Maybe some IT pro can step up and explain what the most likely cause of this server going down daily is and offer some suggestions on how to remedy it?

The repeated connection problems frustrate me too, enough so I log out and leave.

Interesting.

Is it only during tourney play? The number of players may have reached critical mass so to speak and the server cannot handle it. If it is not affecting real play, it is almost certainly server-side and hence outside your control.

Might be worth giving Enzo a shout.

It's aggravating and happens a lot. I hear they are going to do some upgrades. The sooner the better.

It seems to be mostly on the tourney side but it craps out in real too at times.

I've heard that the real play server acts up sometimes but I think it's pretty rare compared to the tournament server. Usually it's just in and out but I remember a couple of years ago it was down for about a week. I think it went down for a few days last year once. If I leave a game on autoplay there's almost always a server error when I come back.

Where are all the IT wizards? Nows the time to make yourself look smart.
