Hi

I did a search and could not find what software 3Dice uses for it's casino games. Does anyone know?

Also, this high variance that I read in another thread. Does it only apply to slots or all games like black jack, baccarat, etc?

Also, why is this casino not an accredied casino from this website?

You got major problems if blackjack or baccy are high variance in the long term meaning the software is (are you ready) rigged. That being said, in the short run of course the variance can vary significantly. Slots is not for me to answer as there are better qualified posters. P.S.,the software is proprietary.

Hi Shonmon

3Dice is unique software, the graphics were done by artists from Blizzard Graphics (warcraftII etc I think)

The variance is about slots. afaik all table games are true RNG with correct paytables.

afaik 3Dice simply haven't met personally with CasinoMeister, and that is a requirement for being accredited. They were kind of foisted into the light back in march or february before they started marketing the product, it's an up and coming operation and I don't see any reason they won't be accredited soon.

I would wait a little longer.........just my opinion

I've had an account since March, been in corresponence here with Enzo since Feb.... haven't seen a single gripe on any forum that wasn't handled immediately, professionally, courteously, and transparently while still respecting the player's privacy.

Best newcomer of 2007? Heck yeah. It's not some fly-by-night upstart, Ka, they have two classII casinos in Antwerp established over a decade (Panache and something poker), they were wise enough to ask for this forum's input while developing their bonus offers, their rep isn't afraid to jump into the fray when another rep is acting subpar (that would be Dicey for any casino rep who wasn't 110%)

Heck, if they were a public company I'd buy stock and not hesitate to recommend others do the same.

Will they be accredited? I hope so; CasinoMeister.com and 3Dice would only raise in Industry and Players' esteem with the "partnership" and other accredited casinos might follow 3Dice's lead in customer service and the other requirements to be on the coveted list.

you are prolly right................my question is: Is a good customer service all we need in a Casino or just part of it.
If a casino has the best CS and all the rest s***ks would you be happy too?
Just a thought

Hell no, not if they're just blowing smoke up my A.:eek2:

To me, customer service means They must be able to take care of any player issue swiftly and professionally. I also want to be paid when I am told I will be paid, just like you. And if they get my money locked up or frozen in their process, I want them to re-issue it and compensate me for my inconvenience. I'm totally not a pain in the ass customer, but i want to be treated like they know I can pick up, go to another casino, and tell others why I wasn't happy there if the casino doesn't take care of me.

I want a fair game

I want someone to answer any questions I have about any of their games

And I want a fat Honduran cigar, a bottle of cognac, and a juicy bonus on our anniversary or my birthday (oh well, I can live without that :D)

I will tell you they may use proprietary sofware. But I signed up 2 days ago and kinda like the site and the video Bonus slots, unfortunately, there are only 3 at this time but Enzo the Manager I believe, tells me through my suggestion, that they may be adding the more of the "popular" Free Spin and bonus multi-line bonus round slots soon. The post that talks about variance below with the Slots is absolutely correct. The bonus rounds and free spin rounds take forever to trigger which easily depletes your bankroll before you can get ahead. I will say Enzo is a great guy and respectful towards his players and listens and is open to all feedback and any suggestions "without" rudely jumping the gun at you like many site's reps\managers do! Again, the only drawback I see is the time it takes to activate the bonus round(s) and the lack of multi-line bonus video slots they have as of now. But even so, you have to try the "Supersuits" and Tutankamon bonus slots, which you can also play in the tournements, which is a great way to evaluate or gauge the way they play, before you invest more than a tourney buy in is or make larger deposits and play as a non-torney player. That's my take so far. The graphics and animations are really nice on these two games. Hope that helps. The customer service and resonse times are a cut way above the rest!

There's alot of people HERE that are losing too! You and I are two of them! Yeah!...I may have had one nice session, but you don't want to hear about the other couple dozen tries! Those games are good! But tough to beat! But I hardly ever won anywhere else either!

That was a level-headed and informative response! Are you always this nice just before you threaten to sue somebody... or does that come later?

Wow.... (no pun intended..) World of warcraft... figures.. my kids favorite games! I had no idea until now.. maybe I should play 3dice on thier computer (if it's fast enough to play World Of Warcraft aka WOW than it surely could handle 3dice!) the only downfall I have had yet is the amount of time it takes to log in and get to the games!
Very nice Lojo! (Blizzard Entertainment, I think) .. ps.. love your avatar also!

I have a suggestion for 3dice, I don't know if anyone has mentioned it already.

When selecting the "gambling" option whilst playing the slots, is it possible to show the previous cards that have come up?
