32 Red first time there

Played there tonight for the first time and gave it a good go with 30 and then 300 Pound

First of all , i claimed the 32 pound bonus for every 10 pound i deposited,Once i had gone through with the claim the Bonus money did not show up in my Account, I had to go on to live support to get this

I was betting 2 Pound stake and the Slot came up with big win,I couldn't believe it, Wait for it , 18 pound it payed me

I was playing thunderstruck 2 and you need to get 3 hammers to activate the Bonus , I got 2 Hammers 53 times. never ever the third.
I managed to get the wild storm Feature though! Which again paid me nothing?

I then decided to have ago on the roulette Didn't win a penny. (graphics arn't the best either)

(That's gambling i know , But a bit strange that my balance only went up once)

I thought the Coin Balance also was a bit tricky to get the hang of (wouldn't advise a first time online gamer to start there until they get the hang of online gameing.

Customer service very good and friendly indeed!

Totally Agree with you on this.
The Flash version is very poor. There is no way to sort the different slots into at least alphabetic order or any kind of sort. Shocked to say the least why this is not implemented. But I guess this a Microgaming issue and not so much 32RED.
I always have a hard time finding the slot I want to play on instant play version.

But maybe it is just me not knowing what to do on my sh.... old laptop

Should not be more than max 2 windows running at one time mate. That is something with your browser or your workaround on it

MGS Flash seriously needs an overhaul and has done for ages.

I really like some of the flash-specific games but the lag makes them almost unplayable, and I mean both the load up time and the spin stop time. The fruities are too frustrating to play any more and they should be the easiest really.

I have a high end PC....I can run 5 MGS casinos at one time....so the problem is definitely on the server end.

Really is a shame.

32 Red.....well you can't go wrong there. If I was told I could only ever play one casino for a year, I would choose them.without a second thought.

And while they are doing that, why not upgrading their Keno game as well? They still have the same slow, boring Keno with the same sh*tty paytable that they had in the mid 90's. It's the only one they have and it's as old as Winning Wizards and Cash Splash, literally.

Couldn't agree with you more. Take today for example, I was looking after my sisters kid. Deposited at two different casinos, 32 Red and Jackpot City. Forgot to opt in for the bonuses on both casinos (looking after a kid is full time job). Wasn't until later, when I finally had some peace and quiet that i realized i never claimed today's bonuses. i contacted chat on 32 Red and the representative flat out denied me the bonus, even though it's my first time to have ever forgotten. Not very fitting for a company whose known for their "excellent" customer service is it? But wait there's more, I then contacted Jackpot City and without so much as a second question they credited my account with the bonus.

Obviously Jackpot City has better customer service. So why then is there all this hype about 32 Red who won't help customers by simply crediting their account with a bonus that they would have been able to claim anyway? Agreed no fire breathers here.

Just because their customer service is good doesn't mean they are giving thing out to everyone.
They have strict rules to follow too, and it's a give and take there.
I have never asked for a deposit bonus there, or a free chip either. Usually I ask them to top my comppoints and they certainly are not doing that for me every time

Regarding getting the almost getting the bonus 53 times,its just bad luck.I deposited £25 today at 10am and took the 50% bonus on offer,must have hit the bonus at least 15 times in the first 3 hours.


Anyhow to cut a long story short,withdrew £150 left £20 to play with,got down to my last 19p and threw an 11p spin on riviera riches-hit the bonus spins then hit the bonus feature within the free spins.Won £4 and chucked it on TS2 again,without word of a lie on my last spin hit the bonus feature again and won £42 on the raven feature.


Busted out from the £42 around 4pm.Had around 6 hours play and made a withdrawal.


Have recently started playing at Ladbrokes again and my last few deposits have totalled £100 and I haven't hit 1 bonus feature.Its just bad luck-I will almost certainly pay for todays win if play again tomorrow.

The coins and credits thing is a bit confusing.Seems that some slots display one or the other and on some slots you can toggle between the two and on some you can't.Problem with the displays in coins is that you have to work out exactly how much each spin is costing and it is easy to make a huge bet without realising it.

Welcome to my world lol and probably everyone else who plays TSII and Immortal Romance. I've had a very rubbish run of late on 32Red and Golden Lounge on these two slots, the amount of times it gives you two bonus symbols and never three is unreal! I know that's the way it rolls but seriously at the moment it is so predictable what the outcome is going to be on these. Getting bored of the MG software on this basis!

One thing is for sure, if I had got 2 hammers 53 times on TSII without hitting the bonus once, my laptop would be going out the window :lolsign:
