You have to love their support. They are all great but I love Anna. No matter how many times I pop in and have a million questions to ask she is always so friendly and always has an answer for me. A lot of the casinos just don't have the time but she always makes the time to talk to me. That is hard to find lately. I haven't yet participated in chat since I am kind of shy but I am thinking of giving it a go.

Yes, it is not just Anna, but all the CSR's will try and help you if you need anything.

What sets this casino's CSR's apart from others, is the fact that you can chat with them instead of waiting on an e-mail. I know other reps here are just as friendly and helpful, when answering your e-mails, but sometimes chatting with the CSR and getting things resolved that instant is always nice.

This casino was the only place that even took the time to send me an e-mail to wish me a Happy Birthday today. Just goes to show how on top of things they are!
