Anyone know why it's been nearly 36 hours since a withdrawal via paypal is still showing as reversable ???

I always thought Paypal withdrawals are instant or couple of hours, they're elsewhere, i try load the live chat they now try and hide and it crashes the software.

Casinoroom asked for ID and not only verified me but did the withdrawal the same day and that was done the same day and time as the 32red one which is still pending.

Shows the difference between a good casino and not so good!

If it was after Thursday afternoon im afraid it will stay pending till Monday now

32RED have a 24 hour pending period now. And they do not do weekend withdrawals. So if you withdrew at lunchtime Thursday you would have received it about 3pm Friday as they pay out about that time. But if it was after about 3pm Thursday you withdrew then it wont be processed till Monday afternoon about 3pm.

Thanks, won't be using them again. They just want people to reverse it, don't like that sort of practice.

You cannot judge whether a casino is 'good' or not on this alone.

You could look at the other factors, quick example.

Casino Room had a promo, related to the new GNR slot, any bonus and/or FS taken HAD to be wagered 45 times on the GNR slot ONLY, playing ANY other game would void all winnings!

32 Red as mentioned had a 50% DOTD yesterday as well as 30FS on Terminator 2 (£9 value, (£19 total for a £20 deposit)) wagering was 30x and you can play whatever slots you want to!

Yes I'm defending them again but you need to look at the big picture, pros and cons for both parties and you cannot determine if a casino is good or not from just their withdrawal policies.

PS: reversing w/d's is 90% if not more down to self control.

I get your point, but for me bonuse are a choice, so people can take them or leave them. What should not be a choice is how long someone has to wait to get a payment. There is zero reason to hold cash pending that long.

Hi this is kind of old news as its been known for ages by CM members at least that 32red has a 48 hour pending period (longer if you include the weekend )
but nothing can be done about it - and as always a player should read a casinos terms on such things before making a deposit - so they can make an informed choice.

This rule does not make 32red a bad casino - support is great , promos regular and when you do win you sure to get paid no matter the amount.

Personally I dont like the pending rule but thats why other casinos such as video slots get the bulk of my deposits. Fast payouts. Some dont care - and its not an issue for them

But that dont mean I think they are a bad outfit.

Be glad you won :) and look forward to getting your money Monday ) as the rule says - dont reverse and all will be well

We have been through this ad-nauseam, but the above remains more than relevant.

It's going to keep rearing it's head no matter how great 32Red is in every other respect. And is it a great Casino. It's baffling they regressed so badly on timely payments.

To be fair, not so long ago I was offered by 32Red the option to make my withdrawal non-reversible during the weekend. Did you talk to CS or Mark? Also, most other casinos (download ones) have 48h pending.
And don’t forget that 32Red has no withdrawal limit, when you will find 15.000 limit per month or 2.000 per day, or something like that on most flash casinos with instant withdrawals.

It must be profitable for 32Red, and many others, otherwise they might have changed to faster payments by now.

They obviously gain more from people reversing withdrawals and from staffing savings, than they lose from people not depositing because of the looonnnggg processing time.

The only issue I have with long 'reversible' periods, is the responsible gaming aspect. Although it doesn't affect me personally, it could affect many others.

A reversal should be treated the same as a deposit, and therefore should be counted against any deposit limits that someone might have.
I'm surprise that the licensing bodies such as the UKGC, haven't picked up on it.

I'm not really talking bad about 32RED, im just stating from my view i think it is poor, i rarely deposit there, and only did so due to 100% bonus on offer i seen. Only other site i used with a delay on cash outs is Betfair but that is max 24hr. Reason i like quick withdrawal is im small stakes player so a £50 withdrawal i might like to use 10 or 20 elsewhere and i like to play within my comfort zone not touch money outside gambling bank, so when i site like this takes so long to approve a withdrawal it's frustrating as i can't go play elsewhere.

I will happily deposit elsewhere now i know this. :)

Thats the key - vote with your wallet if not happy with a certain aspect of how a casino is run :)

These days its a players market with so many top level operations to choose from. For UK/ Eu players anyhow.
So if there is a particular aspect of a casino I dont like - no problem I move on - and they loose any chance
of loyalty from me.

VideoSlots have super fast cash out times - Betsafe is near on instant for ewallets but dont think they take paypal .

And a bunch of other casinos that run the withdraws daily within minutes or hours. See the accredited section
and read up on the time frames for processing withdraws. The Meister Minions section allows for a steady up to date flow
of information regarding current cash out times from a wide range of casinos.

I understand the OP's frustration with the wait, but if you feel like you're going to reverse the payment before Monday you can go to live chat and ask them to suspend your account for 24/48 hours.

Whatever the reason behind this decision at 32Red, I'm sure it has cost them dearly at the next CM awards!

They dont allow that anymore either Nicole. Last time I asked for that they got all funny with me and said if had gambling problem and only way would be to close account permanent. This was almost a year ago so no you cant ask them to lock account for a short period anymore. :(

Wow that's disappointing. I forget the name but there is one casino that has in their terms that if you request two short timeouts they will close your account permanently.

Because of the 48-72hr delays at Caddell and Casino Rewards, I always request a time-out and they are more than happy to block until the withdrawal is processed.

32red processes my withdrawals usually within 48 hours, i think that's a ok waiting time.
Does anyone know of any other MG casino that processes withdrawals within 24 hours or less?

Finally got it today.

But my next issue, the freeroll they run, the 3 hour one, a 5 minute only timer to finish it, Yet today gold factory spins so slow i ran out of time whilst on bonus round.

Ridiculous length of time to give least make it 10 minutes. Some times i wonder if they do these little things to annoy people!

Holy shit, is that Axl Rose in your avatar? Guess we know who ate all the pies now, he should be orbiting Jupiter as a small moon.

Why is he wearing a Fez, with the top cut off? :p

Indeed it be! Could not resist with the new GNR slot out this month

was watching some of his videos from recent concerts sad to see. His voice sucks

That is a shame. As a thrash metal devotee in the 80's I despised talentless hair metal bands. GNR were the exception, fantastic talents, and music that rocked.
