So I was playing at slotto having fun...I meant to cash out $1800 and play with the rest ($200)...but I kept playing...had fun and never lost anymore so I thought I would just cash out the $2k and then realized I never checked out the specialty games. I played the little game where you roll the dice and then went to the shooting fish one. I was talking to a friend and not really paying attention and I'm like oh how cute am I supposed to be shooting as all these fish are swimming...oh this is a gun how fun...bang bang bang bang bang ..not sure what I'm doing but I'm chatting and just shooting randomly. Had no idea that each shot was $12...until I stopped talking and saw my balance was $750!!!!!! Every little shot ...and I was shooting like crazy...was $12. I still have no idea what the object was but I tried to win some money back and I would try to aim and shoot but I kept accidentally raising the bet back up because its so close to the trigger. That was CRAZY!!! So bummed!!!!! Cashing out and punishing myself lol

Oh, man, that's unfortunate but also a little funny to imagine. So yeah you basically have a random chance of destroying the fish with each shot, and a small chance to trigger a bonus that I think gives you a random mini-wheel spin for an "x times your bet" prize.

So if you shoot a $12 shot at a $100 fish, you have maybe a 7-8% chance of killing the fish and maybe a 1% chance of unlocking the bonus (don't know the exact numbers but it's something like that). If you shoot a $12 shot at a $1000 fish, that 7-8% chance becomes .7-.8%. So you can choose how big of a gamble you want to take. Some of the fish are pointless and pay like 1.1x bet.

One thing that's misleading about the game is the fish have a health bar. Your shots don't actually do any damage to the fish, it's a pure random chance whether or not you are able to destroy the fish. So someone may take a shot at a big fish, see the health bar going down and feel like they need to keep spending money so they don't "lose" the progress they have made. But the health bar is kind of a lie, no matter how many times you've already shot the fish your odds are no better than when you've started.

It's an okay game I guess, a little gimmicky. I would play it a couple times if I deposited without a bonus since I liked that I could choose how big of a prize to aim for. Don't recall if I ever won or not. Be careful though if you play it with a bonus though, it's usually banned in the terms and conditions. (If your playthrough is already complete is should be fine but I usually would double check with support just in case.)

Yeah, I played that game a bit when it first came out, and I just could not understand the point of it or how you could EVER win anything!
It just left me totally confused, so I never went back to it.
Sorry for your accidental losses :(

Here's my F**k up the week. Was playing The Goonies Jack Pot King Deluxe on Poker Stars at the weekend for £.40 a spin when I hit the bonus round. I had just had a big payout on a previous game on Mars Attack where I gambled all the way to the bonus round and had a big win (see below).

So I had no financial reason to not go for it on the Goonies. I gambled up to 1 spin short of the jack pot win when I stupidly clicked the collect button and won a measly £11. So now three days later I'm still wondering why was I so dumb! Was I one click away from $5,852,544.50 It's driving me crazy.

FYI, the jackpotking is not in the bonus feature of the game, it's a different bonus.

So I highly doubt you were "once click" away from winning 5 million :) You cant gamble that bonus, what you get is what you get.

I just remember that it gave me an option when I went in there to play a certain amount and I chose a penny....I figured if I shot even 1000 times it was only $10. I also didn't realize that you could tap any place on your screen...I thought I had to tap the barrel of the gun which is a 16th of an inch from the plus button to raise your bet. It was so stupid...I have this fear that when you finally cash put they shut off your wins...so I was like let me make sure I got all the games out of my system....lost the rest trying to get it back...there goes the new backsplash in my kitchen I dreamed about all day lol I nearly died when it said I would have a check within 48 hours...I should have just cashed out. This horrible feeling is gonna take a while to go away the thought of even clicking in a casino makes me almost dry heave. That was so crazy!

Omgosh I can't remember what game I did that on but those "what ifs" will KILL you lol and that is a LOT of money!!!

Must be confusing the "big money" bonus that is on the top of the bonus ladder on alot of blueprint slots with the jackpot king bonus.

Even when you get the Jackpot king bonus it normally pays on average about 20x stake anyway. Probably about same chance of hitting one of the Jackpots as hitting the big one on Mega Moolah.

Technically speaking one could be away one click from winning the big one at any time when playing a jackpot slot :D

It does make me wonder what exactly is our role as the slot player. Yes, we choose the amount, the slot and the number of spins we are willin

I kind of lost the plot on my previous post, apologizes but I'm still kicking myself. Wanda5 is correct, technically and theoretically I could of been one click away from the $5 million jackpot but there were also 2 other minor jackpots available that were definitely reachable. It reminds me of the old joke which ends with, "You had just one job to do." I have a word for this whole episode: AAARRRGGGHH! Thank you Snoopy and Hagar.

My loss has hurt so deep that the thought of depositing makes me feel sick. I had to go through a bunch of bullshit with raging bull over my withdrawal there today...1st they tell me I need to wait 7 days and then when I told her it has been 7 days she sends me this 80 foot long text about basically all the things they can do to keep you from getting paid...omg no joint bank accounts??? What??? She said I would have to open up another bank account in only my name ...not even my husbands could be on there...lol when she could have said "we can send it to bitcoin or send you a check... It was easier to cash out 20 years ago...ridiculous

Just from what I know and heard, raging bull went rogue awhile back...I don't advise playing there . Here is where I play and what you can expect

Inetbet 2 days on checks and a few hours via bitcoin

Bovada, slots lv and ignition are all pretty fast via bitcoin

Slotocash while it has been a headache recently they still typically send checks in 2 days or so, bitcoin is slow here for some reason

Stake is pretty much instant

Then there's casino extreme and brango, instant payouts as well but I wouldn't know as I never hit there once however I seen plenty of praise

Vegas2web is a week or so

Vegascrest I think similar boat

I would very much suggest moving on from places like raging bull

Inetbet: Either cashouts within 2 days or they'll ghost you for 6 months, have frontline CS chat tell you over and over again someone will get back to you and never do so, ignore virtually all of your emails, waste dozens of hours of your time and still after all that never even tell you there was anything wrong to begin with after you are forced to use the arbitration service on here to have them do anything at all.

I'm still bitter about that one. They send me an email every few months about a random $5 in my account I don't intend to ever touch. At least I can give them praise for not robbing idle accounts. It has superior casino very slightly beat out for my worst ever casino experience.

OOF ya i done that but not as much. At about the $50.00 spent mark i realized it was a money sink and what it was doing and got out of dodge. The first couple of nets its like ooh nice its hitting till you relize its one little fish and takes a lot more to take out the big ones so by the time you are done you have spent more than you could realistically win. The games that are coming out lately by all casinos just have me thinking "money grab"

so by the time you are done you have spent more than you could realistically win.
Isn't that the same with any casino game though? If you play long enough the house will win in the end. In terms of payouts, this game plays somewhat like a normal slot machine, except that you choose which particular payout to aim for. From pointless ~1.1x wins to 1000x wins, even with a random feature trigger chance regardless of which you aim for (of course you pay for this feature with reduce odds at taking down fish.)

For this particular game, if you want a chance to win, you should avoid the pointless small fish. Depending on the risk you want to take, either shoot for the medium sized ones or wait around for the very big ones. Of course, when your luck is bad, that strategy will also make you lose faster, but it makes it possible to have some winning sessions.

It's the same principle as a normal slot machine, a low variance slot will guarantee playtime but you aren't likely to get far ahead. A high variance slot may take your money in minutes but gives a chance to win big. So choose what you want to aim for accordingly.

I don't know if the game is set to the same house edge as the slot machines though or if they consider it a specialty game of some sort and jack up the price (casinos seem to view players drawn to "fun" and novelty games as more naive or psychologically oblivious to poorly paying games so sometimes turn up the house edge. I'm pretty sure bingo games tend to have pretty terrible RTP % for this reason.)

I try to avoid any game OR casino that you make a deposit and in 5 minutes you are done. As long as most of us have been playing on here we know when the casinos have tightened the slots and which ones are crap and which ones arent. What i dont like is how on some of the games the max bet is sooo close to the spin you have to be careful not to hit it. They do that intentionally i think
