300 Shields Help

I was playing 300 Shields yesterday at an accredited casino, I just want to be sure I am correct before taking any action, I was at a 300x multiplier, $2.50 bet per spin, on one of my last 3 spins (not sure what one, I have the game log but it does not allow me to see the wins, just a log number for the free spins), anyway I hit on the middle reel in position 1 and 2 left to right the Viking, contre reel top middle and bottom no corresponding symbol or wild, according to the paytable this should pay on 1, 14 and 15 in the winning lines section for 2 Vikings, I got zip........am I wrong here?

If i understnad you corrrectly you got 2 vikings, but no wild which should pay on three lines. That would give you 6/25th of your bet so not much unfortunately.
The 300x multiplier is only valid when winning with a wild

No shit, I remember a story a long while back about somebody else with the no wild kicker, completely slipped my mind.
