I thought I would share with you a great prepaid card that I use for depositing that is so much better than Net Spend or Wired Plastic for the US player
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
, they have a Visa logo and charge 3.00 for any amount you load and charge no fees for transactions ever.

I have used this card at all my favorite US facing casinos and it is awesome , you even build up points that can be exchanged in the form of a coupon when buying grocery's , I used my points and received 25.00 off my quick run to the store where I only bought coffee and creamer and got money back, can not be out of coffee in my house , that would just be plain wrong:D

This is not a shill for the card but just a share for those Americans having a hard time depositing like I did and got tired of money being held , 50 cents for calling to find out about a balance or just paying the .45 to 1.00 for each transaction, which sucked.

The link above will show the different stores that are partner stores with Kroger's across the US.

Fred Meyers / City Market / Dillons just to name a few.................

Thanks for that info. I couldn't see how you actually add money to the card. Is it from your bank account ?

Nope, you just go to the customer counter and purchase one and load it with your cash , I don't think it costs if you buy and load too far back to remember, it is cheap to get , I do remember that part. They will send you one in the mail with your name on it but you can still use the temp one till your new card arrives , as long as you have the funds on there.

What I like about this card is the no fees per transaction and the grocery savings don't hurt either.

I did notice that there is a Fred Meyers in Ont. Canada , so that may help Canadian players as well who want to use a prepaid card:)

The one shown on their website is a credit card. How do you get a prepaid card from them?

I just put up the link as Kroger stores have many partner stores all over the US and some in Canada , you have to go into the store to the customer service counter and buy the card , load the card right there and use it till your new card with your name comes in the mail.

It is very easy to do , no hassle and works like a charm:)

Let's go KROGERING!!!

Great tip! Thanks Laurie! Let's Go Krogering was their Ad Slogan for years MANY years ago.

I love shopping at Kroger. In addition to great prices and selection on food, beer, and wine, they also have cheap gas that gets cheaper as you get reward points. Also, their Pharmacy is first rate.

Shopping at Kroger is so much more enjoyable than that dreaded trip to Walmart with the crowds, lines, and screaming kids.

I had no idea they offered a prepaid card. I'm always looking to diversify my prepaid plastic portfolio!

Krogers is the only place I shop for groceries at and buy gas , it is 3.29 a gallon here and I got a 1.00 of a gallon that last week with my points , so filled up the tank:D

The points systems for the card is a plus , who doesn't like saving money on buying food:thumbsup: The only 3 things you can not use your 123 rewards coupons for are , tobacco , alcohol and gas.

As with any prepaid card whilst using in the US , just don't say it is for gambling online, as it can screw it up for the rest of us.

Laurie

Lets go Krogering:thumbsup:
