Hi All,

New to the forum, looks like a great place

32Red's live roulette table is down

Does anybody have any idea why???

Many thanks to anybody taking the time to reply.....;)

How long since they have live roulette??? I've asked their support several times and they always say "sorry but we don't have live dealer roulette currently"

p.s. here is my chat session from a few minutes ago:

Paul: Thank you for contacting us, Max. My name is Paul, how can I help?
Max: hi
Max: I saw in my favourite casinomeister forum that 32red has live dealer roulette
Max: is that true?
Paul: Hi Max
Paul: we do not at the moment
Max: but I saw in several topics that people are playing live roulette in 32red
Paul: we only have live dealer at Bacarrat at the mo Max
Paul: not roulette
Max: do you plan to launch one?
Paul: not for the forseeable future
Paul: but watch this space!!

Hey Max,
When I joined up about 4/5 months ago they DID have live roulette honest :eek2:

I was just wondering why it had gone off line that all....

Just seen your edit, Yep that's basically what I got told

No, I edited my own post. I know my jokes suck, lol.

I dont really believe in live always being live. David Copperfield taught me that. I dont know your answer but it wasnt mine.

About a month ago, a player won 400,000 euros playing live roulette in 32reds sister casino: Dash. Ever since then the live roulette has been unavailable in both 32red & dash casino. I am guessing this is the reason why.

There is a whole thread about it here in this forum. I would copy and paste the link but I am unable to, due to posting this reply with my mobile phone.

The live roulette is still available in other microgaming sites. However it is too expensive for me. The minimum amount for an even money bet is £5 in some casinos, and £10 in others.

Thanks Seagull

That would explain it

Just hope it doesn't blow the chances of the "live" wheel coming back

Thanks for the heads up.....

IF you could paste that link when you get a moment that would be greatly appreciated...

Cheers...

oh yeah, I read this thread, he started with something liek 1400 and made it to 400 000 and than they said he has used unordinary betting tactics so they won't pay:) But I think after all the guy get his money back, right?

Hey Max,

What the hell does "unordinary betting tactics" mean ??

It's roulette there are only so many ways you can bet

Sounds like they are looking for a reason not to pay.....:eek2:

I think they were suspicous to start with but it turned out ok and the player got paid.
32red and dash are safe casinos.

It took a little time to sort out - apparently because Microgaming did a thorough audit and investigation on the live roulette, for reasons I am not entirely sure of... But it did have a happy ending.

Alas still using my mobile phone to post, my thumbs ache.

Well hopefully that live wheel will return.....

It's the only way I will play roulette and if it's from a sound casino that's ever better....

Think you need to invest in a Blackberry seagull & save those thumbs :)

Lots of the other microgaming sites have live roulette. Check out the casinomeister accredited list. All the casinos on there should be safe.

Also playtech do live roulette, you could try out the playtech casinos on the accredited list also... good luck.

I know of quite a few thanks seagull.....

Mainly the big boys, bet365, bedfred, stanley casinos, gala casinos & William Hill (those last two use a different feed) riverbelle & ladbrookes etc....

I just don't want to put all my eggs in one basket....

So will find out by trail & error

BTW, I see your from Scotland, I went to Edinburgh the other week for a stag do. I had a great time

The only down side?? Always seemed to be walking uphill only....

BTW, it would be very very handy IF the Casinomeister could advise which casino's on his list have live dealers. Would save the hassle of joining then finding out they don't have it....

32Red customer service and staff integrity ?

32red paid this player nothing.
They have never paid out that amount on one roulette session - ever.

They have paid out large amounts but it's extremely rare - in fact only progressive jackpot slot wins.

The live help person using the screen name 'Paul' was recently involved in an incident whereby three regular 32red customers had their money forfeited and accounts permanently closed for allegedly 'soft playing' as a direct result of "Pauls' negligence.

The actual event that 32red claimed to be soft play was in fact perfectly okay. Video screencaptures of parts of that event and also of 32red's resident poker pro doing the SAME thing with impunity are currently being converted to FLV format and shall be placed online at Youtube and other online video and poker sites shortly.

Extremely serious issues about the integrity of 32red's policy and the competence of their staff have recently come to light.

Morning all,

rediffusions statement about the Roulette Player is not only bold, but it is one that is without any substance and indeed it is one that is complete fabrication.
Without going into too much detail (this has been covered in other threads on this site) I would just like to confirm that the player was paid albeit after a short delay whilst we, and our Software providers, checked through the relevant game play. I am sure all understand this course of action, given the size of the winnings involved.
I would welcome the opportunity to review any evidence that rediffusion has that proves this to the contrary.

It would appear that rediffusion has an axe to grind regarding the outcome of a recent investigation that was conducted into collusive and soft play. I would strongly urge rediffusion to utilise the Pitch a Bitch facility here rather than resorting to this unfounded smear campaign.

I am more than happy to post all the details of this case even though this flies in the face of my belief that these issues should be attempted to be resolved on a personal basis or through the appropriate channels. Ill take your counsel on this, Casinomeister members, before I proceed.

That said the integrity of our policy here and the competence of our staff is certainly not in question.

In conclusion, if the threatened actions are undertaken and if the original statement is not retracted then we will defend our hard-earned reputation vigorously and robustly through the Courts of Law, if necessary.

Hi Pat,

many thanks for your reply:)

I have no interest in online poker, but if you could explain a bit further about the "roulette player" case and IF your live wheel has returned, that would be greatly appreciated.

Not true. The player was paid.

One other thing. I hate people who cheat in poker. Is the main reason I stopped playing poker online because of other players colluding. It is too easy for cheats to talk to each other on the phone or instant messenger and the other players to be oblivious to it. It is unfair and a low thing to do. I have been on the recieving end of this in my early days of online poker and it is not nice. If you are one of these cheats I have no sympathy for you and think you got what you deserved. If casinos are actively weeding out poker cheats and barring their accounts then that is a good thing. Cheats spoil the enjoyment for everyone else and give online poker a bad name.

Now it is my turn to be bold.

You know what I think. Maybe you were one of the people guilty of softplay and collusion. You got found out. And now you're feeling angry at 32red and want to get your own back by posting above comments. But actually 32red have done nothing wrong. They are just protecting other players from poker cheats. You have no proof to back up what you say. To me it looks like you have sour grapes for being caught doing something you shouldn't.

If what you're saying is true do a PAB.

Do not mean to hijack the thread and the mods can delete if they wish or start a new thread (keeping link out for now)......That said, I read a very interesting news release dated today that cheating is not just collusion among players as is already a known but security issues and violations aka cheating are becoming much more sophisticated. The use of trojans (hacked if I understood correctly to one's PC) allows I believe your cards as well as hole cards to be seen making winning impossible. Do not quote me exactly as need to read again but hackers, trojans, and seeing cards for sure.

My apologies Mr.Harrison as I have no intent to derail knowing how important the true subject matter of this thread is so mods feel free as mentioned above.:)

Reply to 32red's Pat and others.

Hello.

There is truth in most of your posts, if not all of them.
Thank you for your questions and replies.

Pat:

I do retract the comment that he was never paid.
The truth is that I just wanted your attention, which I now have.
Tell them how long he waited for the money Pat.
HOW LONG was it PAT?
I will tell them if you do not.

I now have (as I clearly stated) absolutely damning evidence that 32red's 'favorite son', their mascot as he may be, their resident poker pro ;)was inside the last 14 days involved in EXACTLY the same activity as the three people that lost their accounts and their money.

That info is going online Pat, and as much as it might annoy you, it is in the best interests of the online gaming community that this occurs.

That is not open for further discussion.

Pat: Please be aware that double standards are simply not acceptable.

As for your 'threats' of legal action, - this is simply rubbish and is herewith dismissed - if any legal action is initiated I can assure you that you will not be the one that does it.

I have nothing to hide, If I wanted to be anonymous, I most certainly would - I am simply going to bring certain ugly truths to bear and I absolutely WILL NOT be intimidated.

Okey dokey :)

Please accept my apology for posting some content in the wrong forum.

Cheers for now.

Thanks rediffusion,

If you wanted my attention a simple PM to me would have sufficed!
The Live Dealer Roulette does appear to be quite an issue for you and, whilst completely spurious to your main concern, I am happy to answer the question posed.
The player was paid his money (directly to his bank account) on the seventh working day after accumulating the 450,000 winnings.

I will not enter into a public slanging match with you on this, or any other, Forum and once again I strongly urge you to Pitch a Bitch or even raise your concerns directly with us at 32Red.

Pat

Hmmm... this is a tough one... Who do I trust? The guy who has only ever posted two messages aimed at slurring the reputation of 32RED, or the Ops Director of a casino with an unrivalled reputation for honesty that I've played at faultlessly for maybe the last three or four years?

I just can't decide...

These sort of 'complaints' always use vague references to alleged behaviour coupled with ambiguous language outlining how they'll post proof "soon", "sometime"... "somewhere".

Rediffusion, I'm sorry you lost $94 dollars or something chasing the free spins on Thunderstruck - but you picked the wrong forum... You need one of the millions available on the internet where the members aren't intelligent and reasoned; that way you might just fool someone.

reply 2

Hi people.

Slotster, you have a healthy sense of humour which I respect :)

ps. Has anyone really needed 94 bucks to hit the free spins on Thunderstruck? I got it once and was very lucky in that I lined up five 'somethings' during them and won a fair bit.

Moving right along ..

On topic: I pretty much only played poker at 32R and don't know about their live games, I do see other casinos with live games, usually relayed via Philippines with local nationals as dealers & croupiers.

As for my gripe with 32R, I am undecided as what to do now. I do not want to besmirch them unjustly, as only a fool would go there.

There is an indisputable amount of $20 (don't laugh) it's the principle which I would like them to pay as returning our balance was part of their 'resolution' and I received 10 of thirty.

The other amounts that three lost totaled 4 digits and was quite significant, hence their annoyance at 32R, and they are appealing the decision.

Anyway, again - my apology for wrong forum posting and just ley me say that I respect all your inputs whether exalting or not wholly complimentary lol.

This is a great forum/website owned by a good guy and I don't desire to upset the applecart further.

I believe I have their attention now, and I will from here on address them directly.

Have a great day everyone
