32red deposit problems

for the last few days I have been unable to deposit...everytime I click the banking button the casino closes down and I have to reload it

support have been a great help looking into it for me they suggested i Locate and delete the contents of the MUPDB folder.

not being very tech savvy it took me ages to do this even with there instructions lol but it didn't work

it driving me nuts not being able to play ...they have passed it on to tech people but I don't think there in till tomorrow

has anyone else had this prob and if so how did you fix it....any suggestions would be most welcome

im starting to get cranky with nothing to do :(

im not sure the tech team are around at weekends ...so im hoping to get it sorted today

on the plus side I guess I have saved a few quid not being able to deposit ...every cloud has a silver lining lol
