I will not disclose the rtg casino this applies to but the will prob be my last deposit to them for this factor. I did deposit took a bonus well played past a playthrough then later hit cashout for half the amount i had left and played the rest. Little to my surprise days went by the funds put back into play. Fine take out what little bonus you gave me but you couldnt put through the rest of the cashout. So yes my stupidity i started playing it i can still cashout and try again and wait. But why should I wait i have been a loyal customer deposit few times weekly. maybe if lucky cashouts every 6 7 weeks should i sit and wait for you to click that button.
Mg with your shaddy new bonus offers that just dont apply to all of us has me thinking also. How dare you offer and yes it is NOT the matter of 5 dollars its matter of why offer the bonus if your not going to give it out.
Why should these casinos not look at some of their loyal players and i mean us low rollers also not just high rollers. And say hey they deposit few times weekly never did a cashback. Never bothered customer service on how games played how they lost their deposits to us. Or even asked like i know many players have for free chips.
