300 Shields Slot Game Didn't Payout Properly!

Hi guys! I just want to share with you the story that happened yesterday at Allbritish online casino.

My girlfriend was playing 300 Shields slot game and in the bonus game collected all 12 shields giving her opportunity to reach the stage with an x300 multiplier. On the 3-rd spin, she received 4 symbols winning combination of 3 arrows and the wild symbol.

The game paid out for this combination a bit over x120 - x150 which I noticed isn't right and contacted right away Allbritish casino and asked them to contact the software provider and check the gaming session.

This morning, we received the email that Allbritish got the reply from the game provider and missing x552 of the initial bet has been added to the account!

Thank's you Allbitish casino staff for dealing fast with this problem!

My advice to everyone: always record your gaming sessions!

Nevermind, found it - and read the issue, game round got stuck and was released by Nyx.

It’s good to hear that! It’s also a good job you noticed it too. I mean on some games like Bonanza the hits happen so fast and are so complicated unless you record and go back through the bonus (or even the base game) with a fine toothcomb you could easily miss a fair chunk of winnings.

Just imagine how many people are not aware of the possibility of such things to happen and how much money gets missing...
A couple of days ago I was playing "La Partage" auto roulette. The total bet amount was around £260 including inside and outside bets. The bet was accepted and I saw clearly the ball landed on number 27 (i thought: that's alright £540 are my), but the ball got sucked out and it started to spin again and landed on one of losing numbers.
