< -2SD result justifies complaint or not

I have problems with one of the meister credited casino but since I am a new member, it appears that I cannot file a complaint immediately.

I would like to ask you guys' opinion on whether I have a case.

The game results I have doubts about is with the Spanish 21 game of orbis, which is supposed to have a 0.77% house edge. Orbis software is reported to be buggy and giving statistically unlikely long streaks:

I have played 7538 games, putting in 17344 dollars and getting back only 16771 dollars, losing 573 dollars. It is like as if it is a game of 3.31% house edge. For part of the games, I am having the -4SD experience as reported in the given page. Overall, I am getting <-2SD. (-2SD = -524)

What makes me find roulette 69 suspicious is that after the manager tells me that I can have the wagering requirement set back to count only the deposit that they use for calculating the 125% bonus, long streaks of loss immediately appear. It feels like they want to kill my deposit quickly, rather than relying on the extra wagering requirement. (I deposit more than the minimum deposit in the beginning and the wagering requirement reported by the support people first takes into the deposit that they do not count for calculating the bonus.)

I can put the file in csv or excel format if anyone would like to have a look of it.

Welcome to Casinomeister, wailoktam!

From the page you linked:

The vast majority of site players report normal blackjack and pontoon net win/loss results with this software, including some rare wins and wins as large as 2000. However, some players have also had rare losses. The rarest loss I'm aware of in blackjack was 4.1SDs over 51 hands at VC Games (odds of 1 in 40,000).

This seems to indicate that blackjack and pontoon are regarded as normal... the only bug here is a display bug, or perhaps a software bug which looks to be very rare (dealer hitting 21, consisting of 777).

I don't think that there is much we can do with a complaint about software - this is something you should either try to take up directly with the casino or software provider.

-2 SD is not really anything. -3 SD is common and even -4 SD has happened to me many times (too many time I would say). I think you need at least 5 SD to have evidenece that the game is rigged. Here are some guidelines:

2 SD is not really anything. 3 SD is common and even 4 SD happens sometimes (at least on-line lol). I think you need at least 5 SD to have evidenece that the game is rigged. By the way, streakiness can be examined independently of return percentage.

That is also probably the only way to find out if a software is non-random. A BJ game can return the expected amount over a long time without being random.

Has anyone analyzed the streaks in Chartwell? Thats the software that is mostly mentioned when talking about non-random BJ.
I have my own doubts about it too. That along with the software being slow is a reason why I dont play any Chartwell casinos anymore.
