 Hello fellow Casinomeisters.
I played at VegasOnline Casino last week. I think it is a group that is accredited here. I made a $200.00 deposit using my Ewalletxpress with no problem they gave me 100% matching bonus, I played several different Slots @ .40 spins to no avail. I got down to $125.00 and decided I wasn't going to hit anything so started playin Aztec for $5.00 spin. That sucker GOT HOT:lolup: It kept giving me the bonus spins, and some pretty good payouts. I got back up to over$700, so I decided to cashout $300.00 and play with the rest. They say no pay for 2WEEKS:eek2: in order to verify account. That seems a little long to me. Anyone else ahd this happen by thid group.?

I am going through the same thing with SlotsPlus which is owned by MainStreet too. My two weeks is up on Friday. The best thing I can find in my particular situation is that they dont allow you to reverse your deposit yourself. You have to contact them to reverse it. It does clearly state that it takes two weeks for a withdrawal though. I am finished with them as soon as I get my money and the only reason I was there was because of this site. So let this be a warning to any future players at any main street group casinos.

IT TAKES TWO SECONDS TO DEPOSIT BUT TWO FREAKIN WEEKS TO GET YOU MONEY BACK @

Just want to add that it took me 3 weeks to received a check and before that they made me wait a full week only to have my instadebit withdraw denied for no reasons.

Also i found very strange that the check i received was handwritten ! But i cash it no problem.

Update on my withdrawal from SLOTSPLUS. I emailed them yesterday to make sure my withdrawal would go through after the required 14 days. They promplty emailed me back and said to check back on Monday. I replied that I would like my money on Friday because that is what was promised to me in Live Chat and in their T&C. And they (Summer, the rep here) replied back to me telling me that my withdrawal would be credited on Tuesday (18 days later) IF my account is IN ORDER. No one could check in the past 14 days to see if my account was in order?

I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Here is what is on their website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS
Please expect withdrawals to take up to 2 weeks to process. It is very important to us that we meet or exceed your expectations. For this reason we need you to understand ahead of time that regulatory changes in the marketplace have limited the availability of deposit and withdrawal methods and have increased the time required to process withdrawals.

We value your business and will do everything we can to offer as many deposit and withdrawal options as possible and to keep the time it takes to process withdrawals to a minimum. Please expect withdrawals to take approximately 2 weeks to process.

I read "UP TO" to mean a maximum of two weeks or fourteen days. They later contradict themselves by stating the withdrawal time to be approximately 14 days. Very clever. I guess after 18 days my account wont be in order and it will be another approximate 2 weeks.

Thanks Gang for all the feedback.yes I read the T&C and saw that it could possible take up to 2 weeks, but that's why we use webwallets. It should make it faster and easier to deposit and withdraw...lol. Any way Summer the rep from here caontacted me by PM so maybe SHe can do some thing. Oh by the way..I can't even bring the Casino's up right now. Some kind of Lobby update is Screwed up. Goes to updating lobby and locks up. Now I can't even see where my money is....LMAO.. Good Luck Bro's

PAID TODAY

I wanted to follow up and let anyone following this post know that Slotsplus paid me today (Friday August 31st). They were as good a their word of exactly 14 days for a withdrawal like is stated on their website. I dont know why I was being told next week but thank you to whomever pushed the withdrawal through today.
