Hello,

I have a problem with 32Vegas Casino. They constantly refuse to close my casino account. I sent millions of emails to the support and vip manager, and all I get back is promotion emails.

What can I do? Do you have some suggestions?

Thanks,

I had the same problem, and the time frame you are looking at is NEVER, close your email and open a new one, these guys are brutal.

But, I am using this email very often, and a lot of people know this email...I wouldn't like to close it...

I can't believe that they just don't want to close the account. Ordinary practise in casino business? :eek2:

Please PAB and I'll have them close it for you.

Just curious

why does it have to be closed? Cant you just uninstall it and when you get a promotional email, unsubscribe? I just delete unwanted email

Is there something that can happen if you dont close it? I have alot open and just uninstall . Will I be at risk for something if I dont close an account?

Thanks

All casinos should have a policy that closes accounts upon demand regardless of the player's reason. The player may be trying to curb their indulgence in gambling, or just doesn't want to play anymore. It should be a "no questions asked" policy - but that is merely my opinion.

Dodgy casinos would take advantage of players who are prone to spending too much. I know this is not the case here - the operators have been notified of the thread are are waiting for more info from the player to close the account.

Another reason is you still leave your account open to fraud if it is linked to a site such as neteller or click. I have gotten phone calls from places where my accounts "have been closed". I am also one of those trying to curb my gambling, so CasinoMeister makes a good point. My problems have been solved except Im having problems unsubscribing from some places..so i send them to the spam file.:)

The OP should email them and tell them they have a huge gambling problem, and they're about to lose their house because of it. The reply (or lack of) would be an interesting read ;)

This place rocks :notworthy

My casino account is now closed after month of trying. They seen the forum, definately. I send them the link

Thank you Casinomeister for the support. I really appreciate it.

And, it is exactly the case here! They were not waiting for more info from the player. They just didn't want to close my account for months, and months...

They were expecting more playing and more, and more...regardless my constantly requestests to close the account. And, they were even sending me constantly promotional offers, although I have unsubscribe from their mailing list.....What attack to the personality?! :eek2: What do you think?

Greetings

Glad to hear it...

It's amazing how many shady operators won't do the right thing until they start getting bad PR.

Starluck and planetluck do the same. They insisted I call an international (non toll free) number to 'request it'. They would not take an email to do it.

I also have been trying and guess what!! it is now 5 months since my first of many many requests.

I get huge amounts of promotional emails and thats all i get. No personal responses.

Seems that I was not the only one here with this problem.
Think that after this post your account will also be closed.

32Vegas Account Reopened

Guess what?

Today my 32Vegas account has been reopened. I just received this email from my VIP manager:

Dear,

This is Dana here, your VIP Manager at 32Vegas. How are you doing? I hope you are having a wonderful week.

Aleksander, I took the courtesy to leave a free bonus of $100 in your account. The Spin $2 Million and Take $5 Million slots are really getting hot right now. Every day there are lots of big winnings and I am sure you will belong in this group as well.

Play with your free bonus and have fun winning!

Please dont hesitate to contact me with any questions or queries.

Best wishes,
Dana Brooks

I downloaded the software and saw that my account has been reopened!!! :eek2: I played with $100 in few minutes and contact the support to close my account!

And guess what? My account is still opened. I really don't know what to do here? The same story again.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
