Live blackjack has been 'coming soon' for as long as I can remember. You could try PMing the 32red team. They are generally very quick at responding.

To my knowledge, minimum bet is 2 coins of whichever currency you are playing. I don't remember playing blackjack less than that, although with 40 odd variations they may be one hidden in there.

Blackjack Tables are a lot of fun and very very fair.
