Whine and Moan 32Red Payment Getting Slower and Slower

Frankly speaking, I hate ranting about a casino being slow or something when once upon a time ago they were one of the absolute best in the industry. However now, it seems that they are getting from Good to becoming border line...

I know it's not a very long time to wait and all but this is reality. Now-a-days payouts are processed within a day at most if not less (within minutes/hours).

Made a deposit with 32Red on 18 June (around 6pm their time GMT) and played for only around at max 1 hour and made a withdrawal. According to them, there's a 24 hour wait period so that payouts are not reversed. So I don't have a problem waiting. The 24 hours came and went already. At the time of writing this (20 June around 1pm their time), my money which is only $52 only is still "Waiting for Processing".

I'm not too sure what to think about 32Red now-a-days because they are starting to get from Extremely Fast or even the Market Leader to being really extremely slow.

At the same time, I made a deposit on VideoSlots on 19 June (around 6pm GMT) and played for at least a few hours and then I made a withdrawal. It seems that my ID has already expired and needed to be updated so I uploaded it. After about 1 hour (or less), it was already verified. But the best part is that when I made the withdrawal which is already around 9pm+, my withdrawal went back to my Skrill account within minutes. I would not even say it took 30 minutes, it was less than that.

This is the type of service we all expect from market leaders and also good casinos.

As for 32Red, I am seriously disappointed at the time it takes them to process my withdrawal.
- 24 hour Reversible Period (they used to be able to flush payouts)
- more than 12 hours processing time and counting (after end of Reversible Period)

Let us just see how long it takes for them to finish processing my withdrawal... If anyone from 32Red is reading this thread, please do improve your service and your withdrawal time and all. Your competitors are moving way ahead of you guys in this regards. You are slacking and getting from Good to becoming border line and soon will be considered SLOW.

That's my little RANT about 32Red and their very slow processing of payouts.

Ps. For those who thinks that this is my first payout with 32Red, well... it is totally NOT. Documents already verified and I'm using Skrill.

Back in May I got a email from 32Red saying if I would like 1 hour withdraw time to let them know so I replied back. I said why ask it's a no brainer but if that doesn't include weekends then it's not 1 hr. I never got a reply back and I haven't made a withdraw so not sure if they moved my withdrawls to 1 hr. Did any one else get the same email?

Still a solid outfit. Best casino rep and think @Mark_32Red has been the longest casino rep on casinomeister which is a huge plus for 32Red but they need faster withdraw times if they did I would deposit reg with them again.

To the best of my knowledge they process withdrawals Mon-Fri (providing the pending period has elapsed)

The process time is around 3pm UK time, which means yours will have been processed today.

It will hit your Skrill account as soon as it is processed due to the instant appearance of funds with e-wallets

Congrats on your win, hope you get your dosh soon but also while I'm here a total needless thread IMO.

Can understand a rant where warranted but not the case here I feel

I'm still waiting for my payment of the win. I will definitely inform you guys when I get it but as of this very moment, the money is still not here yet.

If you think the rant is uncalled for, then they should basically improve their Payment Services.
