hi all made a deposit at 32 red to-day and went to claim bonus got the oops sign went to live chat waited 25 mins,tried again and again when i eventually got live chat not avaible? is this more cutbacks at 32 red or is any one else haveing same problem.never had this problem before 32 red you are slipping.

I have never had a problem getting threw live chat but I have notice in the last while it takes longer for them to respond. Not as long as you experienced but they do seem slower in responding.

well finally after depositing at 10.10am got through and bonus was adde at 11.45am wow service has gone down lately.

I just got the same "oops" error too.

It's due to the deposit not being recognised by the claim form, even though it's in the casino. It occasionally happens, but almost always clears itself by the end of the day.

The lack of live chat as well may indicate a server or connection problem with their offices, even though the casino server is fine.

I never had the same error notice, but I did experience problems with their live chat. Although the quality of the support is undisputed, I'm very happy with how their Customer Service Department solves things. The problem I been having for a considerable amount of time is that I often have to wait for 5 minutes to connect, and when I finally connect and I try to type something in the chatbox it says "chat timed out". Which can be really annoying when it happens multiple times in a row.

In some occasions it led to me playing at another online casino over 32Red, when I was having problems to ask something about a proposed bonus or deposit problems.

Sorry to hear you had issues today Steve. We are having a few technical issues with one of the servers that controls the bonus claim system, as such we are receiving a higher than usual number of live chats.

We are working on it though, apologies for the problems caused.
