I am usually a pretty private person but...

I have had a few personal things happen in my life over the last few years and especially the last few months so I have decided to join the cause and shave off 12 years worth of hair.

and it would be great if you could send a donation to the cause, no matter how small it all helps.

You can take a look at what the "Worlds Greatest Shave" is all about:

Big thank you to Bryan for allowing me to be able to post this on CM, and to everyone who has taken the time to read this and thank you in advance for your donations.

P.S if we make my goal, I will start it off with a pair of these :D:

Matt,

Please let me know how to enter a US phone #. Everyting I tried was rejected.. TY

Hey P.V I am not 100% sure tbh if you have chosen the US in the country field I would have assumed it would go through I will try and find out.

I know that the phone number field is not necessary or required if that helps.

Thank you for concidering to sponsor and donate mate

Matt, I find that so brave, passionate, loving and incredibly selfless. From a woman that was completely bald, eyelashes, eyebrows and all, for over 6 months, I want to say thanks. I pray our generosity helps find a cure. All the best to you and your loved ones!

Thank you Mattsgame.

What a very kind act indeed.

Having had personal experiences myself (my Aunt has Stage IV Breast and Bone cancer as we speak), I think what you are doing is very special and awesome. Thanks for being a caring good-hearted person.

Some may see it as just hair, but when you are a woman like my Aunt who has been in the beauty industry her entire life, it's more than that. It's a gift from the heart so thank you again!

I couldn't get the address right, it took me a minute but I think it went through.

wow just wow

I have to say a huge thanks to Bryan for really getting this out there  muchly appreciated.

The response has been crazy not only from members but from some of the accredited casino!! it really shows why this place is so great

Once again a huge thanks to everyone :notworthy

P.S Looks like I am starting with the Sheep Sheers

kudos brother; i shaved my head from shoulder length, but colour treated my hair, so it was worthless to anyone
as an aside, my mother got cancer and had to shave her head; my aunt in a show of solidarity, shaved her head and had ass length hair for generations...i truly cried

That is supposed to say "your" generosity, not our! I was bald because I did 6 months of chemo, you are doing it out of love :)

C'mon people - $145 left. I want to see a bald Matt!!! :p

 Well lets just say we have made the goal easy, just awaiting some funds to clear and it will be updated thanks to one very generous casino.

Thank you everyone once again for supporting a great cause and for the kind words :) still a few months before the shave so hopefully I can raise some more awareness and donations by the sheer date.

With less than 4 weeks until I go under the sheers (Geez its gone way quicker than I expected) I figured I might take this opportunity to bump this up and thank everyone so far for there support either through donations or otherwise.

Thanks to Casinomeister, CasinoBen (Nordicbet) (Manual Donation), P.V, KasinoKing, dcpam39, samoas, rustyroo, mommy machine, Seventh777 (R.I.P) and anyone else who I may have missed, who used there real names or people who requested to keep there privacy.

So far the total amount raised is $1395 which is fantastic and if you wish to add to this please

I guess the next update will be when I am bald and wearing my sexy toupée

Well I'm getting here a bit late...

I'm speechless... I've seen the life threatening affects of this disease first hand.

Matt, What you're doing is such a compassionate act of kindness.

You have my complete respect :) I've donated something. Keep up the good work

I know it was already over the goal but didn't show up yet due to not all funds being cleared, but anyway I just donated so it's now officially over the goal - there's no going back :)

Looking forward to the photos :lolsign:

Thanks also to Bryan for posting this in the newsletter.

That's longer than mine! :eek2:
I thought you were going to do the full "Kojak"

Anyway, what you did was make a great sacrifice for a superb cause - well done you! :notworthy
(Don't forget - you need to change your avatar now :D)

I was going to be kk but the clippers I ended up lending only went to a size 1 (what ever that is) so I am still debating as to whether or not I should just get a razor out

Normally you can take the plastic bit off the end of the clippers (the part you use the select the length) and then they'll shave down to almost nothing. I've had a lot of different clippers and 95% do have the removable end piece, though a few don't...
