Apologies, I must've been unclear in my original pm to you, our loyalty bonus is not subject to any wagering requirement. Since a player needs loyalty points (comp points) to be eligible for this bonus, this in effect means that the required wagering is already performed in the past. So, the short answer to your question is no, there are no wagering requirements for loyalty bonuses.

I can see that you are passionate in your opinion, and I think that is a good thing. I've decided not to hold your history on this forum against you. This is a personal decision, which I hope I wont regret as usually we tend to follow the advice we get from casinomeister. On a personal note, and I have not yet read into any of it - but the emotions involved can make a well-meant 'chill out' look like 'shut up' whereas it should look like 'a calm and friendly email describing your situation to the casino is most likely to be more effective in resolving your issue'. Re-reading your previous threads with a different mindset, one that assumes people want to help, can make things look entirely differently. And if it does, all it would take from you is a short message explaining why things got out of hand - we all understand what stress some casino practices these days can cause ..

I guess this brings us to another issue, I'm loathe to address; How does a casino deal with a problem gambler? It is, of course any casino's business who they do and do not accept as a customer. I only have anecdotal indications that Eddie has problem (and I don't mean he can be a pain in the ass, but that, according to ClubWorld, he is prone to overextend himself when gambling) On one hand, it is a casino's prerogative to accept a player who may turn out to be a thorn in its side - it is another altogether to accept wagers from a problem gambler.

As I'm neither the gambler nor the casino I can't and won't make a judgement, but in my opinion this is a serious issue.

A casino may support responsible gambling and provide a link to a help site, but exclusionary policies need to be in place for a casino to be responsible in my eyes.

Well Lojo in my case it all depends on the history of the player with the casino.

If he is a major credit card depositor I will try and comp him and treat him the best I can in order to avoid a dispute.

If its a cash depositor I will just explain to him why we have choosen not to cater him any longer.

From a casinos point of view its hard now a days with all the banking laws being implented in the US we dont know what players want to do come in deposit through CC and then just chargeback if they lose, because at this point banks are more than willing to do do so against online gaming.

But with a client like actoreddie i would simply send him all his credit card deposits inthe past 6 months back to his credit card shut down his account , ban by ip adress , full name and credit card and call it a day

I am going to contact the Government of Nicosia, Cypress and any of what we all know are Flimsy so-called Gaming Commissions with NO true Government authority or regulation. It is unequivocal and my contention that there is "definite" Software Tampering in "favor" of yet "another" CROOKED "RTG" casino, essentially EXTORTING money from players as well documented. I have deduced this myself by comparing "specifically" your real series slot's game play, and the continual "near miss" syndrome, were I first heard the term when I was working in the land based MGM grand in Las Vegas in the 80's while attending college, from a "disgruntled" technician. Enzo, it is your (your casino's) choice whether or not to allow this person to continue to play at your casino...but if I had my way, this guy would NEVER play at another casino ever again. He is a ticking time bomb if you ask me.

I hope this guy finds a way to mellow out; he is extrememly unstable. And by looking at his imdb website, it seems he hasn't had an acting job since 2005. He should not be gambling - and I hope that other casinos will follow Club World and 3Dice's example and close his accounts.

Aiyee. I will now have to rush home and calculate how much the casinos owe me. Will this take a week? What if the casinos are out of business? What if I hadnt kept any records? Can cashcheck be backdated five years? What if the casino had changed software providers in the interim? My brain hurts. It really does. Nearly forgot. I have to do the same for poker sites, bingo sites and sportsbooks as well. Ahhhh!


PS. The number of casinos named in Eddie's mail are less than a quarter of the casinos I have played at since 2001. How on earth will I be able to figure out how much they owe me?

I watched the video clip showing his "acting" prowess! He's no Johnny Depp... but not the worst in the world either. He's also no "Spring Chicken", so I would imagine his career has seen its 15 minutes of fame already.
