I have played at other casinos in the william hill group previously and been bonus banned. So I used a brand new email address when signing up to 21 nova to avoid them matching my email address. This email address has never sent any outgoing emails, and was only ever used to sign up with 21nova.

7 days after signing up I received a spam email from support@bestonnet.net advertising titan casino.

Uhm.

So let me get this straight. You're bonus banned at a group of casinos. You create a secondary email account to circumvent the system so you would be eligible for bonuses.

Oh wise one, please tell me how you would expect to cash out if you actually won on a bonus that you shouldn't be eligible for when they put 2+2 together and link you to those other accounts that are bonus banned? I guess you'd be coming here to post about how they denied your winnings?

But anyways, it's appalling that they're selling email addresses.

Hi "winbig"
Thanks for insulting me without any reason, you are obviously a really nice woman. For your information I am bonus banned at a single other casino in the group, not across the whole group.

If this is how posters are treated for publicizing illegal casino actions, I will not post here again.

Bonus issues aside that is a bit worrying. Anyone else tried/experienced this?

Quite standard. Some casinos (or their employees, nice excuse) even sell your address details, hence why you always read about people getting CDs (mostly from CR) in the snail mail.

Yes, a few weeks after I registered at William Hill I received promotional emails from support@bestonnet.net.

@winbig:

If they haven't told him that he is bonus banned he certainly have the right to try a few things to avoid a ban. As long as he don't use fraud tactics of course. I really hate scumbag tactics as bonus banning.:mad:
To ban certain players from -EV bonuses is just strange.. "hey, our games are not as random as you think" :rolleyes:

Using different email addresses is not fraud provided they are his. he MUST register with the correct details though, and it is these that are used to lonk accounts across the group.

It does look like they have been caught with their PANTS DOWN though for selling on mailing lists generated from player registration details.

This is William Hill of all people, and shows they have NOT meaningfully improved standards when they took over this bunch of ailing rogue casinos. It looks like William Hill has been dragged down by these extra casinos, who seem determined to trash the William Hill brand.

A few more members testing this out should provide damning evidence if this experience is repeated by many others.
