've been prompted to chime in here to this thread. :D

Well, I have mentioned many times that players in the US will time to time face problems playing online. If you choose to do so, it's at your own risk. Unless of course you live in New Jersey, Delaware, or Nevada. US players can check out the

I agree and understand that. I was just in such a comfy "zone" of withdrawing via CardForce that it was a shock to my system to find it is no longer available. It's certainly not the casinos fault. I will wait and just hope it's back up and running sometime soon so I can get back to playing! I'm sure the casinos aren't happy either, they are going to lose serious deposits from people in the US while this is going on.

Has anyone from the US used the wire transfer method lately? I have a win that's big enough (for me) that I don't mind shelling out the money to get it. My bank gives me a hassle about Canadian checks too but they will cash them. I stopped using wire transfer a while back because my withdrawal never seemed to make it through. If it's dicey, then I'll go with the check method. I found out about the PMC the same way - when I went to withdraw it told me the method was down but seemed to still give the option to use it. It was very odd and surprising.

Bryan you are absolutely correct sir.:notworthy

And my posting this thread was to warn off any one who might lose time and MONEY to a processor that is not there? And the problem as far as I myself can see is the fact that we poor few here in the US have no merit in the online gaming ethic.
This is not to say that we don't deserve to have the same right's as out brother's and sister's in the EU. But we don't and it's these small thing's that hurt me as a player. And will ultimately hurt the casino's as far as play and such is concerned?

It's just that I found out about this early in the week-end and I all ready had 1 win a and then another within hour's and I put both into the same payout system cardpay? But one of the casino's told me right off the bat that the system was unavailable and then I noticed that they had removed the option from the withdrawal page in the short time since I had requested the cardpay?

And the other win was small and cardpay is my only option and the cardpay icon was on the withdrawal page and I took it? Not knowing that the problem was with RTG and not the particular casino's fault.

But it is their fault for not removing it when they found out about the system update. I found out later on in the week that my withdrawal was no good and that I had NO option's because it was a chip win? and in this instance there really is not one thing I can do besides wait?

And to end it we US player's have few chance's to say much about the problem's with online gaming simply because of? What you said Bryan we take it with a chance and another chance for playing online in a era of so many thing;s wrong in out country's system that legal online gaming is a whisper compared to the rest in the world?

It's a real shame too. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Wow! This is very troubling news. I just checked two Club World sites and the Card Pay option is listed, until you click for more information. The notes indicate that the option is undergoing maintenance. It would be nice to see some sort of reply from one of the casino reps.

I sent Karolina a pm this morning when I saw she was here. She must not have gotten it yet or she just didn't reply.

Edit: But then again, I see "ClubWorld" has read this thread.

I talked to her via email yesterday/today and there is really very little she can do about it. She was very cool about it though :) I don't believe it is the casinos' fault either - my gripe with all the RTG casinos collectively is that they didn't bother to inform their players.

The next question is...is it RTG causing the problem or is Pay2Card going the way of the e wallets?

Where does the seat of the problem lie?

MaryJean

I don't think anyone really knows so nobody is talking and there are some rumors flying around but nobody will confirm them. It feels like before when the e wallets were done away with. Until someone is willing to tell us the truth we just won't know what happened or why nobody told us it was going to happen. I got a payment from paymycard just last week so whatever happened is recent.

Hi Guys,

We do apologize about the inconvenience. I understand that the situation is not ideal however we are trying our best to make it smooth as possible for all players.

The card pay out is under maintenance and we should have this option back in couple of days however I'm unable to confirm exact date.

In regards to let players know, we did inform all customers who had their cash out pending and there is a message in a cashier section warning customers about this situation. I know that not everyone is reading it however we are upfront as always.

All other options are working as they should so temporarily please choose alternative method. If any issues please contact me and I'll try my best to help.

Once again we are sorry about the delay.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Thank's Karolina,

As always you have been gracious and professional. Your response is greatly appreciated and I'am sure all of us here are glad to here from the casino's that we play at Clubworld or otherwise?

I myself have read the caution in the cardpay icon after I picked the option? It is clear and concise and I had no choice but to pick? As I have said I will wait.

I do have a problem with other non-clubworld site's that after they have processed my payout and denied it for what ever reason? Still choose to make me go thru the entire process AGAIN even after they have checked or review the win and found it legit? This anger's me and I feel that they are using the extra time in hope's that I will play it all back?

Again Thank's Karolina. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Here is the only thing I will go with for sure. I got this e-mail less than 1 hour ago in regard's to my pending small withdrawal that I have spoken of in the thread.

Hello,

Hope all is well.

We can see that you currently have a withdrawal via the Credit / Debit Card option this is currently down for maintenance however we will contact you when this option is back up.

Unfortunately we can see that you do not have enough to withdraw via another option at this time. You do have the two following options:

· Request the fund for withdrawal and leave pending until you have further funds to request a higher amount to an alternative method

· Leave the funds in pending until the card withdrawal option becomes available again (please note we have not been given a timescale on this from the processor)

Please accept my sincere apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Kind Regards,

So this what I have and I hope it help's with your decision on what option you use? I have gotten wire transfer's myself from Accredited casino's here. They were successful But the fee is way more than I would be willing to pay unless you have a nice win?

Mind you my wire transfer exp. has not included clubworld site's. I feel that the rep they have as a stand up casino will be more than enough for you to make this decision with?

Best of luck,Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I was thinking you said your small withdrawal had to do with a 10x chip amount which was why it was a smaller withdrawal. So what exactly does option one mean. Deposit more money, hopefully win and they'd let you combine the second withdrawal with the 10x chip? I doubt that is an option at all unless they were going to make an exception. You'd have to reverse your 10x chip withdrawal into your account which adds it to your money but still I believe it would then all be "10x chip money"...if that makes sense. Depending on what your withdrawal is if you want to play to win a bigger amount you might as well get rid of it so you could start playing again or just leave it to rot and move on to another casino, right?

Thank you, that's helpful. It's been a long time since I used wire transfer so I guess I'll give it a shot. I did have a fairly good win - $2400 so I'll take a chance on it.

Casinomeister, you are aware there are some of us who follow your recommendations religiously.........Are you saying in this post that we in the US play at our own risk esp in getting paid?

Hi All,

Thank you for your comments.

I understand that the alternative options are limited and min amount is slightly higher. If you have pay out pending please let me know via PM and I will see what's the best we can do. In some situations I could possibly lower the min amount for Check and Wire if necessary.

@debzy - the bank wire is still ok I would say it should be better that check as you do not have to wait for funds to clear so it will be faster. I can confirm that the transaction was authorized now and will be posted later on today.

Hey folk's,

Let me start by saying I hate problem's? The fact that I have to after almost 20 year's of playing at good, bad and all manner of casino's? Be put thru what I consider to be an appalling amount of grief by a casino that I play at at least 3 to 5 times a week?

This whole problem began with the cardpay closure for mat.I have a nice little win at SLOTOCASH for $700.00 after a $25.00 deposit it's a great win? 1st my regular option of cardpay is not there? So I request a Bitcoin payout? I opened a Circle acct. Which is a member of the Bitcoin system and I was told by the CS there at Circle that the address generated by me was good at Bitcoin?

So I requested a withdrawal thru Bitcoin for my $700.00 and waited for the 48 hour's that this casino takes to make sure your win is good. I got e-mail that said approved and then DECLINED the code from Circle a Bitcoin member was NO GOOD? So back to the tech's at Circle and they requested a screen shot of the denial? This is not possible because we should not make the wallet aware of the gaming?

But I requested it from the payment support at SLOTOCASH and I have yet to hear back?I decided to choose the wire transfer to get my money and after 48 hour's again doing the very same thing they did before I was e-mailed approved and then e-mailed DECLINED? Because I live in New York?

I went to CS at the casino and requested a reason why? I was told that the issue was sent to the payment support and they would get back in 24 hour's? They suggested a check :lolup::lolup:

Just to get turned down again no doubt? I ask for a complete copy of the chat and was ignored 2 times and never was not responded to again in that chat? Now please do you see a pattern happening?

I went back to Circle again and ask are they sure that Bitcoin was the address that I was getting and they stated that there would be NO way that it would not be seen as just a Bitcoin address? So AGAIN I will wait for 48 hour's and see if this new address will be honored? I have PM the rep here? But to date I have yet to ever hear back from them?
So let's just total up the wasted time here?48 48 48 24=168 hour's? Doing the same thing over and over again? This withdrawal was 1st requested on Saturday of last week?

Should I be concerned here? You tell me?Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Suggestion

"I REMEMBER WHEN" In the distant past when playing some of the old time casinos,
such as even Rushmore, when there was a problem...the casino stood the expense of mailing
a check to the player.

This seems like a gesture of good will to the player. Especially to someones like Shewuff's
that is tiny and is caught in limbo.

card pay down...

Having the same problem with card pay down. didn't know when I made deposit- (in CWC defense it may not have been down yet) but then when I did request via only route left ( a Canadian check) the casino charged me $25 then my bank hit me for $20 plus 2 week wait for international check!!!
I asked casino to wave charge or reduce since the $9 cardpay was not an option,,, that didn't help. I love Club world but withdrawals are getting expensive...may have to rethink!
anyone heard if card pay is coming back online?

I tried!!

hey ya,
last week I was attempting withdrawal and got the whole card pay is down. I requested a lowering of fees as I had no other option ( $25 from casino and $20 from my bank) I nave a small local bank and can't get wires. I got email back from club world telling me $25 was standard fee and could not be reduced.... my user name is pudellen. also.. any idea if card pay is coming back or is gone for good?
thanks

What happened to Customer is always right?

I guess I must be getting old!

I remember when a little bit of polite regard and a token of appreciation
went a long way, especially when the business or it's contacts had been
at fault.

What was the term?....A man's word is his bond?

It still seems that the casino could pay the fee themselves rather than
saying it "can't" be lowered. Hmmmm?

Bad Bad Business protocol!

Look how many players have been alienated now?
How big did you say this forum is?

bit coin

the real answer to this delema is BIT COIN , I'm new at it but it has turned out to be way simpler than I ever thought don't forget it was designed for people in third world counties in mind were there is no banking available for purchases or stock piling there money safely and securely

two things you do is

1 open a coin base account it's like a ewallet you can load from any usa bank because its leagle

2 then open a block chain info e wallet load coin base from your bank then send it to block chain wallet and finally send it to any casino that accepts bitcoin

easy peasey

IF THE CASINO WILL ACCEPT PAY IN FROM BIT COIN BUT WONT PAY OUT THROUGH BITCOIN GET ANOTHER CASINO MY TAKE ON IT SO FAR and I am yelling from the top of my lungs hoping the casino's will get by this
impass
blockchain inside.webp

I could have left the numbers and the scan on because there only use is to deposited bitcoin into my account but notice were the wallet prompt says even to share it with a carrier pigen

I opened a Circle account and a Blither and then a Core? As I have stated the CS at Circle said that they are a part of the Bitcoin network and i have generated 2 code's that I have put in the Bitcoin icon at the casino? The first time it was declined and I was e-mailed that it was not a Bitcoin code?MMM

Then I opened the Blither acct. as I thought well maybe something is wrong? But the Blither acct/ is not very easy to understand at all? So every body is Core Core so I open a Core acct/ and boy oh boy the first thing is it must syhnc. up to the network? Fine but at the bottom left hand side of the open Core acct/ there is a loading icon and right next to it is a 7 year's and 17 week's behind the current time period?

So they tell you that the SIZE of the file is over 2 gig's and I see how now? And at a rate of just over a week's update per. 15 to 30 minute period it will take over a week to get the file DL'ed to my acct. and current? Can't win for losing?

So I have waited all week-end and will see if the 2nd Circle code will work for me? Wish me luck?

make shure t hat you indicate from the wallets bitcoin or dollars [and only copy and paste or cut and paste from to ] I had a coinbase transmission not go through but no value of coin or dollars leave your wallet its best to send very small amounts at first also leave both wallets open when doing transaction especially to casino [I was told ]

we are paying a big price in aggravation to play as we all know and this new wave of being lawfuly correct as they can I don't think they will get any more than the native americans did good luck R.C

I think the question here is: Do you want to keep patronizing these joints that have left U.S. players in the dark on this matter?

I-gaming in the U.S., as we all know, is essentially engaging in a black market operation. Any casino can do anything, say anything, with-hold information at will and we have absolutely no legal recourse if we have a complaint.

We are entirely at their mercy and subject to their whims on ANY matter.

There are several observations that can be made concerning this debit card mess:

-The casinos have NOT been upfront about this and have taken an "Oh, by-the-way" attitude.
-The processors are not as reliable as we think they are and that adds to the risk involved.
-There are only a handful of contributors out of hundreds of views to the several threads devoted to this very serious problem.

Simple logic and the deafening silence from many prominent members makes me wonder if anybody really cares outside of us minority U.S. players.

So, to engage in more subterfuge to set up a bitcoin account just doesn't sound like something I want to get involved in.....maybe in the future, but I've jumped through enough hoops for now.

To deposit right now anywhere, with any method, from the U.S., seems to me to be utter insanity.

Just to make it clear. I opened the Circle and other Bitcoin acct's to get paid not for deposit's? I can't deposit at casino's that have a pending withdrawal anyway, and I really don't feel like playing just to have a win set aside until I use other option's i;e wire transfer, check, debit card?
I was just looking for a way to get the win's? No more? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

This might be because so few US players can now be bothered to jump through all these hoops, take all these risks, yet continue to be treated like dirt, by the casinos they patronise. For the rest of us, our governments have tended to leave us alone at the player level, and at worst warn us that we are on our own if we choose to deal with unregulated offshore companies. Even the new UK laws don't criminalise the PLAYER, it just happens that casinos and game providers are far more willing to obey the UK government than to obey the US government. We saw casinos immediately dump their UK players or apply for the relevant license. In the US, we saw the well respected casinos duck and dive for many years in order to support their US players, and even went as far as miscoding transactions and setting up their own payment solutions (the birth of Neteller and Moneybookers, along with several others that didn't make it). UK players didn't get the choice to accept a bit of ducking and diving so that we could still play at places like Vegas partner lounge, Belle Rock, etc - they threw us out with little or no notice, even though it isn't illegal for us to choose to play there and accept the lack of legal protection under UK law.

It does seem that casinos now care only about the US money coming in, not the players. The efforts to get US money IN to their casinos seems much greater than the effort they make to send money OUT in withdrawals. US players are stuck with these casinos too because most have no legal alternative. I expect many US facing casinos would prefer not to pay withdrawals, but would rather their players carried on "entertaining themselves" until their money was gone. Many DO play back their funds when withdrawals become a problem, so the casinos are actually rewarded for being awkward about withdrawals.

The US market is probably being seen as a case of "managed decline", and casinos accept that they will probably have to exit soon, but in the mean time want to milk every last dollar possible.

If they REALLY cared about the US player, they would be more flexible about getting the money out, after all EVERYTHING they are doing is technically illegal, so why make such a fuss about legalities preventing them from using alternative workable solutions, even though they are not "company policy" when things are running well.

Thank's for the UK input vinylweatherman.

There simply has not been too much from the other side of the pond and that is understandable. But the risk we take here in the US was your's at one time so some solidarity would go a long way? I feel that this issue is just starting and it may take a while but it will go it's course and leave us wondering what the hell happened?

Some time's early in the morning I have pondered this problem and the way that a common man see;s and cope's with these badly done issue's. I think it would be so much easier to just STOP! But then they would win and I hate to give up to a enemy that is using such silly tactic's to defeat me?

So I have learned to stay in place like a sniper and wait for the opportune moment to strike. But it's true my blade is blunted by the law's of the land and I have little choice but to kao tao.

I will wait till the cow's come home to get my winning's and then and only then will I decide to stop playing at a particular casino? My luck has carried me this far and has done me quite well. So my logic is sound in my mind.

Thank's again vinyl for your sound posting. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Having spoken with the CS at 3 casino's this am I have been told that the chance of cardpay being back up is for the end of this week? Now I guess we will wait and see on this matter?

And as if my situation is not bad enough I went and slammed a BIG one today for $2400.00. It rolled right on up there? I love to play slot's.

One way to defeat them is to make it abundantly clear that not another cent is being deposited whilst there is any kind of delay in the withdrawals process, and neither will a cent of this delayed withdrawal be reversed and played back. This way, they are losing money because you are not playing, and they are stuck with a liability on their books (your pending withdrawal) for however long it takes.

Just to rub it in, let them know that you are playing at a competitor that does not seem to be suffering problems in getting withdrawals to you, but you still want to come back and play once the problem is solved and your delayed withdrawal is received as demonstration of this. It doesn't matter whether or not this is true, they can't verify this unless the competitor is in their group, but in this case it would also be having the same problems.

If this doesn't work, then they are REALLY having problems, and REALLY cannot find a workaround, in which case you should not be playing there in any case until the issue is resolved.

UK players have never suffered problems at this level because the government has never gone after processors and the flow of money back to players. Under the current regulations, they will go after the casino to force them out of the UK market, but they will also be expected to pay any monies they have that belong to UK players. In the US, casinos are actively prevented from paying money back to players, and the government there consider this as part of the "punishment" for players who flout the rules and cooperate with the ducking and diving in order to play, or "fund terrorism" as it says in the Safe Ports act:rolleyes:

That is what I am waiting to see here on my 3 times a day visit.
Some of the more reputable US facing casino could at least make some comment regarding this issue.

Quite frankly , I would brand myself a degenerate gambler knowing that even if I win I might not get paid. I do miss the fun though!!!But will wait for positive info
