Hello everyone

Shamefully a month to 2 months ago I signed up to this site after getting repeated spam texts and reached a low point in my life with the death of my mother.

I got so fed up so signed up and I played and played on this site and after reading terms and conditions I believed they were legit and UK players are allowed. My naivety got the better of me and UKGC informed me no license with them and illegal for them to transact or advertise in the UK. So along with the daily spam I got emails offering bonuses so continued playing as to be honest im a compulsive gambler and always desperate and these lot aren't part of GamStop.

Ive spoken with an undiclosed software provider confirming this site is operating there games when they shouldn't to top this off.

They ignored any request for a refund on the grounds they harassed me into this position and as I played the funds its basically tough.

Ive seen on here a chargeback is an option although I did recieve the service as they in theory funded my account but in reality did they as they run pirated software so anything could be going on behind the scenes.

A bit of help would be greatly appreciated...im around £300 - £400 of deposits and I feel this lot targeted me due to my problem.

Yes don't worry that's installed already

Ive got proof its completely not legal so surely I can get my funds back through a chargeback?

FTR I've seen several complaints against this casino come through in the past few months. The have ignored all but the first complaint. I'll be posting a Casinomeister Warning against them shortly.

Installed, yet you worked around it. You are an experienced player who knew exactly what you are in for when you circumvented GAMSTOP and signed up at a dubious site. Then the inevitable happens, you lose and then cry foul?

What else are you doing to get control back? How about giving up control of your finances to a trusted person?

TBH, you shouldn't get a cent back, might teach you a lesson to do more to combat your addiction instead of searching for casinos that are not on GAMSTOP.

"34389464EU granted by the Curacao" - this 'license' doesn't even exist, it's actually a 1668/JAZ site but as we've now learned these scam casinos don't post that number on their pages any more due to the appalling reputation. The software is bent aside from the shady providers such as Betsoft and Wazdan who don't give a shit who offers their games. Even purports to have IGT slots @trancemonkey which they would never allow unlicensed scam sites to use.

100% fraudulent and the title should be changed on this thread to reflect this.

Thanks for your advice :) Much appreciated. So you think all problem gamblers deserve to be taken advantage of?

I was 4 years clean then I lost my mum and started heavily drinking and being spammed constantly to sign up to the site.
I usually do give my finances to my wife but this occasion I've slipped. Im not denying im wrong but surely your not suggesting I should be funding these pieces of work?

Congrats on the 4 years.

You need to build circuit breakers into your process to avoid such situations that will make sure you stay on track, e.g. have a clear trail where you spent your money and have it checked daily by your wife.

I don't know though how you gave control of your finances to your wife when you still have access to 400GBP? That is far too high for any addict.

Nobody should finance these scumbags.

Look I realise my mistake and its not going to be something im going to relive for sure!

Im not gonna sit and preach to you and say im recovered, it had something to do with a big life event as I explained and now im 400GBP in the hole. Im only asking if there is something I can do about it not to ridiculed.

The reality is no there probably isn't but the point is these shits exist...they prey on people who are addicts and have NO other choice but to go shadey. Trust me once you use one of these sites you start to clock onto how Shady it is but your gambling addiction pushes you more and more. The site will tell you they accept UK players then hide behind a T&C saying its players responsibility to check the law not theres but they don't mind telling you Turkey, USA ect are all not allowed on the site but UK is some special market they can tap!

Even if I get nothing but at least ive done my bit to put awareness out. To be honest I will call the bank now and cancel my chargeback and just accept it...your right its my fault!

I know what you are talking about, trust me!

Your only hope is the chargeback route.

Stay strong!

Once one of these lot get you they all join in...My phone is non stop with scam messages from different companies being batted from different affiliates.

Its an illness that never goes away but if I can do something to help stop someone else taking a trip with this lot it will be a successful outcome.

I've done what I can. Im not sure whether to proceed with the chargeback as I recieved funds on the account and played down. But in reality is this just a front for a money hoover and my funds have gone elsewhere from what I've seen not many people had success withdrawing so may indicate somethings going on behind the scenes.

They won't let me play in fun mode, so I can't say for certain but your money might have ended up in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia or thereabouts. Take your pick.

NetEnt and Novos are definitely fakes and most of those are coming from the above mentioned region.
