48H "pending time"? Why are they Accredited?

Weekends do not count towards the pending period.

So, if you withdraw Friday night, your withdrawal won't be looked at until Wednesday, which is 96 hours.

Maryjean has to wait 6 days. I would call that holding money hostage, and unacceptable for an accredited casino.

What osulle said was that they were holding it for a pending period of 48 hours, and then a processingtime for 48 hours, and then maybe a weekend.
So why I didn't feel it was correct to say that they were holding it hostage for that long was because they maybe don't use that 48 hours of processing.
It only took 15 minuts to my Neteller.

But I agree totally on the rest. I said earlier in this thread that their only reason for doing all of this is probably because they can't afford it otherwise. Removing staff from weekends and set the reversaltime to 48 hours clearly state this.
I only deposit at their casinos as a good will, if I have cashed out from a free chip. Never with my own money.

This morning (the 16th) there were two e-mails in my box from Jackpot Capital.
The first dated Tues. May 15 stated that my withdrawal had been processed.
The second dated today Wed. May 16 stated that the check had been drawn and being sent by UPS or Fedex (minus a $30.00 processing fee).

So it only took 4 days before they got to it not 6 as I was told would happen.

Dont quote me but i thought one of the withdraw conditions also was that it was a minimum of $100 and had to be back to the deposit option used ???

Quite possibly, certainly the option that the cashier software pre-selected for me was the credit card I'd deposited with, and then over four days later GNUF told me that they couldn't process the withdrawal by that method.

I did actually write quite a long and detailed complaint about the entire process of my withdrawal from GNUF, as I believe that they contravened three separate CM accredited standards, and was going to post it in the casino complaints section.

In brief:

(The Casinomeister accredited criteria contains the standard, 'Must pay winnings in a timely manner.' - Refused to flush, withdrawal pended for over four days and then not processed even though the selected withdrawal method was explicitly suggested by the cashier software.

As per the Casinomeister accredited criteria, Must not implement terms that can be construed as "unfair" towards the player. - Hidden T&C regarding the 48 hour pending, which even then they more than doubled.

The Casinomeister accredited criteria contains the standard, 'Must not use false, misleading or deceptive advertising. - Misleading, contradictory and inaccurate information on the website regarding withdrawals.)

However, they did at least pay me pretty quickly once I requested the withdrawal to Moneybookers (within 24 hours), and I decided that rather than get shafted on all the usual fees/conversions on getting the cash back to my bank account, I'd just deposit the lot into 3Dice and play it out there, at a casino that I am happy to give my custom to.

Since I'll never play at GNUF or any casino in that group again, and I did at least get my withdrawal in the end (albeit it represents the single slowest withdrawal I have ever had from an MG casino), I decided there was little point in lodging a complaint. It was quite cathartic to write it though

Have to admit to having succumbed to reversing withdrawals a few times - which is exactly what the casinos want of course. Before Christmas I had a 22k Euro withdrawal at Quasar gaming, which ended up as a 10k one by the time I had reversed some of it. My fault of course.

It's a nonsense so few casinos will flush - Quasar wouldn't - pleased to see that the newly accredited Wintingo does - and the payment was pretty quick.
