I noticed they were advertising £20 free play (no deposit required) on their advert. Yet when I went onto the site there was no sign of it. I asked the chat advisers and was told that 're advert is now out of date' I asked them if they would honour it to which they said 'no' just a simple no.
I've not heard many good things about this site. And I'm definitely not going to be parting with money now.

If it's being shown there, it must be correct and up to date by law. You should complain to the ASA that they are airing a misleading advert.

It would be understandable if it was an email spam from an affiliate, but when it comes to terrestrial TV, the ball is 100% in the casino's court, they are responsible, not a "third party we can't control".

A complaint to the ASA will be more effective than anything else, as it will be a mark against them held on record, and which may be used to assess compliance with the new gambling laws.

I did see it myself lately but not sure exactly when.
These offers are there to try and drag you there but when you do there are various pitfalls like maximum of 50 or 100 payout on the freebie.
Always read the terms that they offer.I learned that last year and to be honest these offers dont attract me.

If it's still being run then I'd be quite confident it will make an appearance during Super Sunday. Either that of watch Sky Sports News till it appears. I've seen it too. Last was Channel 4 very recently. Late last week I think?
