3Dice web platform is up!

I love the new site. I am glad it has finally launched.

Yes there is some bugs to iron out and missing slots and stuff, but i am sure it will be a success and it will bring loads of new players to the casino.

I really hope so anyway. The new platform is soo much better than the old one.

So good job to all the techs and 3dice staff for bringing this upgrade to us all :)
 
Took me a while to warm up to the new site but thanks to the staffs patience with a non tech person and the walk thru from players i finally got the hang of things. At first i was not liking the change one bit. I think sometimes older people can really hate change. Like i said in the other thread, the comps are gone and also the rankings :(. The good thing is they will most likely be re placed by some good perks. Overall very nice :cool::D.
 
One unexpected thing is that I've been way more likely to engage in the chat, at least during tourneys. (ShanF here, heyyy.) Before, since it was a standalone window I just had a tendency to get it out of the way and forget it.

And I'm really liking it, and starting to see why so many of you are loyal chat users.

Other than that I'm obvs just happy to have the software at all, since I'm on a chromebook so lost my ability to play unless my cranky old laptop decided to actually boot up (about 1 in 5 times).

And really, 3Dice are literally the only ones I trust to not mess around when paying out. Docs good to go? Good, you're getting your w/d processed within less than a day. In funds that won't bounce, or cause concerns with your bank, etc.

Now, maybe it's time to go reset my responsible gaming limits again... ;) lol
 
I am just the opposite on the chat location.

Many, many times in the old casino, I would not be playing but kept chat open

to talk to friends and keep informed on what tournament was going. Also,

with the "red lines", I was more up to date on what games were hitting.

Of course, there is the "Zeit" chart but that has changed too. It is inside the

casino too. I could check zeit and decide if I wanted to open the casino.


On another note, I seriously hope they change the display of the slots into

alphabetical order, in the casino and on zeit. It tends to make me crazy

hunting when it should be so simple. OCD? Possibly!

And going to seriously miss my solitaire!
 
I miss Anna.

I have nothing against the charismatic, quick witted, and extremely smart Enzo....
(You paying attention, E? I can do it, too. )

I don't miss the old platform and I don't need anyone commenting obvious shit like:
They're working out the wrinkles...blah blah blah.
I know. I know. They're doing a fine job, too.
I mean that. Genuinely.

I can work around all that. Pfft!

Here's the thing: The most important aspect of this site, for me, is the tournament schedule
and chat activities. We were promised more. We are getting less. That pisses me off.
When Anna is running shit, there are no misguided or unfounded expectations.
Anna shoots straight from the hip. Don't like it? Too bad.
With Anna, it never feels like anyone is blowing a bunch of smoke up my ass
and I just realized that this is more important to me than any new game could ever be.

several days ago just bites, in my opinion.

I never relied on the "hint" but I guess many players did.

Can't see it making that big of a difference in the RTP, but if it does,

they are not giving solitaire players credit for having a brain?

Maybe? Fully expecting us to USE the hint?

Max was $5.20 ?? Yes, we would have cleaned up!!

There are quite a few people that agree with this, weesie. Of all the issues brought up in chat, I'd have to say that this one is in the top three. Easily.
 
As players at 3Dice, we've been asked to have patience. Repeatedly.
I don't think that's necessary. Throughout this entire process, 3Dice players have been patient. Encouraging. Supportive. Loyal.

It's nearing the 30 day mark since we made the switch.
Numerous issues plague this new platform. The majority are completely understandable.
And then there are some issues...


I am no game developer but it seems to me that an ideal tournament ticker would be used to signal the start
of the tournament and would automatically stop at the precise moment the tournament ends. That is not the case with the tournament ticker at 3Dice.
This ticker is so effed up, it becomes painful to watch.
It pauses. It adds time. It skips ahead. It even allows continued game play beyond the "Finished" notification.
There is no explanation in the world that would excuse the presence of this issue. The fact that this has been an issue from the start,
has progressively gotten worse, and is STILL an issue is INCREDIBLE.



We've been patient. We continue to be patient.
Throw us a friggin bone here...
 
PS:

I understand that the procedure for addressing 3Dice issues is sending a short note to Customer Support. I have utilized the option on a different matter. I sent the email very early on May 25th. As of this posting, the only response to this was an automated reply immediately after sending the email:" Your e-mail will be answered by a human as soon as possible." (LOL That is a quote. Cracks me up!) Nothing since. I have spoken with others that have sent emails to Customer Support with similar results.
 
I really miss the ability to check the "Zeit" chart while in the casino and playing

You have to get out of whatever you are playing to check it.

Plus, We need the forum. Granted, there are times when no one posts

anything. And yes, there were tense moments and some nasty discussions.

But those things happen.

The forum would also most likely get the comments and critics that

currently get posted here. Kind of keeping it "in house"

We also were able to message other players through the forum without

having to have the casino open.

The chat too, it is connected to the casino being open. There were

many times I would just have the chat open. I miss that ability too!

I also still miss ISS, Solitaire(wasted want, since it is NOT coming back)

Koyko is still missing as well.
 
I am going to say this whether some agree or don't it doesn't much matter. I have played on the new platform and for me personally my playtime has been very bad. It has gotten to the point of even my trusty payola has frozen up on me. I used to could at least build a small bank and have some enjoyable play time. I have seen some amazing wins so i know i can only speak of my personal experience. I have never been a high roller but thanks to my new job i did make it to 4 silver stars. Never made it to that before :). I have never been afraid to take a loss and i have never went over budget. It has gotten to the point i feel my luck will never change even though i know it could at any time. I do so love that new game Funky Five and have had some amazing hits in tournament building my little $10 balance over $400 sometimes on the weekend $10. Odd enough i think that game will be the game to turn the tide for me . Still love payola though but tut has been my go to game. I wish everyone luck :thumbsup:.
 
I finally got around to trying the new platform. While I do miss the download (and especially ISS), I will say all the play experience was quite smooth, and I do like the new game Funky Five.

That said, what the heck did you guys do the Squirrel Pike? The bright colours are gone, it's drab and very amateurish looking, and I miss my colourful cartoon squirrels during the bonus round.

Payola balls are not as pretty and shiny either.

Well I'm already annoyed a bit..deposited my btc and it's been 20 minutes now and it hasn't shown up. And I already messed up in chat by asking some deposit questions and mentioning bovada in a one comment casual way, just sayin I been on an ungodly cold streak.

I mean in itself it's no major deal, but I'm not really a fan of feeling like I gotta walk on eggshells when chatting.. So not sure how long I'll last. But so far... Again I am trying to really dig this place as people rave about it but as a US player I'm not having any fun, especially without being able to just put my cc in and go

You don't have to walk on egg shells in chat. But, do you think any other casino

with a chat feature would welcome a player talking about other casinos? No!

And about BTC deposits..... that is not bad if it has only been 20 minutes.

It is a weekend, don't be surprised if it takes a couple hours.

You just joined so you get the benefit of doubt, but coming here and posting

already.......... have my doubts.
 
I had no idea tho that it was just that taboo Is all. I mean it's fine as I can follow the rules I just didn't know and found it a bit odd is all.

All I want to do is play, I deposited some cash and just tryin to play to see how I like the place. I'm not much of a chatter anyways tho so that aspect isn't a major deal.

And I'm just here sort of venting a bit as again, all I want to do is play and I can't because the btc hasn't went thru

Wonder how you'll feel when you find out that cc options are available to some members. heh heh heh From my own personal experience ( I played there everyday for nearly 4 years) I can tell you that it will only get more frustrating.

The standard advise that is given out to new(ish) players translates into:
Don't speak your mind, or ask legitimate questions. Just suck it up, buttercup.

They're worried you'll draw attention to questionable depositing practices like brokering or the fact that they are able to use the cc option where others can not. The full scope of the situation doesn't concern them so the first reaction is to squelch your voice. You'll have to make the choice to conform or literally be miserable. There is no middle ground. 3Dice is a fun place to play and you can meet some really awesome people... so long as you don't question ...ANYTHING.

For the record- that is not my advise to you. I say let your voice be heard. How convenient is it that THIS is the place to make some noise? :)))))))))))))))))

You mean the flowers at the sides of the slot reels?

They are just some fancy animations too add some extra ambience to the slot. The butterflies you need 3 to trigger the free spins and the ball then falls down to reach one of the spins but if it goes to the butterflies on the ends it goes to the second level where you get more spins and higher multiplier. But if it goes to the third and final level it just drops on a multiplier X bet. so would be 5 butterflies if you just got them in the base game. And same for 4 butterflies in the base game you then start in the second level.

But it's just random right once it starts? I noticed I could click those flowers below and it pops up some stuff like 7x2 or what not..

Savatage, once you go into the bonus it is random, you don't have any control which way the little ball goes. The flowers at the bottom represent how many spins and the multiplier you will get. For example 7x2 means you will get 7 free spins with the multiplier of 2. Off to the far left and far right you will see 2 large butterflies...if you get the initial 3 butterflies at the beginning you will go to a bonus screen...once the ball drops it will either go down to the flowers, or it will go to the far left or right to the large butterfly...this takes you to the 2nd screen (in the case of the initial 3 butterfly bonus round)....on the 2nd screen it is the same thing...only this time the multiplier is x4 and the amount of free spins is larger...(e.g. 20x4). There again...there are 2 butterflies (large) to the left and right...if it rolls to either of these then it takes you to the final round which is very nice. Here you will see 400x, all the way up to 1600x y our bet. So...just say you bet $1 and it goes to 800x then you win $800.00. I hope this helps...have fun =)
