32Red Daily Bonus

It's playing up again. This is after playing elsewhere for a bit and returning to 32Red after depositing in the previous session. You can see that the deposit is recognised in BOTH places shown on the lobby, yet STILL the claim is refused because no deposit has been made.

I'm so flustered with trying to claim bonus from 32red group that I deleted there casinos and not playing there casinos for a week. I'm tired of the same thing. Have to close casino and do over again and it's waiting my time and live chat seems to take forever lately
moved on to guts. It's fine it happens once in awhile but thus has been on going for the last few weeks.
 
As I understand it, the banking server has to send the message to the promotions server, that you made your deposit, and it can have a bit of a lineup, I think especially when a new promo starts, due to many people taking it at one time.

It has always been this way (for me anyways), but I've never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes, and I can definitely live with it. It ALWAYS ends up working (for me anyways), without having to log off or any other hokus pokus. I think a little patience is all it takes ;)

I only got 25 fs , I thought this advent calendar promotion was meant to be same for everyone who is a regular depositing player

LaHutti is right, it is the delay with the promo page detecting the deposit that is the issue here - we have tried to speed it up but it's obviously not quick enough. I'll see what can be done.

Played Friday and had a nightmare session with lag. I honestly could not wait to get off. I did all the usual stuff (cleared cache etc) but still awful.

I put it down to tech issues on calender and deposited again yesterday. Again another nightmare session and aagain, I couldn't wait to get off...The lag was horrendously painful! !

I tried a few other sites and all was fine so I'm assuming the lag was due to technical problems.

I have never had this happen before on 32Red
 
I notified 32 Red last Wednesday about the depositing problem, cannot even register card to deposit. Tried depositing again tonight and the urgent problem is still not fixed. This is horrible, they must be loosing plenty of deposits as I am told it is many players. I did ask for a small no deposit offer while I continue to wait, and was denied.
I just want to play.
What is going on 32 Red, I have been with you for years and have never seen anything like this before.
Very frustrating, and disappointing.

I've given up on 32Red after yesterday's promotion. I haven't played there for a while, since whenever i do, my balance is eaten in a matter of minutes.

But i thought i'd give it one more try, deposited £30 and received 25 free spins on 'deck the halls'. played the spins and won a miserly £4.52 (or there abouts).

So i started on TSII, after about 20 spins i got a bonus win of just over 200x stake. at that point, with a balance of £85+, i probably would have withdrawn it. Because usually whenever i get a win like that on 32Red it just gets taken back very quickly.

But because i was locked to the WR of that bonus win, I had to continue playing, and low and behold, whatever slots i played all i got was very low pays or dead spins. So by the time the bonus was finally cleared my balance was about £5.

So it basically cost me £80 to win £4.52

In future I'll stick with the sites who use browser versions of MGS and don't lock your cash to your bonus

The slots there are the same as everywhere else that uses Microgaming software. While you're certainly welcome to play at one of the very few places that don't restrict your bonus, I don't really think a 30x bonus wagering requirement is complaint worthy - anything lower than that is pretty rare, and that's the exchange you agreed to when claiming the bonus. Casino has to make money somehow, can't give everything away for free. As you said, if you don't like the setup or just want a change of scenery, you can play at another casino or refrain from taking a bonus.

It sucks to hit a string of bad luck, but it's not really fair or productive to blame an individual casino for it. I doubt the casino is even really making any money off the players who withdraw the instant WR is complete.
 
You can use the instant play there, thats a browser version, if thats what you mean.
I play at 32red and lose on every deposit there and have for ages. Might get some play time, might get some small wins but it never accumilates into anything.

That casino does not like me, browser or download, regardless of day or night play lol.

Im due for a turn around, but I also play at other casinos too, some good, some bad, its the life of gambling. Its not 32red inspecific

It was more the fact that i was stuck with the WR. where as on the browser based sites which carry MGS that i play, like Betat and leovagas you're not tied to a bonus
 
To avoid this in the future, you can choose a "play free spins later" option, and wait until you have a zero balance in your account before playing the free spins. Your balance can be zero because you withdrew, or zero because you busted out. The loading page will show how long before the spin expires.

Although there will still be wagering on the free spins win, your deposit won't be hampered by it.

No it's not weird, if i am correctly assuming you mistaken the CR in the quoted post for CM.. CR stands for Club Rouge, and i think you thought it was for CM - CasinoMeister members:)

Finally decided on Thursday that, for the first time this month, I wouldn't bother logging in to 32Red the following day...that day being Friday the 13th. And what happens? About an hour ago, a mere 4 1/2 hours after the claiming deadline, I open my hotmail account to find an e-mail from 32Red telling me I had 500 Red Rubies to claim. LOL Friday the 13th bit me in the arse eventually...just took until Saturday the 14th for it to happen haha.

I only joined 32Red in September of this year (a mere day or two after joining CM). And as this was going to be my first Christmas as a 32Red customer, I was really looking forward to this 32 days of Christmas promo. But now.....it just feels like a big anti-climactic letdown. I can't even SEE the promotions, let alone participate in them :( Very disappointed.

It's proper etiquette to give them a chance to assist you and resolve your issues.

Admittedly I have not done that Nifty. I chose to sit tight and await further developments. Given that Mark was aware of the issues relating to the 32 days promotions, I was kind of expecting the matter to be resolved in a couple of days. In hindsight, this was a mistake on my part. I should have been more "pro-active" and got in contact with live chat sooner rather than later in order to get the matter resolved to my satisfaction. Instead of letting the matter become more of an annoyance with each passing day. Lesson learned there. I have since replied to the e-mail I received re: the 500 Red Rubies for Day 13 (to voice my concerns about the promotional popup issue) and I have got a reply, where I was advised to uninstall the casino software, then re-download it and re-install it as it might have been a browser compatibility issue. Unfortunately that has not worked. I also was told that they gave me the 500 Red Rubies even though I did not claim them in time. Whilst it was nice of them to do that, at no stage was I e-mailing them to "angle" for them to do that.

Yes you are absolutely right. Again, my mistake, I should have shown an eagerness to get the matter resolved instead of just leaving things unresolved and doing nothing about it. I'll know better if there is a next time.

I have no doubt that he would, if I were to contact him. He seems like a very genuine, decent fella. But I've already started a dialogue via e-mail with Danny from player support, so I'll see what happens :)

Just so you are aware, Danny has made me aware of your issue and I am getting it checked out - you should be seeing the promotions if you were invited - problem is we have limited IT support at weekends so you'll have to bear with us until tomorrow. I've asked Danny to ensure you can claim any bonuses manually until this is resolved.

Calendar has never showed up in my lobby, complained several times and have been fobbed off.

Used to be a regular at 32red, but not anymore, I can see how the support changes when you no longer deposit daily.

IMO the 32red support team does make an effort to understand the issue and try to resolve it, at least in my experience.....have had technical issues a cpl times, mostly resolved other than once when I had to completely re-install everything.....

But I'm certain that you went straight to live support and got it sorted since that's why they are there.
It's irritating yes, but just as much for them as for us, just remember that.
If they were totally perfect they would be boring ;)

I have also noticed a problem with the update process. EVERY time I launch the casino, it goes through the "double launch" and then updates a few existing games. However, the 2 promised NEW games just won't show.

This problem is not just today, and coincides with the problem since midnight with getting the daily promo to work. The fact that the client is stuck in permanent update mode might be causing issues with getting the promo to work. The update will be changing files, including the banking pages as well as existing games, and on top of this will be sucking bandwidth that can cause other lobby functions to run slowly. It also seems to have induced yet another script error today (some file has changed, obviously).

This particular promo has been VERY troublesome indeed, which seems rather odd since the earlier ones only went wrong occasionally, and dish of the day malfunctions were equally as uncommon.

i have the same thing. I had keely on live chat last night about this blank screen. she logged into my account at her end, changed my password to get in my account. and said she had the same thing happen. total blank screen...

she telling the tech guys about this so hopefully something gets done today about it...
 
im sure everything will get sorted and no one will miss out on anything they were entitled to

mark and the gang always bend over backwards to sort out any problems

I deposited but didn't get anything. In fairness it does say "could". I am unsure if this particular bonus is instant or added later. If instant I'm outta luck. If later then I'm unsure whether I should spend my deposit as mist bonus void if spend before added. Confused lol
 
The bonuses are random to players who have purchased today - you don't need to wait to playthrough your deposit.

@satty - who is dealing with your deposit issue? I'm not in the office so can't check.

tracey has been dealing with it...she been keeping me informed of whats happening ...but so far they not cured the problem

last message I got this morning said it requires more in depth investigation and has been referred to software development team
 
I like all the promos so far in 32Red, didn't take em all of course but most, and the only thing that was a wee bit dissapointing to me is that those FS tied to the deposits were on 0.01 for Club Rouge, whereas they used to be on a higher denomination:)

But i can't complain, especially since good óle Santa popped in my client today, dropping a healthy 50,- which is always more then welcome:)
