I am a little confused about how 3Dice's 'Loyalty Bonus" works....

I have read their web site 2-3 times and still cant figure out if by accepting this bonus if there are min wagers attached to it, etc

Can someone straighten me out on this? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi CountByte,

The 3Dice loyalty bonus comes without any type of wagering requirement, max cashout or other trickeries. It's real money, in every conceivable way.

Our deposit bonus system is tied into our loyalty program exactly to make sure that we can give our players a 100% headache free bonus. Playing at 3Dice earns you loyalty points that can be claimed as cash (like in many places) .. but they can be claimed at twice or more the rate as deposit bonus. So playing again at 3Dice increases the value of your previous play !

We even promise not to go CSI on you when you win ;)

Kindest Regards,

Enzo

One question remains, is the bonus CASHABLE, say I deposit 50 & claim the extra 10, and get my balance up to 200 and withdraw 200 (not like last time, when I did this and lost it all back:mad:), do I actually get 200 or 190 (10 bonus removed from requested amount as many RTG and Playtechs do).

If everything really is cashable, it just seems too good to be true, and would leave an obvious exploit, deposit 50, claim bonus and then IMMEDIATELY withdraw the 60 as though having claimed the loyalty points as cash, but getting double the entitlement where the intention was not to play further.
Has anyone actually tried this, and if so, how were their accounts dealt with?

The bonus is cashable, but as far as depositing and immediately withdrawing, I have not tried it but I doubt it would really be to anyone's benefit. You can only collect/redeem the number of points which equal a 20% bonus. So let's say you have 100 points. You could redeem that for a 50 no-deposit bonus or a 20% deposit match bonus of up to 100. To get the full bonus you deposit 500 and accept the 100 bonus. Now you withdraw the 600.

Now you have no more points left. You can't collect or redeem any sort of bonus on your next deposit. The only way to accumulate more points is by playing. So it's almost counterproductive to deposit and withdraw right away, unless you really have a lot of points... and if you did that, I doubt they would give you any grief about it.

If you have, lets say 50 bux in bonus,( loyalty points) that means you earned em earlier, so its at all the effects your money.
Now if you deposit 100 you will only be able to get 20% of those loyalty points thou.
Unless you have 500 points, than you can redeem em as money for 25 bux,
or play with em and they will be credited as 75 bux.The choice is yours.:D

In my case I ended up losing em in both ways.....

I'm pretty certain that Kakata is correct. Those points have already been earned and "paid" for... if you will, by your previous play. There is no roll-over or stipulations on it that I can find. I assume you could withdrawl it right away. Afterall.. the points didn't just appear there! You had to earn them!

That's how it should be. In the Trop, when there is money in your card account, it's money you already earned. Some casinos give you a bonus because you have "earned it" and therefore should be cashable but it's not. You still have WR and that's not fair. If I gambled all week long and spend alot of money and an online casino gives me a $20 chip, I should have no restrictions because it was earned.

Im rethinking this for the past couple of weeks since that one problem started and I have been slowing down "a little" but will start slowing down more since I have not had a cashout in over 3 months

I will use this thread cuz its about 3dice.
Ive just received an email from customer support, where it says that the credit card I used to use,Netspend has made a charge back of 100 bux.
This was one of my deposits back in september...???????
I replyed instantly of course.......telling them that Im not aware of the fact.
After that I went to check my netspend account online, and weird enough Im 93 bux overdrawn.....lol
Cmon this is a rechargable c/c how could I be overdrawn?
They assume that it might happened cause I changed my deposits metod to a different credit card, which is wiredplastic.
I explain to them that the only 2 reason why, I changed credit card are:1th wiredplastic is less expensive cause they charge you 3.95 for a deposit but they dont charge you 1 bux for each transaction.
2th they do accept ach, wich as some of you guys know, was my main problem.
Im waiting for an answer.
I told em Ive never made a chargeback in my35+ years of gambling............not even when it would have been clearly the case for doing it.
Again
HAPPY THANKGIVING to all of you my friends:D

It's odd that you mention your problem today with Netspend... I havent been useing them long BUT have been satisfied so far until today.

I make a $100 WU deposit, expecting to find $100+ in my accout.. however, I seem to be 52.46 short for what i expected to be in my account...

I keep detailed records of ALL my depoits (including NS's $1.00 transaction fee) and cannot figure WHERE the 'missing' money is...

I tried calling them, but only get menu options for account info, balance, etc.
Does anyone that uses NetSpend know if one can talk to a LIVE person??

Thanks for any advice

When you call choose one of the options.....it doesnt matter which one.
Listen to whatever they say then press zero 5/6 time in a rapidly sequence.........you will be switched to a LIVE person.
Maybe wont work today due to thanksgiving day thou.
It usually works fine for me.
