Hey all? I have read a number of comments about this casino and the preview is raves. But when i try to DL it my Norton goes bonker,s and tell,s me that this is not a program that is to be trusted? I,am totally confused with this as there are load,s of awards from CM and i did see that Bryan warn,s US player,s to beware of real money play.So i figured the best way to find out is to ask the people with the knowledge and have had the 1st hand contact so that i make a good decision on this DL/. Thank,s to all ahead of time and please the good and bad will help me. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

3Dice is fine, but I believe they are not taking US players. Norton utilities are known to have a lot of false positives, btw.

So let me get this right Bryan says that they don,t take US player,s and you guy,s i take it have been playing there? So you see why i,am confused about this casino. It is a bit confusing when i see that it is a great casino and then when i try to DL the site i get all this "TOO NEW" that could come from the paperwork not being straight as weesie has mentioned. And i,am sure i have seen other US player,s here that are playing there? It is getting good now. So i may try again but i really don,t need any malicious sites getting into my system. Thanks you guys your input is worth a million. Keep it up.Peace Out! I wouldn't worry about a virus... I am sure it is a false positive. Just override it. A few months ago I bought a new laptop that had Norton pre-installed, I got one, and it has been discussed a few times here in the forum.

If you visit 3Dice's website, you can access live chat, or telephone (lovely reps, best in the biz). They can answer whether they are taking new players or not, save yourself some trouble if they are not.

3dice really is a great casino. If they are not taking new US players right now, keep on checking back. Hopefully they will once again start taking new players. You can't beat the support at 3dice.

Good luck!

Michelle

Correct, 3Dice is not taking new US players. But their processor is in Pasadena, CA so its like WTH. I had problems with them when i was working on my legal name change and they closed my account (still working on it will update everyone) I have referred other players over to play there but they wouldnt take them so i sent them to a better casino, CWG.

I am not sure where their processor is but, but when ever I deposit I get hit with Foreign Transaction Fees. Maybe they have more than 1 processor?

Whenever i had a cashout with them i had them send me a check and it was always a money order no fees were attached with that and the money order was always mailed from California.

us player at 3dice

I've been playing there about 6 months...nice switch from RTG for we US players!!! hopefully it'll open back up soon

I havent been able to dep for months now so whats the secret. I have played there for years, miss playing there too

AFAIK they are based in Europe and have no chance to take US players anymore. That`s bad for the Casino and a lot of their former players.

I play there once in a while and can only talk good about these guys. They damaged their reputation here in the forums for not beeing responisble. Enzo stated some reasons here, but after his response there is a great silence.

I have no fear that they don`t pay me. I`m sure they will. But if they left the industry, I will not be surprised about it.

I am hoping that statement is not true! But if this is the case then Enzo should be here submitting a post stating that. I guess we will just have wait it out AGAIN to hear something.

I had Norton for a long time. It always gave me a false postive starting many years ago. I wouldn't be concerned about that as far as downloading the casino. What I am concerned about is that U.S.A. players do not have a clear and easy deposit method. Anna does say soon, and this isn't the first time this has happened. It would be nice to have Enzo come and tell us whats happening.

Based upon my personal experience with them i will have to say it is true. I had a good valid account with them, lost more than i won but occasionally won. Closed my account when i told them i was working on legal name change. based upon terms and conditions (which there was nothing in their terms and conditions which said anything about that), i did get a personal note from one of the reps that she did not agree with the decision, but other than that it was done on their end and no real way to fight it. I was up front honest, you would think they would appreciate that, said this is whats happening although its taking years to get through our slow ass court system. I would hate to see what they do to someone who gets married and changes their last name.

I am able to deposit today. If you have an account and are in the US you can still play. I go directly to Anna to get answers. Too much info in the forums that is not accurate.

Good luck!

Deposit options have been a challenge for quite awhile.........but it remains my #1 Casino choice. Strongest wins have all come from there and their support staff is the best ever. Better than Club World, which is not easy to do.

Anna is the best casino rep. I have seen hands down. I have spoken with Enzo a few times, but Anna takes care of all that I need and then some. They value regular players and have a lot of promotions to thank their loyal players.

3Dice appears to have fell off Casinomeister's radar lately. No recent awards, silent reps and coy/cryptic responses about deposit methods.

No new US players being accepting.

The only way I can try to fund my account to play is by hitting up the chat and like a panhandler, asking people to broker. This is NOT my ideal way of funding my account to inevitably lose on their proprietary software. Sure I enjoy playing Tut but I'm looking for that instant ability to fund my account without asking other people and exposing how much I'm depositing to people that really have no business of knowing.

While I have lost major interest with 3Dice over the course of 6 months or so due to an inability to deposit at my convenience with their casino, I have visited them from time to time to see if they have made any new upgrades to their software or released any new games on their platform... Nothing.

Is it a lack of interest to keep their casino profitable by introducing new deposit/withdraw methods for their seasoned players like most legit US facing online casinos do, IE Club World, Bovada, Slots.LV or JC just to name a few?

Is this a precursor to 3Dice shutting down their site? These questions and many more are not being answered due to a rep who appears to have lost interest in posting on CM and clearing up some of the mystery of 3Dice's infrastructure. Very frustrating!

Hi Guys,

I know the situation for our US players currently is frustrating at best. We've had ample depositing issues for the US the past few months, and are still working hard on resolving that. It turns out that the combination of not being prepared to lie to banking and processing partners, the current financial climate, and some of our long term partners backing out make it quite a challenge to get this situation under control.

At this point in time the only promise I can make is that we are working diligently to try and resolve this situation, but with the number of external factors involved, making statements about the time-frame for this is unwise. And while undoubtedly frustrating in its own right, the same goes for accepting new US signups until this is resolved.

That said, our current US players are, as always, being very supportive and understanding, so .. thanks guys for that. I really hope to have better news soon,

Enzo

I have found 3Dice to be super responsive and helpful.

I didn't see any "update" come through, did you resolve your problem?

What do you mean by "not being responsible?" - Or do you mean they haven't been responsive or not as active participating in this forum?

Enzo, thanks for the response. You have built something unique that is a very refreshing option for players. We look forward to when things are back to normal and we can deposit and w/d with ease. Your support staff is the BEST I have ever encountered and I have played at a lot of sites over the past 10 years.

Please keep us updated periodically so we know how things are going. If not here, perhaps an email blast to those of us with player accounts.

Thanks for your response and congrats on your new born baby girl.

I highlighted in bold the part that stood out the most in your response. I respect the fact that you're playing the
role of "Honest Abe" in the online casino industry, however just take a look below on how one of your competitors
listened to their customers and promptly found a solution to their player's complaints.

In this particular case, Club World was hit with a barrage of complaints about players seeing more on their bank statements
than what they agreed to, due to the casino using overseas processors. They implemented a deposit method where players
can use their CC and purchase vouchers to use to deposit right from the cashier with no extra fees involved.

I think Club World Group won an award from CM for 2015.

With all due respect, 6+ months of deposit issues with no resolution is hardly working diligently.
