2014 Wish List For Your Favorite Casinos !

Just some of the things I wish would change at casinos , please feel free to add

(1) InetBet , it takes forever to make 50 comp points and then have to make a playthru on them , this is sad as other casinos have no wagering on them , I can live without the live chat but come on dudes , give your players those comp points without strings ! I do like your monthly manager bonus , this is classy on your end.

(2) Clubworld Group , whats up with giving your players who make multi deposits a measly 12.50 or 15.00 comp if they lose , do not get me wrong but what will 20.00 hurt , it used to be back in the day if a player made a lot of deposits and was unlucky they would get a nice chip , those days are gone. I do think you all are great and much appreciate the comps but couldn't you raise it a bit for those players who have been so loyal to your group. The managers bonus is always nice every month and shows class and that you do give back to your loyal players.

(3) Jackpot Capital , you guys rock but I would love to see a max cashout on bonuses like free chip , ect raised to 10 x cashout like CWG and InetBet besides that you all have it going on ! I also thank you for your prompt payouts.

I know it sounds like a bit of bitching but when your a loyal seasoned player there are some things you would like to see happen , these are really the only ones I still play at and they all are top notch , would just like to see if anyone else has any wishes they would like to see happen at their favorite casino , besides winning a small fortune

Agree with you on Jackpot Capital , but would also add lowering that silly 60x wr. At the very least do it for higher VIP levels. I seriously don't think they will increase the max cashout. Do you know how many free ND bonuses they hand out, tons of them!

I would like to see mandatory pending periods end or at least manual or automatic flushing of cashouts. Redflush group won't flush for example and have a 24 hour pending period which may not seem like much but if you cashout on Thursday you won't see your payment till Monday for ewallets or Tuesday, Wednesday for credit cards. Other casinos have this too. (Redflush is not my favorite although I have played there).

32Red please bring back weekend cashouts for webwallets at least.

Netent to put a flashing red box around all their releases in the last year with a 'Balance Health Warning' in all casinos.

CasinoLuck add a document-upload facility for when we need to submit them.

Bet-at - if you soon add Netent then hide them away in a little corner with a separate link miniscule in size say 5x5 pixels so hopefully I won't notice.

RedFlush casinos - I've just binned them off, but withdrawing Thursday afternoon and being held in Pending until the early hours on Monday isn't good enough!

AFAIK the issue with Mastercard stems from Mastercard itself, not the casino or its processor. I don't think there is any casino that pays back to Mastercard, at least I haven't run into one.

Many casino operators pay back to Visa, so it is not a Visa policy preventing it.

1. All US facing casinos to STOP sending checks unless they are drawn on a US Bank in the USA
2. Fix the video glitches when reported and TEST it before you release them back into play
3. Don't offer a bonus if you do not want one to use them.
4. Bonus banning should be against policy because it is a simple fix on the casino end to click on the players backend and mark, no offers.
5. Withdrawal options that are processed and paid within 24 hours.for USA players...then we can receive the funds within a week. This can be done, I play at 4 casinos that ARE doing this NOW and have received withdrawals within 4 days in my account and/or mail, go figure!
6. Random Jackpots that go off before $1000, $2000, $3000 but no higher than $5000 to keep the game interesting like the Quick fire jackpots we were allowed to play at one time and to make more winners that will play more if they get the fun of winning....

If I had to make note of things id like to see changed:

1. Redbet and sisters to introduce an integrated multi currency wallet where you can play all providers - Casino Euro is an example. Also to include an option to forfeit bonuses.

2. Casinos to reduce WR of 35x and more to a more acceptable standard. Higher Bonuses can justify this, but having D+B or 35 x PLUS is not good.

3. More Casinos to follow the Betsson Groups examples of INSTANT withdrawals to web wallets for smaller withdrawals. Although I am appreciative of the payment speed of Guts, Redbet and Mr. Green thus far.

4. No effed up 'Pending Periods' or Non Payment over Weekends. That practice is now clearly to stall payment and so primitive. Casinos accept money 24/7 but refuse to pay 24/7 - BS IMPO. Its understandable if you WD at 2-8 am and get it later...

5. Everymatrix to sort out LAG - Apart from GUTS, I don't play much elsewhere because of this.

6. Casinos who only offer perks to Scandinavia or Europe shouldn't bother accepting other players. Be fair and treat all players alike. I deposit much more than most of those players and get a kick up the arse. Im fading from them... So is my money. Go to places like Redbet, Guts and Mr. Green where I am royalty, even if deposit less.

7. RTG Casinos to stop Bonus banning, then come bombarding my inbox with Welcome Back, New Bonuses and the like. You Banned me, I Banned YOU. Get a life....

8. Lastly for SOMEONE to introduce an option to exclude yourself from certain games... I wish I could block TwinSpit, The Turd and others or have an exclusion period on those Slots. They are bleeding me dry for as far as I can remember. I should be labelled a turd for playing them

This is so true, if these casinos want us to play in EURO/KR/NOK, that is fine, but please do not treat us differently just because our locations.

I forgot the most important change we ALL want to see (except maybe Max - because he would have to drop to part-time hours)...

ALL casinos should incorporate into their software a means where by it is IMPOSSIBLE for the player to place a bet which is against the T&Cs of any bonus they are playing. In other words, any bet the software accepts would be paid and honoured by the casino - no questions asked.
The forum might get a lot quieter, but at least more players would have a happy casino experience!

This is maybe the second or third time I have done a thread like this on CM over the years and as always we might get one or two casino reps to chime in , I for one would love to see some of the reps answer what I consider legit and reasonable requests for their many loyal players.

It's not like anything they will post would be set in stone but it would give me and other players assurance that they are looking at the lists of wishes , geeze you can see that they are reading the thread , why not post Reps , just saying
