I've been playing too long to limit my interest in a casino on whether they confiscate my winnings - these days, I want good support, timely withdraws (read: under 24 hours) and active rep participation

Strange!

All emails I get from them is with the sender "SupportTeam" if it helps. It does not say 3Dice as sender.

maybe you once blocked some nasty casino spam which had support team as sender too?
Depending on mail client you can also filter those by words in headers or subject, maybe that's what happened?
Just guessing of course: it can't harm to check your "blocked" list inside the client.. who knows you accidently did block it once.

Whatever the issue, when it's mail related it's also possible your email never reached the rep?
Just log in and open chat, then try to solve it and i am sure they will be more then helpful

I played on 3Dice last night for the first time. I enjoyed their slots however I rarely play slots and prefer European roulette. I did encounter red being picked around 30 out of 40 spins and one spin I got 33 three times in a row. I noticed a few times the ball would keep spinning on the wheel and they would call the number while the ball was still going. ( Video glitch?). I must say I did not enjoy that experience but I haven't been on there enough to really say how good or bad 3Dice really is. I'm most likely not going to return though.

Thankfully it wouldn't take much to rack up a big win if this happened and you caught on.

I'm sure there are good reasons for the awards but I was never crazy about this site.(3dice)..slots seem real tight and graphics are weak..plus they don't really offer much in the way of bonuses...I would take Grande Vegas any day. They send me at least 5 free chips per year..most are worth $50 but sometimes I even get $100...and they have decent match bonuses every month...Your thoughts??

But not It's bad enough its very hard to just get one point I think you get a point for every 20.00 you spend and when you get 20 points you get one dollar. Their loyality program is a joke. I just dropped 100.00 in one slot my max bet was 1.20 not one bonus not even when I played .20cents I didn't expect to win but one bonus would have been nice heck even if it paid nothing would have been better
but hey I get a couple comp point which added to the rest I had gave me a dollar. So that being said. The loyality sucks the slots are tight. The reps and the customer service is awesome. The payouts quick. The free tourneys are awesome and the sponser players ones great to. only problem is its really hard to win a tourney anymore their just have so many players. and well as I have heard it said so many times certain people always win . But I am not sure if that is really the case think it goes in cycles unless you spend a lot have been their forever. a bonus even if it didn't pay would have been ok. It's the loyality I am so pissed about how do you lose 1000.00 and not go up in loyality. As for starting a new post well not very familiar with this site and how to use it.

lol it only took 262 chances to place in a tournament before that happened.
I play them 24/7 pretty much major I don't sleep much. You have to look at the whole picture. The slots have never been this bad. tournments are one thing they are pretty much a gift. When your spending money you would think their would be some loyality program that isn't crap. Also at least some play time not none at all its been this way for a while. Just read the chat its not just me.

If your play is that bad and you did indeed deposit your own $1000, in the 10 day period for each loyalty, have you talked to the reps to do a review on your account? This is one thing that 3dice is good for. They do compensate their players for horrible play time etc. the loyalty program could use a revision or two and Enzo has agreed on here that he would look into it, but it's not that bad imo. If your previous 10 day play was crappy, the one before can make up for it since loyalty reviews are basically reviewed on the last two periods.

...and yet you won THREE yesterday. WTH? Perhaps you could Enzo permission to post your tournament wins for the past 6 months? It might paint an interesting picture.

If you think the slots have "changed", then I heartily recommend you cease playing at 3Dice IMMEDIATELY as this is an extremely rogue action by an operator i.e. lowering RTP without notice. Also, if you believe 3Dice would and have done it, then you would have to believe that all the others would, so I suggest the same for every other casino you play.

If you do deposit even one cent more after reading this, then it's fairly obvious you don't believe your own....well, statements. Hence, you can't expect anyone else to either.

IIRC, the 3Dice loyalty program works in cycles of 30 days, but are updated every 10 days. Others can correct me if necessary, but it's something similar to that anyway.

There are important things to consider when assessing this program:

1. The level is NOT based on deposits. It is based on LOSSES. The promotions they will offer upon request ALSO depend on your personal RTP over the last xx days, but I'm not 100% sure they use this in the monthly loyalty calculation (but they might).

2. The loyalty levels are 10 DAYS IN ARREARS. So, if you lost $1000 in a weekend, you won't see the effect on your loyalty level until the next update, and it will depend on what happened in the past 30 DAYS, not just that 10 day period. In other words, it can take a while for any increased activity to show up.

3. The comp point system is actually quite good IMO. At MG casinos, the normal rate is $10 wagered = 1 pt, and 1000 pts = $10. So, you need to wager $10,000 to get $10. At 3 Dice, it is $20 wagered = 1pt, and 200 pts = $10. The comps are twice as good for slots than MG.


All in all, your posts are just the stock standard "I lost and it's everyone else's fault" rant, and I've seen thousands of them in my time here. You could just replace the casino name and they would all almost look like the same person wrote them.

One thing I WILL say.....if it's lots of playtime you want, then you need to play LOW VARIANCE slots, and 3Dice is the LAST place I would be playing if that was my goal. Even at low stakes, some of those games will kill you in no time. So, be prepared for history to keep repeating itself, and don't say you haven't been fully informed.

The 3Dice chat is renowned for having it's fair share of whiners. Unless you have daily figures of exactly how many complaints are being made, and by whom, I don't see how you can say there are more people complaining.

To clarify the loyalty levels, this is from an old thread and Enzo explained it:

Deposits are not taken into account for loyalty (if anything, they will work against you for manual comping as deposits mean transaction costs.). It's the total stake that counts for loyalty. (we also allow people to claim deposit bonuses on reversed funds for example ..)

You said you don't deposit much lately, but thought you stated in a previous post you lost 1000 of your own money...confused on that one.

Yes I too get frustrated when my game play is minimal but I choose to continue to play here and deposit my own money hoping luck is on my side the next go around. Every gambler hopes that with every deposit they win I wish it was that easy, but then again casinos wouldnt be in business if it were that way. Thank goodness for the tournaments 3dice offers it helps with the need to play in between deposits.

Oh no another 3dice complaint thread resurrected.

3dice really gets some of the most complaints of any casino. This happens not because they are a bad casino, but because of their chat feature. What I mean by that is, because people can chat on 3dice and post on the 3dice forum, they seem to be able to form a unity with each other that the Slots or tournaments are bad. Then when people are chatting or posting on the 3dice forum they even get more worked up because "other people" are complaining so something must be wrong. 3dice does not really allow people to complain in their chat, so after getting so worked up and mad at 3 dice they have to be heard hence all the complaint threads.
