In the past i took some Dish of a day bonuses, they gave me some free chips etc. I'm in profit overall in that casino, so didn't see any dish of a day AT ALL for a while. Didn't play either. Winning when you have taken a bonus can get you BONUS banned from some online casinos.. :notworthy

I have always been a bit paranoid but with all these reported changes and a bit of negative feedback, can't help thinking 'What the bloody hell are they playing at?'

Too many casinos heading down the slippery slope. Examples: Ladbrokes a while back, more recently BGO.

25% for me today, although I have cashed out from the last 4 or 5 deposits, it's not been a huge amount

Hi Harry,

I'll chase this for you. The problem I expect is the initial email to Team Leaders. This email address isn't a public-facing one and is used mainly for query escalation. Once a query has gone to TL's (which isn't a mailbox which is monitored 24/7) it will go into a queue for a manager's review. I suspect that even when you've followed up with an email to support, there's already a flag that your email is with TL's.

Leave it with me.

EDIT: always asked Jon or now Steve to review my account. Last time was months ago though. Usually i would have answer pretty quickly.

I know it is easy for me to say as i have had a great run lately and i am using less and less bonuses so have not been taking them of late due to having some decent funds.
However some players rely on them to have some decent playtime and of course others abuse them.
I deposited 100 euro this morning without bonus and sadly only lasted me minuted playing 60 cent bets but that's the nature of the beast.
Would my 25 percent bonus helped today,probably not as the slots were not happening for me.
I just think there has been too many changes at 32 Red and maybe it will stop players depositing and i hope they do not lose too many as they have been a fantastic casino.
I hope Mark can take the feedback to the powers that be as i am sure we as players want to stay with them.I only deposit at 3 casino's now and i do not want to make that only 2.

But for today, I'm afraid I won't be depositing.
Not because I'm being arsey or anything, because I do like 32Red. But 25% is too little to risk a deposit, which is tied up to wagering.

I'm not too bothered if i lose £50 with a 100% bonus, I usually get a few hours playtime.

But I would be slightly annoyed at losing a £100 straight deposit in 20-30 minutes, which is what always seems to happen, whenever I've played without a bonus at 32Red.

So it looks like I'll be taking Casumo up on their offer of 80% tonight.

I was offered though an increased DOTD from 25% to 50%..... only that i have 50% already on offer today, so that offer was a non-starter and i suppose support did not even make the effort to really look at my account as they would have seen that. :eek: :mad:

Hence my verdict: 32RED support - virtually non-existent!!!

Just 25% for me too.

I deposited a tenner purely to have four goes at the Fortnightly Freeroll. That should bag me a bonus tomorrow which although unlikely to convert to any cash - it will give me more play time than the 25% alone would have :)

Yeah mate, and Bet-At is the place i play most these days, followed by VS.

However, once in a while i like to spin on the MG download client but get burnt every time. And i always would say then "this is the last time", 2-3 months later i try it again though, result the same. :eek:
 
I just recently opened my account at 32red after having a 12 month self-exclusion.

I also got offered the 25% so I thought I'd try £25 deposit and luckily I got up to £330 thanks to this hit.


For some reason I don't feel too excited because I've read a lot here about how there is no longer manual flushing and Friday withdrawals don't hit Neteller till Teusday. I'm fine with that but just wondering if anyone knows if they will lock your account until a withdrawal is processed? Seems like the best option because I know myself too well and that £330 with turn into £0 if I don't. lol
