Thanks for starting this thread, just got the email and was searching for the 'New Site - Feedback request' thread to update but couldn't find it :confused:

Yes it looks much better and so do the emails, thank goodness they got rid of that stupid woman with the rollers :p (although I'm sure my mom will miss her commission now)

Nice to see a POSITIVE 32 red thread also :thumbsup:

Good luck if taking the deposit match, just off for a little flutter now :)

Edit: Like the additional security too (Have to log into banking again (once logged into actual casino) on Download Client)

Big and long awaited improvement, that's for sure! Good looking design and fairly easy to navigate. :thumbsup:

Game selection is still a disappointment for me however, and I don't understand why a casino of 32Red's caliber offer so few games. Why not go full Videoslots and get in as many games as possible? I understand it may be costly, but I believe it would be a wise decision in the long run.
 
I really don't know what is so new or groundbreaking, am I missing something? I am using the link au.32red in Mark's meister minion thread '32red critiques'

I pushed bet too quickly after my wild desire(700 spins to get) and game froze with 4 reels spinning endlessly so nothing changed there.

What baffles me is the guess at your wager requirement after you hit $10. 15 years to figure out a fix, microgaming!
 
For sure it looks better and the layout looks a lot cleaner and modern, but it feels a bit 'Emperor's new clothes'. Technically everything runs the same as before so no discernible change.

Only tried the flash site but games were running erratically so more of a facelift then. Given 32 Red's excellent reputation though I don't feel as though their flash site is on par with some of the other accredited sites in terms of performance. I don't feel as though long- running issues have actually been addressed at all so 'underwhelmed' springs to mind :eek2:

I got an email sayin they've changed their website look. I play on mobile. It looks very sleek.

Lagging games seem to be everywhere. Couldn't for the life of me play for more than 2 spins on rizk the other nite without the endless spinning.

Dunno why took 4 tries, same card and the details were saved, therefore no errors on my end. But anyway, finally deposited.
Lag, some games didnt load at all, some spun fine. No WD of course.
But at least got to play.

Download turnies still crash when loading requiring reboot. And as pmed last week, autoplay keeps turning itself off every few spins. So a lot of the same issues, at least in the download client. I gave up on the non-download site when it refused my deposit (which did eventually come off the same card after multiple tries in the download. So seems still issues to sort out).

Still annoying the steps required to get to live chat.

Oh, and at least three ocassions, when game loaded, showed a certain bet, example say, 75 cents, and when clicked spin it kicked in max bet costing me more than intended.

I dunno. Seemed a lot of work to dep and play, and then the play experience wasnt all that rewarding when some games didnt load or crawled at snails' pace.
Rather bummy session and headachy tbh.

32red.com. That is where the new site is. No need to download or use flash site.
 
The new site does not appear to allow the tournaments to be accessed, which is an important backup for when they fail to work in the download client. Only the flash "instant casino" has some of the tournaments, but although this is still working, I can't see how to navigate to it from the new site. It can, however, be found by searching Google for "32red flash casino" and clicking the result that shows the "gameassist" link.

All very well, but the download is ever more buggy the longer Microgaming leave it largely stuck in the Windows 98 era, which is why many people have switched from download to browser, despite the other problems with browser based casinos.

I am now experiencing a cascade failure of download Tomb Raider II. I though it was a one off, but it happened again a couple of days ago. It works fine until I get 5 passports, the bonus loads, I select a destination, pick an icon, and the game crashes and unloads itself and throws me back to the lobby. It is then impossible to reload the game, it gets about 3/4 of the way, and then aborts and throws me to the lobby. Not only that, I can't even load it on my Windows 7 laptop where the game did not initially crash, yet it can no longer be loaded there either. casino support couldn't load it and referred the issue to Microgaming, who advised an uninstall and reinstall, which again didn't work.

However, I got a bit creative and installed the casino on the old Windows XP machine, and the game loaded just fine, and I played out the bonus. Then, I went back to Windows 7 to see whether the fault had been cleared, but it had not, the game STILL won't load even though I have managed to clear the bonus round and finish the game. I am now finding that getting the bonus round now seems to kill all working copies of the game, yet I can clear the bonus in Windows XP, but the game remains permanently broken in Windows 7. It did NOT work under Windows XP compatibility mode, it had to be Windows XP as the OS.

This is surprisingly similar to the issue with an earlier 32Red tournament, where Hitman just would never load, not even after a reinstall, yet I was able to get it to function in Windows XP (this was before the tournament was available in the Flash casino).

Microgaming still don't know what's wrong, but it is a demonstration that the client is now starting to fall over in later OS configurations, yet is still fine on earlier ones.

It's clear that a good browser based alternative is needed, and may be the way forward given that Microgaming don't seem too keen on addressing this issue. It therefore doesn't make sense that 32Red would deliberately remove games from their browser based site in order to force players back to using the download client.

Microgaming did make a half arsed attempt to enable multiple providers in the download client, but it didn't seem to go beyond castle builder and forsaken kingdom, and casino rewards have now yanked this pair in any case.
 
GRRRRR anyone else having problems loading the 250 free tournament at 32Red and the other casinos. Doing my head in that software is so laggy its crazy. Every time I load any of the casinos i get errors when trying to play tournaments and also now they took the autoplay options aways so u only get like 5-10 auto spins. What is the point of that when its a free tournament lol...........??

Hope any of you could check if yours work and if any help what I can do as I am registered for tourneys and have to play them within next 1 hour :)

I also tried looking on the 4 different 32red casinos and cant find online either. Tournaments do not show up heck I cant even find them at 32red.com :(

What is happening? Does the viper stop working? If that's the problem then it's just to push disconnect and then log in again. If it doesn't load then it's something wrong and you won't be able to play it today.

The autoplay is awful. I won't bother to play those Daily anymore because obviously they couldn't separate the tournaments when they changed the autoplay settings. MG that is, not 32Red.
I'm so tired of decisions made for those in the uk, and that the rest of us have to suffer from too.

Yeah i know its Microgaming messing up things because of their problem software. I noticed on scores for players in the 250 free tourney that only 5 players managed to play lol so easy payday for them. But really microgaming should had cancelled them. Seems i can get other tourneys to work so this is really strange. I am just hoping that it will work in last minute so will try 10 minutes before tourney finishes and will then snatch top 4 :p But no I doubt it will get up working before its finished. What I dont understand is why Microgaming can not fix these problems as its always been a problem with errors. You never see these errors with RTG casinos download. They always seem to run smooth and well.

I would rather have a old fashion graphics like rtg casinos if it runs perfect al the time IMHO.
 
I noticed that a mere 32 players are registered for the monthly monster, and all but one are on a score of zero. It would have been an easy payday, but registrations have been closed already - odd given that MG probably want more than 32 participants, but more likely it would be a waste of time because MG would cancel the tournament rather than cough up 20K in prizes for the price of 32 buyins with only one player seeming able to get the game working.

Had I known, I would have registered for the monthly monster on every Viper casino I can play, and then installed them on Windows XP in the hope that the tournament would actually work well enough to get at least enough spins in to have a score other than zero.

I am rather surprised to hear that the UK specific autoplay requirements have been applied to a Swedish player as well as for UK players. I am also sure that how it's been implemented for the tournaments also fails to comply with the UK requirements because it fails to offer the player the chance to set their loss limit each time they click the autoplay, which is a requirement in addition to the max limit of 100 spins in a single burst, which is also not properly implemented in the tournaments given that in Hitman the limit seemed to vary from as little as 3 spins, and at most a dozen.

I have found that in Loaded, there is no problem with the autoplay, it carries on till the coins all run out, yet I am in the UK:confused:
 
I'm Canadian and I've mentioned this to mark as well last week - the autoply part in turnies; rather annoying. And it only applies to the 32Red dailies not for any other turnies.

Also was frustrating, is when I logged in 2 days ago and depped and played, all my IM achievements were wiped on the download client and reset back to Amber, and honestly, I'm just not at all inclined to pay to get them all opened again.
 
Still problems today. Aside from $250 not opening, I see the $50 won't either - just says downloading, but never does
Though it downloads, opens and plays fine in real.

Yeah seems 32red don't care either as its their own tournament. I see that 5 winners yesterday out of 5 players when it should had been cancelled oh well nevermind. I will use deposits where they care :mad:
 
I get theyve worked to improve the quality by creating the non download site but
all this means, besides smoother gameplay, is working to re-open all the achivements again in IR, TS11, JP..and by working, I mean spending $ I've already spent opening them all over the years.

I dunno, doesnt much seem worth it when they're opened at , say GUTS (who by the way, when were wiped were kind enough to comp me to get them back opened).

Good casino? Sure. Headache to open achievements again? You betcha.
And the turnies - besides the vaster selection of MG games is what keeps me coming back - barely ever load. So hoping, an outfit this large, can ultimately sort the issues....and again, the're 32red specific issues as I dont have these issues at other MG-only download casinos, which is truly a bummer, seeing as I'd rather remain loyal to 32Red.
 
Ok thought id give new site a try and as ive got a different debit card thought it should be ok as I gave up trying as my old debit card kept getting declined.

So opened up sports page. Logged in fine and clicked on casino. Was logged out so had to relogin in. Tried a few times and each time told me invalid credentials.

So opened download to just play there and you guessed it my accounts temporarily locked due to too many incorrect attempts even tho they were all correct.

Been a good while since last deposit guess it will be another while lol.
 
The daily Avalon tournaments should be cancelled until they are fixed, looks like going into a third day of not working at all and all the prizes are just being handed off to whoever is alphabetically first in the list (same players every day).

Maybe if no spins are made the system should ideally detect there is an error and auto cancel the tournaments.

Yeah even worse now someone made 2 different users and called them !!!!!!!!!!!!A and !!!!!!!!!!!!!B, those 2 casino accounts is racking in $75 and $50 every day now. That's really fair lol. Hope they get banned account closed or at least all prizes claimed back as that is a cheat clear way to grab those prizes :mad:

I actually got that idea myself to change my usernames but though I wont bother and not really worth putting yourself out as a cheater.............Even worse nothing done from 32red side or microgaming which is even more shocking..

PS seems they have got tournament stopped now as does at least not show as "OPEN" or any new $250 tourneys. So i take my last words back. Don't know why but I have feeling it might not return.

There are other problems too.

I am playing the 20K fortnightly, as I usually do, but on the tournament page it's showing only 62 entries, and no scoring, and I know for a FACT this is completely wrong (I'm 4th on around 14 million). This is similar to what I was seeing in the monthly monster, 32 entries and only one player with a score, but looking after the close, the entries had jumped to a few hundred, and there were some healthy scores.

The problems clearly go far deeper than what has come to light so far. Some of these faults have prevented players from taking part, whilst others merely produce misleading displays on the main tournament page.

As my usernames tend to start with a "v", there was little chance of me making a profit just by registering and not spinning, and I don't think you can simply change an existing username, one would have to create a new Microgaming casino account and register a new tournament name there. Given that 32Red have 4 skins, this wouldn't be too hard for someone who didn't have all 4 to spot this glitch, and simply register for the skins they didn't have without actually breaking any terms.

The 32Red freerolls were all on Avalon, so this slot must have had far worse problems than the others if no one could make even a single spin.

Mark said a while back there would be changes to the freerolls, lets hope they take this opportunity to improve the game roster or maybe change it to GBP seeing as US players havnt been allowed to play in these for years now, but I fear you may be right and they may not return at all. Way more to be made from the 20k money munchers.

Also I've seen stuck tournaments before, and actully once gotten them fixed by the techs via pestering live help on riverbelle way back, assumed they just restarted the tournament servers or something as I watched all the MVP games disapear and then reappear one by one a few mins later.

With regards to MPV tournaments, apologies for the issues here. We're aware of the problems and I can confirm the daily freerolls have been paused until the issues are resolved. Rest assured that those !!!!!! accounts have not been paid and the winnings have been made void. I won't point any fingers, but there were also names from the forum here that I recognised. Tut tut. :eek:

It is at least working once in, and no mucking about with the autoplay as happened with Hitman. The problem with the display in the lobby is that it gives the impression the tournament has malfunctioned, and this might put players off from even trying as they are not going to pay good money for a tournament that won't work.

I didn't try the Monthly Monster as it appeared not to be working from the lobby, and I thought it would be a case of MGS cancelling it and refunding purchases rather than paying out the prizes, thus a waste of time taking part.

sscrabble will not be too pleased if this one is cancelled either, as he is finally in with a decent chance of kicking my ass with a score over 20 million, which is slightly over 100% RTP

Hitman seems to be the most troublesome game for the 20K, whereas Avalon seems to be non functioning for the freerolls. A quick fix might be to stop using these two games and swap them for games that currently work despite all the glitches.

Have always been baffled why such a massive outfit as 32R never jumped on the multi platform band wagon ... and playing browser based games is light years ahead of the clunky out
of date viper client. Which thankfully have managed to all but remove from my system. It splatters files all over the place. Badly built - badly coded and a real dinosaur so this
web-based site is a defo improvement for 32R.

I know it's not your fault, but avalon freerolls issues been going on months, it's a bloody joke how it crashes every time you enter it the first time.

I wouldn't think so; on page one of the new beta site feedback thread -

Feedback that would be considered less valuable:

- We don't like the colour. It's staying Red.
- The game graphics are not to my taste. Shout at MG for that one.
- We would like more games. Sorry, just MG.
 
Just checked it out.. New design is really a massive improvement... long overdue, but at least it's here now..
Although, as I already said it is an improvement, I must admit I am a bit disapointed since there's nothing unique or new about it, they've just gone with the scheme everybody seems to be using nowdays (or is it only me)...
 
oh man, the dl site is just all sorts of broken.
theyve removed the $250 but i couldnt even get in the other turnies..today, first games wouldnt load, and now it wont even load the games view list, stuck in lobby

edit - got in now, but...

I know they have the nondownload, but they really need to just scrap the dl site entirely or overhaul the entire thing.
